One person's trash is another's treasure & that store in Japan is practically the El Dorado of used games & hardware! I shed a tear after seeing an abandoned Dragon Quest VI SFC cartridge in that bin. Thanks for sharing this "treasure hunt" with us.
Hey Yakumo, I've heard of this store from a Japanese countenance that it really is an amazing store that can help get good bargains if you're in the right store, at the right time. I need to good to Japan and see a Hard Off for myself. Thank you for showing this Yakumo. Really enjoyable to watch! Anthony...
That's right. Some stores are hit and miss so you really need to be there at the right time. To be honest, this store has been rubbish since the move to the new building. At the old location I had so many deals such as a Wondermega, Divers Dreamcast (Dreamcast TV), X68000 and countless MSX systems. They even had the PC Engine Super Grafx many times. Sadly these days they don't have those cool items.
Retro Core Understood Takumo, But this video is still excellently done and worth watching repeatedly. The store looks well maintained and everything looks so orderly. Glad your experience in past visits to the store was more positive with better outcomes. Thank you as always kind sie! Anthony...
One man's junk is another man's treasure I hear. But all I want is the Famicom. Lots of memories with that old system (fiddling with power adapters and all).
FYI, I'm pretty sure all the stuff that used to be boxed is, in fact, still boxed -- IIRC, Hard-Off keeps the boxes and manuals under lock and key behind the counter, and grabs them for you when you make your purchase. Quite a few used game shops in Japan have started doing this in recent years.
Sadly not. , I've been a customer of this hard off for almost 20 years now. Wow, that's a long time. I know the staff and manager very well. They used to have the boxes when they were located in the old store but got rid of them when moving to this new store. A really dumb move and one that the manager regrets after I told him the people like me want the boxes and would pay a little more for them.
Very cool...some great deals and what a massive store for being dedicated to retro systems. Nothing like this exists in Canada, especially no chains exist...great video.
OMG nice!! I sometimes dream of going to a hard off one day(if i ever travel to Japan) and filing up a big shipping box with some of the PC stuff that they have...
Retro Core I'm quite the opposite, if the handheld has a game I like, I will play it. :) Especially the handhelds of old, as they have loads of games I like.
Retro Core Well there's always the SGB for GB games, but GB sounds typical can be quite tinny, though sometimes a games music can surprise. I don't have the best sound setup here, I just want to play and enjoy the games, and not strain my eyes, though I do have a GBA to play my GB and GBC stuff, and a DS to, surprise, play my GBA stuff on (I long ago gave my older brother my old brick GB, and he's not touched it, hopefully the batteries didn't leak inside).
Oi Yaku...do you know about this guy/series? Jimmy Hapa (Import Gaming FTW!) He is quite talented and does his research....and the reason he reminds me of you is his magical ability to pick obscure/good nippon games from the 1980-1999 era just like you.
Gillian Seed In Australia Melbourne, there are one store like this around where I live and I asked the store staff if they have another store and they only have 2 stores. The one I've been to not as big as this one from this video.
For someone like me, this as close to paradise as you can get. How come there's that much for sale and this shop is for recycle articles? There's got to be something good for everyone as long as you keep looking or ask the clerks (provided you can speak japanese or any clerk can speak english).
pretty nice video and I love the new direction the channel is taking, can you please tell me what was the price range for the Snes cartridges and pcengin hucards in the drawer of the junk section as it wasn't clear and I'm visiting Japan soon for a retro hunting trip and would like to prepare a budget.
+Retro Core thanks a million buddy I really appreciate the quick reply, these prices are really very cheap compared to what I get them for from resellers here in Egypt as I'm committed to beefing up my SFC collection to beyond the wretched 300 mark I'm at now by collecting any missing title I don't have, YuYu Hakoshu included 😉😂😂
+Retro Core yeah been to Malaysia and Singapore last year & got some nice master system stuff and a ps4/Xbox one for half of what they are worth in Egypt but their both gathering dust since I'm mostly a retro gamer & after finishing MK-X &SF-5 they turned back into paper weights...lol
Great videos you got there ! I just wanted a little Clarification, i bought a "junk" Makaimura on Famicom (using Yahoo! Auction) and it has not arrived yet. From what I understand, it may or may not work, right ?
Lol the PSP GO was utter shite, the damn thing didn't had a built-in UMD Drive so everything was pretty much Digital Only, just to let ya know :) I've been meaning to ask you this question for quite some time... what are your initial thoughts on PlayStation Brand gaming machines? You sometimes usually seem not to care too much or give very less of a crap about 'em, and quite honestly i really don't care to much about PlayStation stuff (outside the PSP) neither as i highly prefer Sega's brand of games highly more than Sony's attempt imho.
