I like up to interruption endings and stories when making animatics but I do have a set story kind of in my head when making so I'm gonna time stamp some of my thoughts 0:18 I just wanna point out the wanted posters for any hsr fans and the zombie on the ground in the black shirt is supposed to be blade because originally this was gonna be a renheng animatic but I wanted to go back to my roots 0:28 sqq knew binghe was most likely a zombie by now but still seeing a loved one reanimated is horrifying and having to kill someone that has their face is terrible especially when they call out your naming sounding like they still hold some sanity left.. but ya know just like in canon liu qingge and others are regardless your a zombie we gonna kill him plus they didn't witness him speak to sqq so they just think he's holding onto old sentiments 0:40 so these comic strip thingies is me stuffing as much lore as possible in one frame.. so the reason sqq knew he was a zombie is because the base the whole sect well school was staying at was overrun and sqq thought he could help but was paralyzed with fear aka cliff abyss scene 0:43 these scenes are well also flash backs to when binghe was younger he used to be bullied and would be in the nurses office and hide on the roof a lot and there he'd say the lyrics you know the drill 1:10 "save your life from the undead" and then pan to binghe because no matter how much he loves sqq a zombie is a zombie And the ln right after the mobeijun flashback ! So in my lil world zombies remain conscious when they first turn and slowly their body stops listening to them and then their mouth and then their brain but sometimes if you end up not eating people or haven't in a while you can remain sane so that's when binghe whose been starving for however many days comes across an already knocked out human- airplane bro but mobeijun saves him last second because feelings and honestly they deserve their own animatic but mobeijun just helps binghe stay sane 1:55 keyword helps stay sane doesn't mean he always is locked in but just like mobeijun he's able to resist and that's where he imagines what if we got married but just accepts his fate in the shadow of sqq Other details: Originally the timeline was apocalypse starts when binghe was 18 apocalypse is going on for about 2 years when binghe goes "missing" it's 5 years like when sqq was a plant so before binghe is getting anywhere he's 25 and every scene in the animatic is on fast pace mode so when they were knocking all the stairs down in that apartment building they stayed there as long as possible. I tried to make an effort of never really having sqq blush because for sqq that not really what this is for him he's not running away with his lover he's trying to protect a person he loves but not romantically(yet?) kind of like at the end of the book where liu qingge especially mad judges him for leaving but I never got the vibes that sqq was in love with binghe until the extras he just cherished him and also happened to think he was hot I wanted to get that vibe of binghe being obsessed and sqq going along with this crazy lil zombie out of guilt and not wanting the others to hurt him and then later they can communicate but write your own fanfic I can only draw so much lol sorry for the rant
