- Here’s a try-on of all the clothes I bought in 2020, slow fashion/low buy edition. For the past couple years, I’ve been trying to be a more conscious consumer, and this is a way for me to look back and see how I did.

I haven't bought any clothing in 2020, but it was mostly because I'm broke + I received a lot of second hand clothing this year and not because I'm super mindful haha. The only brand new clothes I got this year were gifted to me for my birthday and, although they aren't entirely ethical and one of them is fast fashion, I really really love them and I'm taking good care of them to make them last for as long as I can.
Yes, totally understand that it's a privilege to participate in low buy as a choice! And that's totally a great way to approach it. Honestly, I think it matters less where the clothing is from, and more our intention/consumption habits

This was really interesting! I think I personally fall into the trap of over shopping at thrift stores just because it's inexpensive and second hand - but I'd like to be more mindful and bring less into my home this year.

Try Vivobarefoot runners...expensive but if you plan to buy on Black Friday they are so worth it! Vivo has a great white runner called the Geo court I believe. They even have Revivo website where they fix their old shoes and resell them.
Yes! I know of them, but unfortunately, their shoes don't offer enough support for me. I love the concept though.
