This takes me back super restoration, Has the PAVT wheels as well. I would have said these only came on to he market 67. I worked at the MF main agent for 13 years starting in 1965 and I thought they were still selling the 35x, and 65 may be I am wrong. A fabulous tractor way ahead of anything else at the time the only problem was it could eat the clutchs because it was fitted with the same clutch as the 135 just with different springs. MF brought out a heavy duty conversion which went some way to overcome the problem until the whole clutch was made bigger on the 185.

i agree the 100 series tractors were released in Europe in 67, also the 175 had the 236 engine about 68 HP the USA models may have been earlier,that model has the USA front part to the mudguards tough should be two head lights there and no lights in the grill.
the 178 had the 248 engine with 73 HP

This range of Massey had pressure control it was a brilliant idea but I have only ever seen it being used once as it was intended.

How did you increase the hp from the factory 50 hp. To 75 hp.l would really like tono how to increas my hp to 75.
different HP is quoted for drawbar / PTO and Gross power. 75 was wrong though, thanks Debi
