How do you set the battery meter? 1. After fully charging the batteries, it's important to reset the battery monitor. This ensures accurate monitoring of the battery's status. 2. To ensure the correct setup and usage of the battery monitor, connect its power cord to the positive terminal of the first battery. Use another wire to connect the monitor's B-port to the negative terminal of the last battery. 3. Connect all positive wires of loads to the positive terminal of the first battery and the negative wires to the monitor's P-port. 4. When charging, the charger clip should be connected to the monitor's P-port rather than directly to the battery's negative terminal, as this will bypass the monitor and make it unable to read the charging data. Please look at how to set the battery meter's values. 48V 100Ah battery CAP: 100AH Full V: 53.5V Zero V: 44.7V PowOff: 51.2V Alarm: 20AH Atten: No setup required !!! Just so you know, the Full V is for reference; you can use a multimeter to test the batteries' voltage when fully charged, then set it on the monitor.
Bro i did this on mine i bought the lifepo4 51.2V 100ah server rack battery. You're going to love it, range for days and you shed like 400-500 pounds getting rid of the lead acid. I had to install a JK BMS to get it to provide power without cutting off... stock bms was too weak. Get a controller and a bad ass motor and youll be shooting wheelies so easy. LifePo batteries are bulletproof. Good to know im not the only person in the world to do this lol.
I have to say, lithium batteries have truly amazed me. I recently installed a Vatrer Power 48V lithium battery in my '06 ClubCar, and I've completely abandoned lead-acid batteries. The weight has significantly decreased, making my old buddy feel young again. The manufacturer promises a 10-year warranty, and overall, it's great value for money.
Thanks for the video, good information. I’m in Australia and can’t get a lithium kit. Where though, where did you get the basket outside the front windscreen? That would be very helpful for me
hey brother have you been contacted about the recall on our 950s yet yesterday i got a text from dealer they said it was a safety issue with the eye unscrewing from end of the shock they said they would contact again when cf came up with a fix meantime they recommend not operating the unit
I knew about that. The fix is easy. Why do they need to come up with a fix?. It’s simple as hell. Compress the spring unscrew that eye put red loctite on it and tighten it back up. But yeah I wouldn’t ride it until it’s fixed because it’s dangerous.
Mr RNG: Is it possible / easy to retrofit EPS on a zforce 800 ex without EPS? There are kits available for about 500 - 600$, and it seems to be not too difficult? Do you know?

Thank you 🙏. We have the battery meter set up properly now. I wasn’t off by much lol.
Please do a review of the installation of the onboard charger and conversion of electrical port plug for lithium.
Would like to see the install with the charger and light kit

@R.N.GPerformance my bms is bluetooth to my phone and quick calculations looks like my range is roughly 60-80 miles. I'd expect you to be similar.
Thanks for the video, please send the charger install video

I couldn’t agree more. Less weight more power and longer run time. Can’t beat it.

When buying a 48v lithium battery, what Ah should I choose and what difference does the higher the Ah make?
Charge battery first. Then use. Can effect battery life.
