66 years old loved the moody blues. Saw them in concert over 20 years ago and they were still Awsome!!!! Tower theater upper Darby Pennsylvania. I was spoiled with great music. Turned on my boys now 32 and 41 to all the great music I grew up with. They love it 😊

I grew up listening to this group & they are one of my favorites from the 60's-80's. Love their mix of rock with classical music. They have a sound like no other band. Their most famous song is "Nights In White Satin". But they have so many great songs such as "Go Now", "Tuesday Afternoon", "The Story In Your Eyes", "Question", "Ride My See-Saw", "I'm Just a Singer (In a Rock and Roll Band)", "Gemini Dream", "The Voice" etc. All of their music is great! Many of their records are concept albums & meant to be listened to all at once. Sadly Ray Thomas their flute player & singer passed away in 2018 & their drummer Graeme Edge passed away in 2021.

Yes, such a long time and range of songs! "Go Now" is one of my favorites but "Tuesday Afternoon" is just a dreamy experience as well. Such an eclectic, lovely band. I got to see them live a few years ago and it was such a treat.

I got to see them in the mid 90's and it was an incredible experience! Definitely a band worth diving into.

The follow up to this one is I Know You're Out There. The Moodys are a Rock Blues group from the English Invasion of the 60's. They are a deep and wide ant heap. Two of their many mind blowers, are the LP Days Of Future Past, and the song The other Side of Life. The girl that you loved and left behind.

The correct title of the album is "Days of Future PASSED" (not "Past") so many people get the title wrong, in case he is trying to look up the album.

I got a chance to see them in the mid 90s maybe the best concert I've ever seen. 76 years old Justin Hayward(the singer) is still touring. Incredible.

I freakin love this song, man.
Lost love and just ruminating about it.
Nostalgia & regret are a powerful combination.

Chicago has a song that is similar to this. Hard To Say I'm Sorry. Another excellent song. This and the Moody Blues song are 2 of my favorites that remind me of the past. Wish I could go back in time. Thanks for your reactions.

Totally about remembering a love from his youth, and she obviously still thinks about him. We all have that one person we still think about and wonder if they still think about us. Moody Blues is all good!

Try a song from their concert video in the mid 1990's at Red Rock with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra or their 2000 concert videos from the Royal Albert Hall with the London Symphony Orchestra. They are known for the quality of their live performances.

Go Now and Nights in White Satin are a Must… if you like this you might try ELO (Electric Light Orchestra) - so many to choose from but try Telephone Line, Mr Blue Sky and Livin’ Thing. This music reaction lark could turn into a full time occupation for you 😀

When it goes back to black and white, she is remembering when they were dating back in the mid 1960s (when I was 17) and when the Moody Blues were just a local band and not famous yet. This is the story. They end up going their separate ways, she gets married and has kids, but now she's watching the Moody Blues on TV after they became famous, and she is thinking of Justin (the lead singer) when they were young. She goes to the concert and tries to see him, you see what happens. There is a SEQUEL VIDEO that BEGINS where THIS one ended, called "I KNOW YOU"RE OUT THERE SOMEWHERE" link for the video th-cam.com/video/cjImFYf2Vzc/w-d-xo.html PLEASE REACT TO THAT ONE TOO, since you already did this one, which comes before it. It will continue the story you see in "YOUR WILDEST DREAMS"

I love this song and loved you reaction, man. The Moody Blues is a great band and singer Justin Heyward is fantastic. He performs awesome in Jeff Wayne's War of The Worlds musical. You should give it a try, if you didn't hear it yet. The song Forever Autummn is a masterpiece.
