I use the murmuring obals as my masterworking basic materials, ie- when I get to 2500 of them I just buy as many things as I can with them and then salvage the lot in bulk. Takes maybe a minute to do and keeps you topped up with veiled crystals, iron, coiling wards etc. Tbh after level 100 about 99% of the stuff the purveyor of curiosities gives you is essentially junk, so just scrapping it for the materials is probably the most useful thing you can do.
I can't thank you enough for this video and others that you have made. I work 10 to 12 hours a day, spend time with the family, and maybe able to game for 1 or 2 hours at a time. There is so much going on in Diablo 4 that it is often overwhelming, but I enjoy killing stuff so it's cool. I have a clear path on my endgame build now, so again thanks man!!
That is so awesome to hear and you are very welcome! Thank you for taking the time to write this out, it means a lot. My wife and I run this channel together and we talk all the time about making sure our videos really help players that don't have a lot of time to play. I'm really glad to hear we are actually accomplishing that.
A small tip is when running Varshan and like me frequently run out of Malignant Hearts, you can goto the apothecary and trade items like trembling hands and gurgling heads for more. I missed this early on but it helps when farming the Mucus eggs.
The biggest thing not many people know is that you can buy 100s of packages with rawhide and iron from the potion guy that gives legendary with aspects. You can do this only between 20 and 50. Get those packages and unlock all aspects instantly at the vendor by salvaging all the gear.
I love this channel. It saves me hours of time. I love D4 and the advice I receive here makes it much more fun than if I were floundering around on my own.
Fairly casual player here and I can say that if possible, try and get "Hellborne now spawns" as early as possible. This unlocks the chance for "Killing Hellborne invigorates you", which is a massive boost for any builds that have a big damage ultimate boost. For my Barrage rogue, it's insane to be able to consistently spam Rain of Arrows every 3 to 5 seconds without needing to drain too much on the pots. I was able to get close to 800 aether on Tier 6 hordes with this. Tier 7 was a bit of hit and miss until I was able to finally MW my alt. 925 chest piece for 2 proc on Dark Shroud and roll off armour for All-res on the boots. Previously, I was on a 2-proc GA +subterfuge chest but it was only Item power 860 and couldn't cap my armour without having 2 + armour rolls. That also meant my shadow resist was down to 30% and kept getting one-shotted by blood bishop in pits and trials. I can now do T7 more comfortably by taking a Fortitude pot to bring my HP up from 31K to ~37K. The minimum 30K HP that you see in guides is more for serious gameplay or with mythic uniques. I'd say you'd want to go get at least around 36K HP for T7 so it's much less stressful.
Fmlgye here. I have 25K Neathiron and I masterwork additional items to test and for backups. I've also reset my prior to get the boost that I wanted. Great advice.
Totally agree on NMD timing. I worry about the ones that need lvl 15 to pop and save the rest for later. NMD's give 925 gear if its within 20 levels of you, great way to gear up early in T4.
I flip those around. I know I have a few builds/classes that I want to try out, but I'll pick what is projected to be the most meta. That's my step 1. Step 2: blast through NM dungeons. Don't stop for experience, just blast through as fast as possible and level up your glyphs. From 0 glyphs to 7 lvl 21 glyphs takes about 4 hours and gets you to about lvl 90 just by itself. Step 3, use the power you have from the item drops you got from blasting NM dungeons, and the massive power you have from your lvl 21 glyphs, to then run infernal hordes. It's especially helpful to do it this way because you can automatically run T6 or T7 and start blasting through and getting big rewards. Do about 5 runs and just accumulate all those mats. Then you can go to town and constantly reset masterworking until you get exactly what you want. It takes hundreds of millions of gold, to billions of gold, to get all your masterworking down just right, so you don't want to waste your efforts getting them perfect too early on. Once you've done some solid runs and have accumulated a bunch, you can really go ham and get those upgrades you need to send you to clear the next tier efficiently. Step 4: Bossing! I've always gotten starter versions of the uniques I need to make the build work in the open world, and I never needed to boss to find them. Once I'm super late game, I look to min max and go uber bossing so I can find GA versions of my uniques that have the highest rolls possible. I also keep bossing until I can find 4-5 mythic uniques. This step takes a few days, but within a few days you can get a few mythics and have your ultimate uber end game set up. For people who no-life it up, uber late game set up with 12/12 masterworks on all GA/max roll uniques + greater uniques takes about a week. For those of us who work 50 hours a week and have wives (or husbands) and kids, it'll take 3-4 weeks. Then, you can start alternate characters with fun builds that aren't exactly meta. The season is 3 months Ling, which is more than enough time for the busiest casual to reach the maxed out Uber late game on multiple characters.
