I'm from South. I don't understand Hindi except for few basic day to day words but when ever I hear this kind of old Hindi songs some sort of weird feeling comes to even without understanding the lyrics , I like old South songs too but never get the feelings which I get from these old Hindi songs. And the latest Hindi songs are shit and i want to run away from those.

Good translation, but somehow I always feel the beauty of urdu is lost in translation. Haseen, deewana, ibadat, so difficult
Very nice effort. But at some places, literal translations wouldn't work I think, like "my dear pretty one" sounds cheesy rather "oh beautiful" is better. Also instead of "I remain confused" we can use "I remain untangled." Obviously, sometimes translations can just get close enough not completely accurate.

This is just a gorgeous song and the voice is just hypnotizing. I had never watched the song but have heard it a thousand times growing up on the radio with old songs programs, the songs in that era just can't' be forgotten, they are masterpieces, the voices of singers are just extraordinary.
