-If you're just conscious of this one thing you will naturally become spiritual.
The most important thing in life is life itself! Just live the moment...today! Most precious Gift ever!!!
The most important things for me are health, happiness, & safety. From here I can - be - do & have.

Guru says a lot without really saying anything... and I think that is the point. He answers most questions with an abstract response or metaphor. I love him comparing the amount of grasshoppers in our yard to God knowing all humans.

Amen. @Dawn Epideldauer America talks about love and “Christianity” but I feel we are the most evil, greedy country. The lies, hatred and killing what they call “uncivilized” cultures but I think those living on the earth, taking care of the earth, using only what are CIVILIZED. What better way to live than In Nature with Mother Earth, the animals. Everything for nourishment healing happiness exists I think they way the Creator wanted. No one worrying about the next meal, whose driving what, the job etc. you know what I mean? Yes, at times found her most irritating and at other times thinking perhaps she had a point. By the end of the session I realised the 'interviewer' was illustrating nothing more than my own frustration at my own ignorance when not fully understanding what Sadhguru, with his infinite patience and courtesy, was saying thanks to my own ignorance. A really revealing exchange between a guru and listener.