Nice! Looks like you have definitely dialed in what works for you, congrats! Also, thank you for taking the time to write that up, it helps people to see the thinking behind a strategy.
Story: yesterday I found this one guy on the trade chat, he had 20 stigian stones, maxed out sorc, I have all the mats, half an hour later I ended up with 5 Uber Uniques and 4 GA Tibaults. I wish I had pay attention to chat earlier. Don’t be afraid to ask, you will be amazed on how ppl are willing to help others.
Thank you this is a great add. The community in Diablo 4 is super helpful and it's cool. I've seen so many people willing to do boss carries, alt boosting, or even just give people uniques they had extras of. 👍👍Pls thumbs up👍the comment above so more people get it, ty!👍👍
lol I ran a random guy lastnight maybe 15 torn bosses… he got 3 mythical my bro got 2 and I ofc got ZERO! At least the random guy was able to make himself an andariels visage anyway!🥴
My cousins and I have played this season pretty hard since release. The most fun we've had is inviting random low-level players to our party and farming ubers for them
The power difference between a tier 5 and tier 6 compass is pretty ridiculous. I clear a 5 with no trouble and 25 second Council clear. Tier 6 I have 3 deaths before wave 4 starts.
@@tomvanvenrooij1811 armour at the 9230 and got Tyriels armour and resistances at max. 30k hp. Might be my damage then, not being able to kill fast enough.
This is a good video. I agree. Only one thing I would add is to shop through your ND's and Only run the ones that are ancestral awakening. Makes glyph leveling very easy.
New to the channel .. Thought you spoke true sense and helped me with great advice .. subbed , thanks for the info .. I'll be back.. Will the hoards still be available next season or will that leave ..because I like hoards and hope it stays
Awesome, Thank you so much! The Hordes are definitely coming back. They were added as a permanent feature to the game. How they might change in future seasons is unknown. I'm sure they are going to add more choices and modify or eliminate ones that people don't chose. They should be announcing the changes for this season in a couple of weeks.
We found that for just collecting your glyphs, helltides were by far the fastest way to get them all. Mrs & I are currently finishing off our sorcies (hers is fireball, mine is lightning spear) - we almost completed the season by doing the T6 Infernal, but got wiped with the council on 10% life, bleh. Going back to level up the glyphs now an get all gear to 8 MWs (weapons to 12 if we can get the Neathiron, eh).
Cool. I love that you are playing with your wife. My wife plays and edits our videos, it's awesome! I'm not sure on the Helltides still. The NMDs sometimes drop like 6 and other times just 1. I do run NMDs in 3-5mins it seems faster but i also haven't timed it.
@@OwnModeGaming Cheers mate! We did it - finally beat T6 hordes last night, so season is done, yay! Back to our alts (comp druid + barrage rogue) to farm another spark, eh.
usually around level 80ish I start running NM dungeons and if your build is good you'll immediately be able to clear 60+ NMD's. I found myself hitting 100 within 1-2 NMD's of finishing my final glyph to lvl 21
Leveling through Hordes and then running top tier NM dungeons for the extra XP definitely feels more efficient. Once you have a fairly good build you can probably level the glyphs you need in about an hour or so.
Lately, rng for this has been sooo bad. I used to get close to 1k or even more. Now, i can barely hit 600-700 on tier 8, even lower on tier 7. So sick of seeing spires and masses.
Why can you run through top tier dungeons like a hot knife through butter with 10K Attack power and i can't dent a mob after Tier 4 with +90K Attack power? I focus on damage% as addon damage what should i focus on instead?
Damage is crazy complex when you get into it. There are buckets for different types of damage and for almost all of them there is a diminishing return, it falls off pretty fast. So how valuable the extra % damage is, in a bucket, is decreasing based on how much damage % you already have, but it will still show an increase of power. So play with different types (crit, vulnerable, overpower) and test them on the practice dummies in Kyovashad to see if your actually dmg is increasing. Maxroll did an amazing damage guide if you want to go deep (maxroll.gg/d4/resources/in-depth-damage-guide) or you can just look at builds that are close to what you are playing and see what damage types they seem to focus on. Hope this helped.