MrDmoney156 Oh yes, I know the PSP Go is digital only. I also remember that baldheaded knob from the Gadget Show raving about it. What an idiot. To be honest I couldn't care less about the PlayStation brand. I have a PS2 for PSX and PS2 games but that's it. Everything I want after that is on the Xbox consoles. Plus owning an box in Japan is hardcore :p
MrDmoney156 Nope, not at all. In fact my day to day friends aren't really gamers. I don't play games with anyone face to face except my son. When I meet up with friends we normally talk about movies, music and general stuff.
I cannot wait till my trip next year to go to hard off. im going with 2 extra suitcases to bring back so so much stuff haha. definitely a sub from me. also. are you originally from Liverpool or surrounding areas? your accent sounds interesting lol
Haha, that's what I used to do in the later half of the 90s. There wasn't any Hard Off back then but still plenty of new and used game stores. Much more than there are now. Yes, I'm from Liverpool but I left the UK in November 1998 to start 6 month holiday in Japan. Those 6 months will soon be 19 years!
+Retro Core were doing a tour of Japan when we go, not staying in Tokyo for all of it. is there hard offs in other parts of Japan? or Tokyo only? I could tell you where from there haha! I'm from here too, originally Norris green, currently residing in Costa del Bootle hahaa!
ItsxDanx Noris Green. Man, I haven't heard that name in years :) seem you live in a much nicer sounding ace now though :) Hard Off is all over Japan. I live 500 miles form Tokyo and we have them down here :) theres a store map on the official Hard Off home page. It is all in Japanese mind you.
About 500 miles away from Tokyo I'm afraid. You should check out the hard off home page. It has a store location map that should help you find stores around Tokyo.
Oh man thats a ways. I've been to the one in akihabara but its small and has no junk section. I want to see what goods I can find. Thanks for the info!
Buddy, are you certain that the stuff in the Junk Hardware isle works? Cause that's some pretty huge discounts there, my friend? Are there anywhere in store you can try it out?
I would hardly call such a sexy store "Hard Off", or perhaps I'm missing the subtleties of Japanese to English translation? I wish our secondhand stores here in Australia resold their product like that. Interesting upload - it kind of reminded me of your trip to a local arcade a while back.
That depends upon when you are basing your original prices on. To be honest all retro games are going up in price butyou can still find Famicom and SFC stuff at resonable prices.
Retro Core the only prices I have seen are games for sale here in the US, so I don't don't really know what the cost differences are. Thank you for the reply.
Yep. There's actually a notice in Japanese, English, Korean and Chinese that says "Items are sold "AS IS" and intended to be used for parts". The truth is that 90% of the stuff is perfectly fine :)
Nah, not at all. They may have a couple of items in once in a while but we have nothing at all like Hard Off with shelves and bins full of games and controllers.
Goodwill is a "for-profit" business these days I found out (having to volunteer at a Salvation Army thrift shop myself). A much better store presentation-wise is Savers. I bought a Virtual Boy at one! I'm sure they had no idea what it was as they sold it for $5 (including the controller and that Tennis game). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Savers I'm sure Book/Hard Off operates in a similar fashion.
This is my local Hard Off which is located in Shin-Shimonkseki in the city of Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi prefecture. Basically the last hard off store in Honshu before you reach Kyushu. This isn't exactly a great store mind you but it does have some good stuff.
they are fanboys..after all ..even if the ps2 only had a rf video output.. they still will say .. the video quality and graphics are better...we all know the original xbox is far superior... ..even the dreamcast have better video output.and is 2 years older....the ps2 is crappy in the video quality.department.....from sony consoles i think the ps1 is the only one with the good looks....the problem with sony they always copy someone else idea....like the super famicom controller......ps1 ps2 ps3 ...
¥13,000 for a Wii - what's that, about £100? I'm guessing the market for them there isn't quite as over-saturated as it is here. Seriously, I'm seeing boxed ones round my way for as little as £20 and they're not shifting.
To tell the truth, Hard Off are asking stupid money for their Wiis. I bought a complete mint boxed system about 6 months ago for 4000 yen from Yahoo Auctions.
Man I envy you allot I wish I could visit hard off because it´s cheap and you can find some nice cheap games and consoles I mean I wanted to get my hand on a super famicom for my super famicom collection that is slowly growing but to buy a superfaimcom that´s been imported from japan they cost about 1000 Swedish kroner or 11,973Yen and I can tell you half of that is taxes and import taxes. Oh that ps3 I would give me left and right for it hehe
To be honest if I was to sell you an unbowed SFC you'd still be paying around the same price. Say 3000 yen for the console, 4000 yen go ship it to you then 2000 yen Commission and you'll see why it cost 11000 yen to have on shipped to you. Still, even in Japan if you want a nice white boxed SFC you'd have to pay about 8000 yen.
Yeah true Shipping is the expensive part but at least Japan don´t have the same high taxes we do and if I remember Sweden has the higest taxes in all of Europe. But man that ps3 you showed man it was nice did you get it ?
Zero Walker sadly I couldn't get it. The wife started on her typical "Why do you need more consoles" speech :( I'll have to go back there when she's not around and pick it up.
