Is it just me, or do the X and Y games have some of the most interesting Elite Four members? We have: a trainer whose love of dragon types stems from growing up hearing stories of Dialga and Palkia, a famous chef who sees battling as a form of art, a literal knight, and a news reporter and member of the region's evil team.
I whole heartedly agree with this statement. X & Y, though not really challenging, was a complete vibe and I loved it as a whole.
Honestly, if they were actually present in the story to some extent(especially Malva, they missed so many opportunities with an e4 member whose part of the evil team), and gave them megas and actually good teams, they would probably be one of if not the most popular e4 lineups.
For some reason, this is one of the songs I associate the most with Pokemon's cries. I just knew we were getting those Talonflame and Clauncher cries in here, they fit too well
Dude Noivern’s cry is the scariest thing in Pokémon, I do not want to fight an Alpha Noivern in Legends ZA 💀

Alpha noivern but it mega evolves and gets a new ability that powers sound based moves by 30%, and it uses boomburst
Rude, Noivern is a precious baby D: There are way worse cries, like Kricketune or Jynx and Zebrastrike / Glaceon, which are just painful.

As someone that for some reason enjoys the X&Y games, I couldn't help but scream when I saw the notification for this video.
I got X and Y at the same time along with my 3ds at age 6, and pokemon X was the first videogame I ever beat by myself, so everything to do with these games are nostalgic to me

As I find myself back into Noteblock songs after a short hiatus, this has got to be one of the best songs you've ever made in my opinion. I've been listening on and off for probably 4 years at this point, and nothing else comes close to the same feel this song has for me. Incredible work, as always.

Pokemon Y was my first Pokemon game ever, so revisiting the music is so nastolgic for me. On my first playthrough, I didn't even beat the Elite Four, but I ended up replaying in, like, 2017 I think, and beat the whole thing. I'll have to revisit it again before Legends Z-A comes out!

Personally think the original version of this theme is one of my least favourite battle themes in the series, but the added intensity and more prominent melody in this remix makes it so much better to me.

Leave it to noteblock to take what I personally think is the weakest Elite Four themes and make it a freaking banger. Especially love the art parodying the original RGB art and the Pokemon cries in between. Never did I think Noivern would make a good beat drop till today.