@@OwnModeGaming they should allow us to reset just the last 4 masterworks. In case you have the first 8 that you like but don’t like the 12th. Instead of completing relying on RNG.
Much prefer the table where you advise push versus survive in the hordes. To get the higher level materials for master working you have to survive tier 7 right? Have only managed to survive Tier 6 thus far, so am forced back to the Pit.
I don't know if you have the update but here is a link to those 2 slides: docs.google.com/presentation/d/1qegMRM_ebFH7KqC0VVclZgeMRZxOBy4sUSGEuoUdmns/edit?usp=sharing
So when u reset the masterwork does that start u from the first tier of masterwork? Say you are in ingolith and don't like the bonus and reset, does it start u from the beginning?
Everytime you level up new gear, does it need to be re tempered. This is my second character. Practicing tempering. It occurred to me that I should wait? Because I will have to do it on the better gear?
In early game I only do it on all pieces before I do the capstone dungeons, except to put elemental surge on my weapon. Then in world tier 4, I keep all my gear tempered.
Sadly, there is no benefit beyond 9230 armor. That you get the max of 85% damage reduction. So, I would try to replace any armor you can with things that will actually benefit your build until you are just above 9230. It will help your build a lot.
@@OwnModeGaming Thank you letting me know this because I had made Armor my main stat and was still trying to build on it. this will free up a lot of room for more important things now. I was wearing a necklace with 12,000 armor and had refused to take it off even when much better had dropped because I was to dumb to know armor was capped. Thank You.
I am a barrage rogue with maxed glyphs and a bit more than 11/12 masterworked, and at least for me, Pits are a much better option for getting the third tier masterworking material, since I just get completely destroyed in infernal t7, but pits go smoothly
That's odd. Are you sure you've capped your armour and resistances? I don't have any great difficulties with my Barrage rogue (Maxroll build). No Mythic, most items are MW 9 to 10, Amulet is MW10 +6 Unstable Elixirs (2 proc + GA)/ +2 Malice (got screwed by the enchanting values display bug)/ + 800+HP. Also don't have Innervation on the ammy (I hate tempering & MW's lack of RNG) but have single proc on Innervation on one ring so I still have 10 ranks total. Gloves only single proc for +5 Barrage (don't have an alt. or resources to keep re-doing MW). Chest is double proc & GA for +6 Subterfuge (Dark Shroud basically but it increases smoke grenade too). There are some things to take note of: 1) Your barrier is real important. It's practically what keeps you alive when elites swamp you. I've tanked 3 packs of elites with death explosions in Tier 7 just because of the barrier. Ditto for Hellfire. 2) Related to point #1, barrier amount is dependent on your max life. I find that having about 35K HP (with potions or incense where necessary) is about the right breakpoint to be comfortable running Tier 7. I usually run with Reddamine Buzz Incense for a little more HP. 3) Also related to #1 - You need to spend energy (spam barrage) to keep the barrier up so control your potion use; and it's better to use Elixir of Resourcefulness over Elixir of Advantage if needed. Better to be a little slow poke at killing than a dead glass cannon. Can't dish out the DPS if you're constantly getting wiped. 4) Obviously make sure you've capped armour and resistances. 5) Never ever take Unlimited resources - it basically reduces your energy spent to zero (as opposed to actually giving you infinite resource top-up); This means no cooldown reset of Rain of Arrows. I'd literally take Spires drain health or Infernal Devil over this if there aren't any better options. Mostly I run Tier 5 for gold & Ingolith (T5 gives 20 Ing per click, Tier 6 gives only 22 and it's not worth the additional stress for 10%) and Tier 7 for Neathiron if I really need to.
@@OwnModeGaming Thanks! Just trying to help out a fellow barrage rogue. 😁 Great guide BTW. Only thing is I'd caveat the "Exalted Hordes", it's great to have one (high tier), *maybe* two stacks (lower tiers) of it at the beginning to help with spawning more events but going beyond that, most builds simply don't have the mobility or rate of killing mobs (for spires) to benefit much from any further increases. Hellborne is definitely my top pick for hordes for a simple reason - Hellborne always auto-spawn and remain after the timer expires. Unlike spires/ masses/ aether fiends which would either despawn or not spawn at all (fiends will not spawn if you don't trigger in time before the timer runs out). Hellborne is the way to go as you can them around after the timer ends without having to move to trigger their spawning and still get the aether after you've run out of time.
