Looks good... Love Black Guitars & White Guitars... Actually Paulownia Wood the weight is lighter than Bass Wood 🪵 and similar TONE characteristics to Swamp Ash. If you buy into BS about Tone Wood in an electric guitar. Acoustical Guitars yes. Although you mentioned that wood you associated it with China.. Actually See Kiesel Guitar Co. Among others that use it. Sophie Lloyd Signature Sieres uses it. I don't want a boat anchor ⚓ around my neck while playing. Indian Laurel is actually similar to ebony wood. However faster growing thus it's considered 💚 GREEN. Companies can get GREEN 💚 Credits for being green LOWER TAXES .. etc... Awesome SHREDDING..

Hey Josh. I understand your love of a good deal. Amps and guitars are a bit different, though. I would do some research about the common issues with that specific model and the minute it is out of warranty take it to an amp tech for some possible mods that will improve performance and long term health before anything goes wrong. Those budget tube amps (bugera are known for budget tube, more than ss so I'm assuming) are always built in the cheapest, most over packed, most likely to live well only until the end of the warranty and then all bets are off.

Check out the EART SSS Strat when it goes on sale usually for around $175. In my opinion the best budget strat you can get. Stainless steel frets, roasted maple neck, bone nut, mahogany body, very good hardware and some of the best fretwork in the business.

I really loved how broad your scope is on demonstrating that guitar's tones.
No doubt you love shredding but you have the rare common sense to play some clean tones as well.

I don't want to get all preachy but frankly I felt blessed to find a down to earth picker on yoootooob.
I am mostly retired from the road now but you'd be a fun cat to gig with.
You seem like an actual guy who could legitimately play a gig rather than some bedroom geek.

Got this one based on your review.....sadly mine wasn't setup 😢. At least 3 frets are high. All strings were set super high on the saddles & the neck had a concave bow in it. Maybe my expectations were too high idk.

I have one of those amps same brand it's good for what it is but the Bluetooth doesn't work on mine it didn't.Alot of Amazon reviews also state this other than that it's a good amp.

Added a aodsk to my cart...hope mine is as good as yours. I also want a Donner dst 400 & the dst 700. I ordered another guitar u recommended. It should be here no later then Monday or Tuesday. I really want a 2 point trem though... all I could find real fast with a 2 point trem was the donner 400. Just under $300.
Donner is a great entry level instrument. Always recommend them to beginner students

So Josh do you like this guitar better than the taxon seems like it sounds better but I don't know what you're using when you do your songs at the end That are pretty sick by the way
That's cool as Hell that you took it into Guitar Center for "official spec" approval. Looks Good - Sounds Excellent....Just as good as Any Squire out there, only a Much More affordable pricepoint! Yeah, I would say Fender has something to worry about now.

I'd like to see a Telecaster with traditional style single coil pickups, but with a tremolo. The bridge pickup with the half Tele bridge'pickup mount would be real nice. If there is anything like that, please let me know.

Somebody makes those half Tele pup mounts that accommodate a trem, I've seen them. Vegatrem has them. I've got the Schecter Sun Valley Shredder PT FR-S in mind, that'll take care of all my needs !!!@@StraightOutOfTheBox

I would never buy a guitar like that, but that's because I don't like 6-screw vibratos. Yes, I have one, but I have no need for more. That said, I believe that your axe's headstock is the very same as the ones on my 2 Donners. I figure both guitars were made by the same factory. That would explain the high quality, as my Donners have both been modified -- but only cosmetically. I also have one of the world's cheapest neck through guitars, and all I did to turn it into a great player was straighten the neck a bit!
I feel you, more of a string thru the body kind of guy myself. And I wouldn’t be surprised if donner is an umbrella company
@@StraightOutOfTheBox Hey, my most beautiful guitar is a 2003 Schecter C-1 Elite, which features a TOM-style bridge with string through ferrules. Blessed was I the day I got that axe!

Hey, I think that was a missed opp at the end. You should have had a fan blowing your hair back on the close up cam - maybe throw on some make-up - then it could really be glam/hair metal from the 80's. 🤘😎I for one, wouldn't mind at all playing this axe. Hey, if it rips, it rips, when it's in the right hands. I'd give that amp away to some kid that needs it - not fantastic. But as long as it shreds and has a good setup, it's a good guitar. "If it sounds good, it is good..." - EVH Hit that like, subscribe, and that bell, ya BONE HEADS! Also, just a ponderous question... Why do all Amazon/Chinese guitars insist on having names that nobody knows how to pronounce? I guess vowels cost extra, like on wheel of fortune.

My experience with Guitar Center techs, They're assholes & don't know what they're doing. I've to redo shoddy repair work on my sons guitars.
