Are you a lefty ? If he doesn't get jail, it's two tier policing
What that man said is as horrendous a thing as I have EVER heard uttered in public. If he isn’t jailed for that then we have all the evidence we need that there is a two tier judicial system.
If Tommy Robinson had made a similar statement, then he'd be facing 10 years in prison. Now tell me that there's no such thing as double standards in this country!
Tommy Ten Names has a very lengthy criminal record which funnily enough has an influence on sentencing and if he wasn't hiding in Europe he'd be - quite rightly - in a cell. He tweeted times and locations in advance for rioters to let them know where to turn up with their bricks. That is criminal conspiracy with a hat on.
Jones deserves the maximum possible sentence. Given his position as a Councillor, the fact the country was in the midst of almost civil war and 'community' tensions were so high and finally, that he was speaking to a large audience both live and virtual, his reach was even greater than it would have been had he said the same things in a pub (for example). If the police do not charge and the courts do not find him guilty and severly punish him, then THIS will be all the confirmation the public need to justify the claims of a two tier society.
Community service order, nothing more.!!!! Guaranteed.!!!! Two tier kier, the Marxist agent that the silly labour voters handed our country over too.!!!!
He is a vile person and should be charged and in prison for inciting violence. Not just two tier, but one rule for them and another for everyone else eg anyone who goes against their narrative.
This guy will go to prison for a long time. It is too big and too public to ignore, they have already arrested him, and it is undeniable that he committed the offence due to the video and audio footage. Just because their IS two tier policing, doesn't mean that everybody on one side is punished and nobody on the other. It is far more nuanced than that.
The people around him should also be charged because they obviously agreed with him by laughing and clapping. Let's see how long he will have to appear in court, if ever.
It wasn’t CAUGHT on camera. It was performed for the camera. Deliberately inciting violence and knowingly causing fear. I doubt that sort of idiot will be thought of by the Government as worth keeping. What a chump!
Let me guess, the British tax payer is picking up the tab for Shamima Begum's legal fees, even though she's not a British Citizen. Are we mugs or what?
Well one of the fundamentals of the English (and the Scottish) legal system, is the right to a defence. It doesn't matter from which country you are from. I am fine with paying for that if it means that justice is seen to be done. The alternative would be numerous miscarriages of justice and a lack of faith in our legal system.
@@skasteve6528 Nice theory, only that's not how it works is it. Most of us only get a right of defence if we can pay for it. And will the state pick up the tab for our appeals if we don't like the result? Right now Katie Price is defending herself in court in a bankruptcy case. Yes, sad I know, but where's her free defence lawyer? - dream on! Take a simple divorce case - not only solicitors, but a barrister needs to be paid for if it goes to court - extremely expensive. Look at the case of Mike Lynch, he is on record as saying he was only able to defend himself because he was rich - no defence there paid for by the tax payer. Also, while you could argue a case for the initial defence in SB's case, these are endless appeals that also appear to have been paid for by the *British* tax payer.
