I bought this adapter a few weeks ago (along with a Hasselblad V TLT ROKR) and I love it! Tight fit and everything works very smoothly. I am using it on a Canon R5 with a Nikon 28mm and 50mm lenses. I primarily wanted to use this adapter to gain DOF and use the lenses stopped down a bit while tilting. I was aware of vignetting at the extremes while shifting, but with the tests that I conducted, I noticed no significant vignetting on tilt. I shot at apertures of 2.8, 8, 16, and 22 and at tilt degrees of 0°, 5°, and 10°. What little darkening there was could easily be fixed in post. I am eager to get out this spring and really put these adapters and lenses to the real-world test with some landscapes. This provides me with a compact digital option to my 4X5 camera. As a side note, I have a bunch of Pentax K mount lenses that would love to be tilted as well! (Hint-hint!) I've been buying Fotodiox products for a while, and with every purchase, I am increasingly impressed with their high quality and their ability to fill a special niche in the photo industry.

Glad to hear you're getting good stuff going full frame lens to full frame camera! Yes, this pairing can work with certain lenses, but not all lenses, which is why we don't recommend it to everyone. A PK to RF TLT ROKR is a good idea!

Do you guys still make the Nikon G to Canon EF adapter with focus detect and the aperture control dial?

We do make a Nikon G to Canon EF adapter. It's a manual adapter so you have to adjust the Nikon lens's aperture and focus manually, but you can get one with a focus confirmation chip so the Canon camera will beep when you're in focus. Here's the link: fotodioxpro.com/products/nkg-ef-p-fc10?_pos=34&_sid=ca1a88498&_ss=r
It's currently sold out, so you can sign up to be notified when more are in stock or you can get one without the chip here: fotodioxpro.com/products/nkg-ef-p?_pos=3&_sid=ca1a88498&_ss=r

Do you have F mount to Z mount Tilt-Shift adapter? Or any plans for to make?

Yes, we do have one: fotodioxpro.com/products/nkg-nkz-tr
We call it the Nikon G to Nikon Z TLT ROKR, but it works with Nikon F mount lenses.

Keeping it in neutral position, it doesn't affect the quality as same as the normal adapter ?

If you keep it in neutral settings it's just like a normal adapter.
