I would add to your spice collection some ground cloves. In fact, when you put in the cinnamon, add about half the amount of the cloves. This makes your morning coffee, especially in fall and winter, extra delightful.

That's a great idea David. I actually tried ground cloves with my coffee this morning and enjoyed the aroma/taste. It does have a cold weather feel to it, so I'll have to try the cloves again in the fall/winter time. Thanks for the tip!
