3:55 nme spotted (scrim partner) While our team already has a very good coach, I've been thinking on whether or not seeing what a different experienced coach would say and I'm glad to hear that it could be a good thing to look into. Definitely going to keep an eye out for alternative coaching opportunities the future. Great vid as always! It's something nice to look forward to every Wednesday :)
Man I wish you made this series a year ago when I created my team lol, although the journey is difficult I find myself doing a lot of what you said in these videos, I’ll definitely refer your videos to up and coming teams
Show her some love in the video, a lot of work goes into it and time, I'm pretty sure people will take your video as a good example keep up the good work
Top player ≠ good coach btw!! I got a certain top na blob to coach my team and he had nothing to say other than we should drop our charger + he insisted on playing in our games and threw while feeding (played sploosh, shot, ect for some reason)
As someone who does offer Splatoon coaching on Metafy, and has previously coached a top team in Splatoon, I agree with nearly everything in this video. This was a very well made video so props to you. One of the things I see the most is people being worried about getting coached. They feel like it would just expose too many issues, but that's just the point! We're here to help, and nudging you in the right direction will almost always be beneficial.
Honestly, would recommend watching the guides, even if you're a veteran of the comp scene, very helpful in explaining and guiding in some obscure areas.
Thanks for the advise, now here’s some for you: I think the point of playing the neveux kit was to teach you how to be a little more flexible. That is a very important skill.
Thank you so much! This guide is very helpful and informative! I feel that I’ve learned very much with this guide! I just have one small question, when you mention coaches, do you mean the main person in charge of the team like the captain? Or a personal coach? Thank you once again for such an awesome guide! This series has really helped me learn and make lots of friends! I’m glad I was able to meet other Splatoon players around me that I didn’t know liked Splatoon! 😊
Not all coaches are captains or even currently on a team! It can be anyone who wants to help out. 3 of our coaches are retired players, one is a support player for a team, and one who is hardcore grinding soloQ to get into the plus server. Every coach varies in availability so take all the help you can get from anywhere haha
Meanwhile I'm in the back playing only turf war, but wanting to learn how to play like a competitive player Not a good look for someone who wants coaching especially since the best way to learn is to go against competitive players
Thank you for making these guides. I wish they were around a year ago...

So true! Not everyone is cut out for coaching or really knows what to say/do to help >
