Easily one of my favorite games 😊 However, I do find it annoying when two players attempt to place down a card on top of the same pile. As well, how weak the box is. I crumbled it just by trying to open it 😅 Awesome video, looking forward to your other reviews!
I’m glad you enjoy the game so much! Haha, my wife and I ran into the same problem! Our usual answer to that problem is a “rock, paper, scissors” battle, which has worked so far. When it comes to the box, I totally hear you. People are really divided on the way EK packages their games: Some want each game to come in that solid cardboard box packaging, while others consistently complain about how bulky the boxes are. As a reviewer, I prefer something that won’t wear and tear, but I get it on both sides. Take care and thanks so much for being a part of this community!
The Exploding Kittens brand is good at making simple yet fun games, which in turn makes it easier for me to introduce people to a wider variety of party games than the standard board/card games that everyone owns.
I have Anarchy Pancakes, never played it. But i have it. I buy alot of the the exploding kitten games because i can crack them out and easily learn them.
I've been thinking of some new Exploding kitten cards and i have one that i think would be very fun and also not ruin the game. The Burglar Kitten: Steal one card from every player
Yes! Dobble actually worked as a collaborator with EK to make this version of the game. EK did the same thing with Love Letter to make Power Hungry Pets.
Great question! Personally, I don’t own any matchmaking games, so Pancakes was a win for me. That said, if you already own Dobble-the game that Pancakes was made in collaboration with-you could skip this one. I’m always up for EK’s illustrations tho!
Fun fact: This game was made in collaboration with Dobble!

I couldn’t agree with you more! It’s one of the things that makes them great.
Hi!
If you could, can you make a tutorial on Air, Land and Sea? I’ve tried to find some, but they’re not great.
I just looked it up and it looks super fun!! I’d love to review that sometime.
@@gameswithdenverjames yeah ik. People say it’s fun, so I’m trying to see if it’s worth my time.

That’s what I love about Exploding Kittens! Anyone can learn, jump in and play. Anarchy Pancakes definitely fits in that category.

A Burglar Kitten card would be epic!!
The drawback of this is you can't place it on a sleeve for extra protection of the cards and make its lifespan longer 🤔
That’s a totally valid point!
Isn't this just.. sort of Dobble?

This game sounds really good but I saw multiple versions of this type of game so why pick it up just because it’s exploding kittens?

So this is pretty much knockoff Dobble
This game was actually made in collaboration with Dobble!
So part dobble that was improved by dobble and exploding kittens
