    750k! think if u go to any property sites and key in 700k to 800k, u got a lot of different better choices of location.

      They can't handle the truth, some of their properties are really overpriced maybe because PLB commissions are high thereby the sellers had to inflate their prices to cover for the commissions. These properties will still be sold anyways because there's plenty of desperate buyers out there so there's really no need to block the comments. If they have any clue in marketing, they'll know that publicity is always good, the more people talking about the property, the better, because interaction generates viewership. Some people watch their videos because they want to interact in the comments section, PLB will likely lose this demographic of viewers. All TH-cam channels suffer slow growth rate once comments section has been blocked, partly because it reduces the credibility, giving people the impression that they've something to hide. Commenters will simply go elsewhere (Facebook & Instagram) and the cancel culture repeats, whether it's a sustainable way of online marketing only time will tell. I reckon they'll reopen the comments section afterall interactive video is the signification of PLB, they wouldn't want to feel like talking to the wall because that's how market share will be truly loss.

      @@contrarian2496 Good points you have got there. Anyway, it is their choice whether to block comments. They are just another sales people on the street trying to sell their products for a living. In life, there will be always people would believe in paying high dollar for overvalued properties and end up selling at a loss to other saavy people later, that’s how life is all about.
