To my understanding, philosophy is a set of logical systems of thought acquired from books or someone. But for general people, I don't mean they're the fools, like housemaids, laborers, beggars, or people sitting on the comfortable chairs in the cooperate office, they've their fixed sets of mind or mental sets acquired from social settings in which they live. But they might have good minds and intelligence in their own ways. a mind-set isn't philosophy.
Your body (and every other living thing), is just a game which gravity plays upon you.
Nadis that are not inline with the way gravity acts comes in as a frequency from how your bone junctions correspond to a slightly different angle.
Your negative thoughts can be stored or come from this element of indifference.
You just can’t understand what that feeling is.
All it’s showing you is the difference of what your body feels on how gravity is effecting it differently.
If you understand the difference, then you can tell what “reality” is.
That’s how people get much more agile when doing yoga and meditation.
You are realizing this and adjusting yourself to reality.
