The Cubs boss sucked. Really tho… all these bosses suck, cause they see how shitty the environment is, however all their people are struggling, and I haven’t seen any boss that performs a full overhaul at all locations or anything. This is all “feel good” without actually doing anything to change the conditions or circumstances.
