      People should be protesting outside of parliament, people should be protesting the government, not protesting outside of migrant hotels. Because what would it look like to the world if all these white Brits were being arrested for protesting and chanting 'we want secure borders' outside of parliament and being called 'far right thugs' for that? Would they do that at this point? Possibly. I understand people may not be able to get into London to do that though, but at this point i really think it would be a good thing to do in the least to show people that we're not far right thugs.

If they are mothers, I would have serious concern, for any children they have, they should be investigated with him, and also by social services.     Jones deserves the maximum possible sentence.
    Given his position as a Councillor, the fact the country was in the midst of almost civil war and 'community' tensions were so high and finally, that he was speaking to a large audience both live and virtual, his reach was even greater than it would have been had he said the same things in a pub (for example).
    If the police do not charge and the courts do not find him guilty and severly punish him, then THIS will be all the confirmation the public need to justify the claims of a two tier society.

And will the state pick up the tab for our appeals if we don't like the result? Right now Katie Price is defending herself in court in a bankruptcy case. Yes, sad I know, but where's her free defence lawyer? - dream on! Take a simple divorce case - not only solicitors, but a barrister needs to be paid for if it goes to court - extremely expensive. Look at the case of Mike Lynch, he is on record as saying he was only able to defend himself because he was rich - no defence there paid for by the tax payer. Also, while you could argue a case for the initial defence in SB's case, these are endless appeals that also appear to have been paid for by the *British* tax payer. This is going all the way the the ECHR - surely we need to draw the line somewhere?

    Thank you for your generosity in donating and sharing your time and professional experience. It is refreshing to be told the truth. I am one of those who at the age of 77 voted Labour up until Tony Blair revealed his true colours of being pro academia and anti working class. Brown failed to win me and many others back to the party with his dropped mic incident revealing his true character. I now find myself being characterised as far right just because I disagree , and object to the UK being overrun by people breaking into the country. I am not anti immigration, but as the oracle at Delphi says, everything in moderation.       If you understood anything about how the British justice system works, you would know that the government has no influence over the Police, Judiciary and the CPS, who operate independently to politics - because this is a democracy and not 1930s Germany. However, the government's responsibility is to make sure that the Police and CPS have sufficient resources and powers available to carry out procedures. Nobody is above the law, including the foreigners that increase your blood pressure every single day.
