U can have cats in sg flats (the govnt closes one eye to this), so long as ur cat dont disturb the neighbours too much that they lodge a report. I have two cats. ADOPT NOT SHOP!!

Woah.....that soundbar is not cheap. S$1500. I heard a demo of it, and it's damn nice. Supports Dolby Atmos and man, you can really tell the sounds coming from around you. Sad to say, I can't afford it. By the time I save up for it, I think they'll have like version 4 or 5 liao.....lol.
I love your Yamaha Red Label guitar. Do play it for us . Pl note : because of the high humidity in Singapore, you may want to keep it in its case when not playing or it will swell.

Bathroom exhaust fans are not commonly seen in Singapore. In such a humid climate, an exhaust fan to get rid of excess moisture during and after a shower seems like essential equipment. Not to mention exhausting foul odours.

You can have a cat or cats, as long as you keep it indoors all the time and cat proofing your house. Don’t buy, you can adapts at SPCA Singapore. We also adapt a community cat, she probably 14 years old (she with us for past 12 years) this year.

We bought it as a resale and didn’t do much! We mainly only renovated the two toilets and hacked off the wall+added bifold glasses.
Nice simple and practice reno/furnishing. BTW, that fir mini tree might need more sunny area to thrive, instead of putting it indoor.

Yes I’ve heard properties are expensive there! The cost was not too high because we purchased a public housing. Condos can cost way more💰
