Got them installed, now what?

^^ Adjust them ^^
this guys install is more easy to follow than a how to brush your teeth pamphlet, thank you good sir
Thanks man! Happy to have helped
Agree, this will be my go-to vid when I get a break from the rain and work.
Thank you sir for the great video! I have been on the fence to do mine. Didn't want to pull the entire front bumper off like everyone says you must do, now after watching your awesome video I'll be doing mine soon with the new C8 carbide ones. Thanks again! Great video!!
Awesome! Good luck and glad I could help
Thanks for making this! Due to it, I was able to pull the headlights in 30ish minutes
Glad I could help!
It sounds like Egon is giving me corvette tips. I like it.
Definitely a nice upgrade especially with the sequential lights
I am considering these for my 07 z06. This installation process is what is making me have second thoughts. Seems like a pita
But it's 100% worth it! Once I get my C6 this is the first thing I'm going to do!
It was definitely worth it, and definitely was easier than it looks. Not sure how it is on a c7 though
What’s wrong with the headlights on the C7? Those are LED right? I never heard anyone complain about them it’s the C6 headlights that suck and suck they do. This was what HID was 10 years ago although I must say the HID headlights on my 2006 Acura TL were flamethrowers! Great headlights on that car.
I'm taking mine to my local body shop & having it done this winter.

Awesome overview!
If we haven't already had that resistor replaced for you, please reach out and we'll get that sent your way - sorry for the troubles on that!
Thank you thank you! And yes, I did already get a replacement from you guys hassle-free!
10/10 customer service
Looks amazing!! I'm looking to buy one once I graduate, this is a good option to have on a C6 for sure
Thanks! If you end up buying these lights, hopefully this video will help with the installation
Very helpful Video. My next Corvette will be a C6 and I expect to replace the Headlights.
You're welcome! Which headlights are you thinking of getting?
Going to install mine today. Thanks for the video. If I was upper management at gm during the 05-13 years I would fire the guy who thought the stock headlights looked good. The body color in them is hideous, I have a spider in my passenger headlight who got a lot of free rides. Also they make it so difficult to pull them apart to refinish them.
Good luck man and I agree! If every color car came with black insides they would have looked alot better. Still not great, but better
@@thawkproductions4248 for sure ! Mine is lemans blue and looked rediculous with blue headlights lol. I got them in and your vid helped a lot ! Thanks brother!
Well done Mr.
Awesome video, you said something about running a new wire that it comes with to my fuse box? What did you use, and can you show how you did it? Just ordered my new Moto head and fog lights and planing on doing the work myself. Thank you in advance for your support . 🤙
That wire is for the dlr's. Which I chose to not use
This is a very well done video. Thanks
Hope it can help, You're welcome!
Have you ever run led fogs prior to these new fogs? I'm wondering how the new fogs compare? Car looks great !
I did have led bulbs in the stock housing.
The morimoto ones have a MUCH better cut off line, and are brighter too.
However the stock lenses were in pretty rough shape so I'm sure a lot of the light wasn't making it through
Very well explained video, thanks😃👍
Great video.i have daylight running lights now.if I replace them with morimito do I have to plug into the fuse box with the extra wire?
As I know it, yes.
These headlights need that additional wire connected for the drls to be on
Thank you sir. Nice job
I like that you were able to do this without taking off the front bumper. Great job! I like even more that were able to do this single handed. Looks like a perfect fall/winter project while the car is stored until next spring. Did the beam pattern require aiming adjustments?
Wasnt nearly as hard as expected, and I did do it alone, in the garage over winter. Taking the bumper off wouldn't have been much more work but it would have increased the chances of scratching something (doing it alone)
Here's the adjustment video. Nothing fancy th-cam.com/video/ApCR02Gf50U/w-d-xo.html
You should always adjust new headlights
Did you swap the studs with the factory lights? I see conflicting answers. Also I’m worried about panel gaps.
I used the studs that came on the Morimoto headlights, and I think they fit pretty good
Hi
Good job awesome
Where did you get the fog lights please?
www.vette-lights.com/products/c6-corvette-morimoto-xb-led-fog-light-assemblies?variant=39453776707644¤cy=USD&
Theres are other places to get them, that's just where I got mine
Wish I had a corvettes to do this mod 😢
😂 well thanks for checking out the video anyway. Maybe one day you'll get one
Are those ANZO head lights ??
These are Morimoto XB headlights, and now they make the "GTR Carbide" headlights that I think look even better
Awesome !!!!!!
What's a DRL ..?
Daytime running light I believe