I'm struggling. Im level 54, tier 3 been running wispers The mothers gift etch Getting loads of glyphs, Now unlocked hordes. But no sigils. So, no nightmare dungeon.
That's weird, If you have been running whispers you really should be getting sigils or at least have one sigil from completing capstone dungeon 1. Just make sure you check the potions tab in your inventory for the sigils. You will also get another sigil when you complete capstone 2. For now you can also just keep leveling with hordes or Helltides.
@OwnModeGaming 😂 so for context. I'm dyslexic and have ADHD. So guess who didn't look in the right place 🤡🤣 So I've done my 1st KM dungeon and heart dungeon. But mega thanks for your reply. And I've been taking your advice on gear upgrading early on. I'm just pumped to be ay the end game and enjoying it. I've go soooo for still to go. But I'm here for it
It's all dependent on the clear. Once my lighting spear sorc got mythics 8 was for more worth it, but for most of my runs and even many of the other classes 7 is also where I focused.
Better way to masterwork is to get the same item several times. If the stats of the first sukk, then smash it. You get Mats back and can try with the second item. Also no 5m Gold wasted. At least in the early game-without rare GA drops-this way means less farming.
I like even if you have multiple that you can roll them all and then reset and try again on the worst one without losing your best roll, but if you are looking for those perfect affixes with GAs that could take awhile.
I don't understand how everyone else finds so many GA items. I've done dozens, maybe hundreds, of hordes. I've gotten a handful of GAs in all of those runs. In my experience, choosing the equipment chest is like choosing to fill your inventory with useless crap that can be sold and/or salvaged. I don't get how people find good items, because no matter how much I play, I barely see GAs. When I do, 99% of the time it's max life or life per second.
The level of hordes matters a lot and it is a grind. Most are not what we want but if you want gear you just load all your points into equipment/GA chests and you will get a lot of GAs. The other great place is running the Maiden over and over and you can also do a lot of boss runs. I think I've got my best GAs from bossing.
Thank you for such a kind request. I wish that that was all there was to it. When I have messed with chapters in the past the videos would tank to half or a third of the views. That would mean that I would have to double or triple the amount of work just to reach the same number of people. It sucks that the algorithm works that way. I also tend to cover way more than what a chapter title would suggest, either in context or even extra tips I remember as I go.
The system for working with others in game is lousy. IDK if anyone finds Mythics playing solo, but it should be easier to ask for help in-game. I just hop in and play, I'm not going to find a clan etc. Love your videos btw, very helpful this season for me.
If it helps to give you some hope. I received the grandfather and melted heart of selig mythic uniques playing solo, and doing a handful of level 100 duriel runs. It's more unlikely but not impossible if you want to try to use any mats you have
The flaw in your strategy is that the necessary masterworking material for the top 4 levels can only be effectively retrieved by doing T7's, which is a chicken and the egg problem. Everyone knows this. What they SHOULD have done is provided all masterworking materials in the lower tier hordes, in appropriate ratio's, so that you can at least slowly overcome the hurdles.
@@OwnModeGaming This is true for sure and all I can hope to do normally. I suppose like most, I have one character (lightning spear sorcerer) designed to do the T7's so that it can feed high level masterworking materials for my other character(s) that can never hope to do them, no matter how good the equipment. My "Minion" necro is just such a build. Tricked out completely, I could only hope to do a T6, although I am aware that somehow people can do T7's with just Minion builds.. I've never been able to do it, even following all their builds and being fully masterworked. I just think some builds will never succeed no matter how well you fit it out and some can do nothing BUT succeed, which seems like poor design to me and something I wish they would work on. It also seems, that if it works.. it gets nerfed.
@@platiusmango7075 I had a similar experience. I was able to get 2 builds to easily clear t7s and my lightning spear was crushing t8s but I played a total of 10builds last season and the remaining 7, even if I could clear t7s, it was barely and the rewards were crap.
