    Yes. Getting old is not what is easy to get used to. It is a constant every day battle. To move every day. To eat properly. To drink enough of water. To get enough of sleep. Not get a lot of stress. Thank You.

    More protein means eating more real food. A huge part of the population is eating junk food, which is food that lacks nutrition.
    You can get protein from beans, nuts and seeds.

      Oh please, stop. Have you EVER worked in an assisted living facility? Junk food IS going to happen, get over it. Is it getting better sure. But GET OVER IT. Try other things.

    Try looking at other items, such as #exoskeletons and mobility improving products that aren't a walker or cane. To help keep aging adults mobile

      Multiply how much you weigh in kilograms by 0.8. To convert from pounds to kilograms divide your weight by 2.2

    My mum whos been treated poor
    at a physio ward and wont do and physio bc shes to tired and they move her every 3 hours due to stop bef sores and this is done at night so shes getting no sleep. Makes no sence to do it at night when she needs rest.

    From my experience it’s almost always mental decline they can move around like they’re 30 years old some days and some days they can’t pick there feet off the ground
