    달콤한 브라우니를 타르트에 넣어 구운 브라우니 타르트를 만들었어요~
    타르트 반죽을 길게 잘라 윗면 올려 구워 무늬를 만들어 봤는데 브라우니가 많이 부풀지 않게 잡아주어서 깔끔하게 구워져 좋은 것 같아요~^^
    타르트 시트가 잘 부서 저서 단단하게 냉장실에서 굳히지 않으면 작업하기가 까다롭더라구요~ 윗면에 올리지 않고 구우시면 간편하게 만들실 수 있으실 것 같아요~~^^
    저는 라즈베리가 들어있는 초콜릿을 다져 브라우니 반죽 아래 넣고 구웠는데 먹었을 때 부드럽게 녹아 달콤함이 2배가 되네요~*^^*
    정말 달달한 디저트가 먹고 싶을 때 딱인 타르트 인 것 같아요~

    파이시트랑 브라우니가 정말 잘 어울릴것같은 파이네요♡윗면이 무늬가 정말 멋스러운것같아요~안에 라즈베리 초콜릿이 들어가서 더 달달해질것같네요~정말 맜있을것같아요😋제가 파이는 많이 안먹어봐서 초콜릿을 좋아하는 저는 한번 먹어보고싶어싶어지는 파이에요👍오늘도 영상 잘보고가요~

    초코칩이 씹히는 브라우니와 듣기만 해도 파삭한 파이지의 조합이라니! 정말 좋네요. 마지막의 맛보는 소리가 증말 군침 돌게 하네요 ㅜㅜ
    매번 파이 위의 데코가 바뀌는 것도 정말 이뻐요.

    브라우니는 만들어 먹어본적도 있구 그런데 타르트로 먹어본적은 없어서 뭔가 되게 신기해보여요!
    또 바삭바삭한 타르트반죽과 부드럽고 달콤한 초콜릿 어울러져 완벽한 합을 낼거같아요ㅠㅠㅠ 브라우니 안에 피스타치오나 아몬드를 넣으면 약간의 식감과 고소한 맛도 나서 좋을 거 같아요!

      You have to keep a super sharp knife so that you can cut through it with ease. If you have a dull knife, it won't exactly cut it as much as it's gonna basically break the chocolate, which makes all the bits flying everywhere

      The best chocolate to use for brownies is with 70% cocoa the taste of chocolate will be strong
      But for the filling...50% or less will maje a good balance of sweetness

      글루텐 함량이 달라서 다른 식감을 주는 것 같아요~~
      한 종류만 사용해도 괜찮지만 식감이 조금 다르게 나올 수 있답니다~^^
