I made demi baguette for banh mi sandwich and clam spaghetti on this video.
I set up the microphone incorrectly. This is really difficult... I'm still lost😭
I wanted to record it with pretty sound and let you hear it, but I failed. I want to settle down quickly.
1. demi baguette
500g | 중력분 | plain flour
15g | 황설탕 | Brown sugar

2. chicken banh mi
300g chicken thigh meat
2 cloves of garlic
1/3 onion
15ml fish sauce
10ml dark soy sauce
10ml vegetable oil
1t oyster sauce
13ml sugar
lots of pepper
3. spaghetti alle vongole
a handful of garlic
1 serving of pasta noodles (linguine recommended)
200g shellfish (ramie, clam, etc.)
30ml white wine
50ml noodle water
50ml veggie broth
20g butter
italian parsley
olive oil
Pepperoncino