Lords are fine. They're mid tier. Better than masses and spires. You just have to be able to kill them fast. Just let them all spawn and kill trash while they take DOT. Don't worry about killing them right away, because you're only gaining one extra spawn chance from killing them. In hordes the key is to always be aiming to kill the trash. The hellborne, lords and fiends will die from DOT. You're just trying to continually spawn more mobs. This means staying in the center of the map during the lower tiers and moving around in a circle halfway between the aether spots and the center.
In the case that you are doing a poison bossing build, maybe. They do persist beyond the timer, so spawning a bunch and killing them after the timer could add up. I still don't think this is optimal for most builds. What build are you playing btw?
@@OwnModeGaming Barrage AV, yeah. My poison ticks for 1.9b+, but I've never actually observed a 2b tick. I can kill them in just a few seconds or let the poison do most of the work while I'm killing trash. I just like hordes and take people through T8s for fun, so I've played a lot of them. Lords become a slight positive when you can do enough DPS that you're not sitting whacking on them for 30 seconds after every round. Every once in a while, I still get one that takes me 10 seconds or so, but about once a week I somehow die inexplicably in a T7, even though I can carry T8s, so that's Diablo for you. Edit: When I say a slight positive, I mean they're preferrable to masses and spires, if those are your only other two options. I'll still pick fiends over lords.
@@itsame8470 Some nice bleed, my friend. I did notice lords were more favorable with my flay barb and andariel rogue. My other concern even with the bleed was that some of the lords could wipe there bleed. Are you noticing the same?
@@OwnModeGaming Honestly, things die so fast that I have no idea, I've never played a barbarian, and somehow I never play with any barbarians. Are they just so powerful they don't want free t8 runs? Until you asked, I never noticed that no barbarian has ever taken me up on hordes carries.
I play everyday and use trade chat to find groups but would love to have an active clan. Anyone have space in their active clan? I Love run hordes ubers or help carry new ppl or alts
It really sucks and makes no sense you cannot up-level he materials for master working. Just make it so you have to add ina bunch of something else that’s rare, like Stygian stone, etc, and make it harder but not Impossible. Not everyone can kill monsters that are 30-49 levels above their actual level.
That would be better in my opinion. It would also be cool to trade bossing mats for the ones you need. I do not need anymore Living Steel. It does look like they are going to fix some on these endgame caps. The PTR starts tomorrow and we should be able to see if it is.
It should be right next to box you place the item in. In the masterworking window or if you are on console it should tell you what button to press to reset masterworking at the bottom of the window
I've accidently sold about 20 equipped items including mythics. It makes the game basically unplayable on controller because I don't want to go through all the effort of finding and materworking another - for instance - perfect Tyrael's Might like the one I had dissapear yesterday.
😢 i know how that feels. I salvaged my shako w GA on CDR and never been able to find another one since. I put in 40hours since then…. I created a ticket for Mythic salvage guardrails
Wow, that sucks. I accidently broke down a starless sky, when there was a million to one chance of ever seeing one. I wanted to cry. Worst part, I couldn't even prove I had it, so nobody believed me.
@EternallyGod I have made no claims of being smart. If I did, please give me the time stamp and I'll have it fixed immediately. How dare I get something wrong.
Levelling is way too fast IMO. I just got the game last week and I'm level 80. Shot up there so fast I didn't bother/have a chance to manage gear beyond swapping out at a glance. And now they're going to reduce the level? I'm confused and nervous about possibly regretting the $140 I just dropped on the expansion.
@@aarenmyatt4509 I just watched a bunch of the updates and this next seasons feels like a completely new game. It's just so different from what we have now. Next season they are lowering the level but adding much deeper levels of difficulty. They are adding 4 torment levels beyond max level and it looks to be a much richer endgame. Leveling stops but Paragon continues much farther and is more meaningful. Even in the present form level 100 is not at all where the game ends.
@@OwnModeGamingI wish people would stop saying they are lowering the max lvl, because they aren't. The max lvl to get skill points is increased from 50 to 60. Above that the max paragon points is increased from 225 to 325 if I got it right. So basically the max lvl is increased to 125. Even if the number stops going up at 60. (don't know if it is but I expect it does).
@OwnModeGaming I play sorc and it slows you down but it does not give infinite mana, I constantly run out of mana with shrines that give the chalice icon above your head or in hordes where you slow down after aetheric mass but you get unlimited resource which is 100% BS cause it does not give you infinite mana as chain lighting this is a FACT. You will run out of mana with this active whether it's a shrine or a boon it's bugged. Thought that was just a fact for every player
Does'nt even look like a game. Looks like just AOE flashing boom boom boom. How stupid society has become. This is just trash. AKA why all the OLD games are being played now.

