    Love seeing an engineer that really cares about his product. My Silverbac is a tank. Thank you for making the best grill out there.

    Scotch-Brite Stainless Steel Scrubber Pads are awesome for the grill grates with some Dawn dish soap and hot water 👍🏼

    4-5 cooks he vacuums it out. I’ve been doing it after every grill. Well, no more of that. Taking it easy going forward.

    Nice tips on cleaning, I love my Silverbac Alpha, I am waiting for my new Wi-Fi controller. When will the Primate be back in stock, went to order one this morning and saw they were back ordered.

      The Primate is very hard to judge. We have sold out of them within a week of getting every shipment. Your best bet to guarantee one, purchase it now and you'll be put on the list. We ship them out first come first served, so the earlier you order, the earlier you'll get it.

    In this video there was not a mention of cleaning the rest of the inside from grease buildup. Do you have any particular suggestions? Where the grease runs get a pretty good buildup and I have just scraped it with a wood scraper but would any “grill cleaner” be fine to use to breakdown that caked grease? Thanks!

    Keep at it. Whats best to clean care for the thermometer in grilla or other grills?

      If you're talking about the RTD inside the grill, just use a damp cloth to clean off any residue. Don't remove it from your grill, and don't submerge it in water.

    How do you vacuum the auger from the hopper with the protective scree in place? Can it be removed?

    • @GrillaGrills
      @GrillaGrills  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, there are 4 screws you can remove to take it out.
