RIU DUNAMAR is one of the newest family resorts from RIU in the Costa Mujeres region. This is a very lively resort, with lots of fun activities for both kids and adults! Kids will love the activity pools, RIU Land and awesome splash park - and adults will love the swim-up bars, RIU Parties and thrilling water slides! There are 4 specialty restaurants in addition to the buffet - plus a 24hr sports bar, complete with snacks, pool tables and a full-service bar. This resort has everything you need to have an amazing family vacation!

I would say yes 👍🏻 overall as a resort, it’s nicer. The benefit of Riu Cancun is that it’s right on the main Cancun strip, so you can venture out for more action. Dunamar is not close to much 🤷🏼♀️
I’m going there in June and I really liked your preview. However, I would say that unless you know the medical station has a doctor, don’t say they have a doctor.
The swim up bars pools are adults only? Or kids can be in that pool too?
Shoot - we didn’t notice 🤔 the swim-up pool bars at Costa Mujeres next door were adults-only, so that’s likely the same at Dunamar
What ones out of the Riu latino Riu caribe Riu cancun and Riu Dunamar are the Riu parties at?
Riu Caribe and Dunamar have the parties
Do you know if they let you do early check in?
It depends on availability of the rooms 🤷🏼♀️
Are there any street vendors on the beach? Or street near by?
No vendors on this beach
Is there air conditioning in the main buffet
Yes, there’s an enclosed section that has air conditioning
What’s the major difference between riu Latino and dunmar? Stuck inbetween both
They’re very similar in terms of accommodations, food and service - but the main difference is that Latino is adults-only whereas Dunamar is a family resort

What kind of tours do they offer?
There are many options - eco parks, catamarans, pyramids, etc.
What's your favorite Riu that you've been to in Mexico (food quality, overall experience, etc)? planning a trip and want to get the most for the money! Or actually best all inclusive period, doesn't have to be Riu!
We loved the Riu Palace Costa Mujeres! It’s got great amenities, rooms and location 👌🏻 we also loved the Barcelo properties, particularly the Barcelo Maya Riviera, and the Hard Rock Hotel Heaven was amazing 👍🏻
Is it hard to find shadow on the beach?
No, the beach is nice and shallow when you enter

There are only palm trees on the beach, but they do provide good shade 👍🏻