The power difference between a tier 5 and tier 6 compass is pretty ridiculous. I clear a 5 with no trouble and 25 second Council clear. Tier 6 I have 3 deaths before wave 4 starts.

Probably armor, resistance and max life.

That's a good strategy
Leveling through Hordes and then running top tier NM dungeons for the extra XP definitely feels more efficient. Once you have a fairly good build you can probably level the glyphs you need in about an hour or so.
Yeah, it feels a lot better.
Good video 👍
Thanks👍
Lately, rng for this has been sooo bad. I used to get close to 1k or even more. Now, i can barely hit 600-700 on tier 8, even lower on tier 7.
So sick of seeing spires and masses.
It dropped for sure.
@@OwnModeGaming glad to hear I'm not the only one. And I finally got my sorc to beast a tier 8 with ease too...
@@OwnModeGaming and my WW barb!
@@Dinugujon WW bard was my last for the season. It was a lot of fun.
@@Dinugujon That's cool. The Sorc is crazy this season.
@OwnModeGaming Thank You! Your videos are very helpful!
How did I not realize you could reset stage 1 to get a perfect start... Thank you
I had originally missed it too. I almost wonder if they changed it and it didn't actually start out that way
@@OwnModeGaming they should allow us to reset just the last 4 masterworks. In case you have the first 8 that you like but don’t like the 12th. Instead of completing relying on RNG.
Do you get your mats back when you reset an item?
Sadly, you don't!
You do if you salvage it
Can you reset masterworking on XBox? I have never seen that button on mu Xbox which does the reset!
You can, but the button doesn't show up. Instead you have to hit the Y button when you are in the masterworking window.

Can I get the mats for Masterworking in the Inferno Hordes? Or do I need to keep running the Pit?
You can get them from the Hordes and you get a lot more for similar difficulties.
Unless your pushing your build pits are redundant this season
correct me if im wrong but i believe any Hellborne option only adds ONE aether, not two (except for invigorating , thats nothing)
I haven't looked at in awhile. Is it wrong on my chart?
@@OwnModeGaming i would do a few runs and reevaluate
So when u reset the masterwork does that start u from the first tier of masterwork? Say you are in ingolith and don't like the bonus and reset, does it start u from the beginning?
Back to level 1 and using obducite.
Invigorate is the no. 1 thing to always take, always... no question.
I Highly Support This.
Me too 😉
I have 36,000 armor on my Barbarian. I'm not sure if there is a cut off, I may have more armor than will register
I was running into that with my flay barb too. I was clearing t8s but i'm not getting a lot of of aether.
There are some things to take note of:
1) Your barrier is real important.
@@BigBenAdv Nice add, my friend. This is impressive!
@@OwnModeGaming Thanks! Just trying to help out a fellow barrage rogue. 😁
Great guide BTW.
Targeting a single affix three times seems insane. The odds of getting all three on one seems impossible
It can be expensive and timely, but it can make a huge difference.
@@OwnModeGaming yeah at least there is no cap on it.
I'm struggling. Im level 54, tier 3 been running wispers
The mothers gift etch
Getting loads of glyphs,
Now unlocked hordes.

I've go soooo for still to go. But I'm here for it
@@bryden72 I'm just glad you found it and that you're having a good time!
Wave 8 on Infernal Hordes is an absolute joke for rewards/aether. 7 is the sweet spot in our experience.
And when doing bosses asking for a rotation gives you loot x4 (no boss Mats when some else spawns but uber chance)
Still good hints😉
@@Senseix3 thank you!
I was barley able to do T5 then I switched to Mekuna lightning spear and can afk tier 8.
Lightning spear is insane!
Every streamer seems to have permanent artillery shrine, what is causing this?
Its the tyrael's might chest mythic armor.

Just a tip for you, a bit more work but worth for the subscribers: Try to add Time Stamps on your vids, then we can scroll faster, keep it up!
Party finder is finally coming with the new expansion, which is coming in about 5 weeks.
Thank you so much, i'm really glad you like them!
I see your point but if you focus on getting all gear to masterworking lvl 8 with the affixes you want powered that is a big jump.
