Rate your work and efforts? Ohhhh, given the choice, it's most definitely a 10. Given MY choice, it's about a 25! Beautiful transition of an old piece of history, now restored in its original beauty. I love the way you treat every piece you handle with gentleness and respect. I really enjoyed watching this video. Hello from Texas, USA. Blessings. ❤

I give you a 10. I've watched you do your magic on many different things. I really believe your work is part knowledge and part intuition. Whatever it is your work always comes out beautiful. Also When I was little, in the fifties, any man who smoked had a heavy lighter like this only it was silver and sometimes had an emblem of some kind on it. Imagine being a farmer or truck driver getting in and out or off a piece of equipment. The lighters weren't cheap so they didn't want to lose it. The gold one was for more formal occasions. Anyway, good job! Btw watching from California.
Hello! Thank you very much! I'm glad you like my restorations😉👍. California is beautiful✨. Interesting information, I did not know that these lighters used to be expensive. Have a good day! What flaws do you see in my video?🧐
I love Russia. Mad respect to Vlad. It's clean, safe (in comparison the the rest of the world), faith based (that doesn't include TNT), and all around decent people. And the fact you can drink vodka like water is a bonus. Haha.

It's just impossible to have such a perfect surface after removing all that rust! So where was the rust from if not from the metal in sirface? Dod You put it yourself? 😅😅😅
Awesome work! One question: I've got an old weather vane (weathercock) - you know, a flat figure of a bird that rotates because of the wind, and a cross with letters that show north, south, east, west. The letters are made of thin tin metal and hollow (empty inside), and they are quite rusty and fragile. Also they have some holes and cracks along the edges. I wanted to squeeze/pour something like epoxy inside those letters to make them sturdy and kinda solid, so afrerwards I could put some metal filler on them, sand and paint them, drill some holes and fix them back on the weathercock. What do you think would be the best way to fix the letters? I understand the epoxy might not be the best option. Thank you very much!