It's sad to see this Hard-Off succumb to the scourge of not having CIB retro games, I thought that was a uniquely western problem of us just not giving as much of a shit.
Hard Off is a chain store that can be found all over the country. This particular store is in Shimonoseki and I wouldn't say it was a great example either.
Their subsidiary, Book Off had only started to show up stateside, though I'm sure it's nowhere near the grandiose presence of their stores back home. www.bookoffusa.com/
The Xbox stuff is cheaper because Japan doesn't want Xbox stuff. I found it difficult to find peripherals for my Xbox One. Most stores won't even carry Xbox One games let alone an actual console. I have 3 Book Offs in my city. Every time I go there are always new things. Haven't been to Hard Off yet. Didn't know it existed until recently. I'll have to check it out.
Actually Xbox stuff in Japan isn't cheaper, it's priced equivalent to Sony devices of the same age or even more. In Japan the Xbox is the Elite system while all the casuals play on the PlayStation. Xbox has a very healthy underground following in Japan, especially the 360. It all depends upon where you shop to be honest. Even on Yahoo Auctions you can get better deals on Sony stuff than XBox. Same with Amazon Japan in most cases.
I don't know where you get your information but it's completely inaccurate. Maybe there's an underground following for foreigners(that is still incredibly small) but Xbox is absolutely dead in regards to the Japanese consumers. I laughed really hard when you said Xbox is the "elite system" in Japan and actually suggested that PlayStation was for "casuals". Your comment reeks of deluded fanboyism. I don't know where in Japan you live but I have my suspicions on that and it probably explains a lot about your distorted viewpoints. Also, you seem to be lumping used consoles/games from second hand stores and online used gaming sales in with actual brand new consoles/games from your everyday retail store. It's not in your normal stores because it doesn't sell. That's a fact. The used Xbox stuff is cheap in second hand stores because no one wants it and they want to get rid of it. The proof is right there on the screen. You literally asked why is the xbox cheaper than the playstations and the wiis. Because the Xbox is dead in Japan. I can't believe I actually have to argue this fact with someone.
Sadly not. There may have been a few titles in the junk section but nothing of interest. In the past this store had loads of DC games and consoles too.
I doubt you'll ever visit the area where I live. It's not near any of the places people tend to visit. But yeah, we could hook up for a few hours if I have no work.
Its no big price,I need gamecube controller and I not search in my city, DSi and DSlite also no big price in Japan( I mean second heand devices). You live in gamer paradise my friend( of course I mean consols, and accessories, but in Japan games only on japan language).
wow nippon gives no sh^t for old software/hardware...I need to leave the U.S.A. and start my retro empire...seriously Yankees you can buy a common neogeo cart for like $10 U.S.D.
One person's trash is another's treasure & that store in Japan is practically the El Dorado of used games & hardware! I shed a tear after seeing an abandoned Dragon Quest VI SFC cartridge in that bin. Thanks for sharing this "treasure hunt" with us.
Quite amazing to have second-hand shops like that. Everything is so neatly presented :)
That's true. Japanese are really big on presentation.
Not many in the US (either non-profit or for-profit) could get that good.
-sees "crap games that nobody wants"
-check prices on those games on local webpages
-lays on the floor while crying.
Hey Yakumo,
I've heard of this store from a Japanese countenance that it really is an amazing store that can help get good bargains if you're in the right store, at the right time. I need to good to Japan and see a Hard Off for myself.

Anthony...
I love those kinds of vids, they make me travel.
I'll be back in Tokyo next year and I can't wait to go hunting for a Super Famicom complete set.
This not junk! This is heaven!!!
junk section is heaven
You can say THAT again! :D
One man's junk is another man's treasure I hear. But all I want is the Famicom. Lots of memories with that old system (fiddling with power adapters and all).
I feel the same way 😄
It's crazy to me how much cheaper used games and consoles go for in Japan compared to here in the US.
Yeah, I see people in the US paying $20 for some crap on the NES without a box and messy label. Crazy stuff.
I love videos like this, really enjoyed!
Heh, too bad you skipped over those PC games, I would've lingered there a bit myself ;)
Hehe, yeah I know you have a thing for PC games from your videos :) next time I'll take a look at the PC stuff too.
I'm in love with the name of this store.

A really dumb move and one that the manager regrets after I told him the people like me want the boxes and would pay a little more for them.
Oh. In that case, yeah, that's pretty unfortunate. :(
Looks like a store I'd spend a good while in. Course, I only collect for handhelds, but it still could be fun.
Well, there were plenty of different coloured PSPs for you to choose from.
Very cool...some great deals and what a massive store for being dedicated to retro systems. Nothing like this exists in Canada, especially no chains exist...great video.
Thanks for watching!
wow if i ever go trip to Japan i wanna see what i can find in hard off
Hard Off must have been the only game store I missed in Tokyo :)
I can imagine the Tokyo or Osaka Hard Off stores being way overpriced.
OMG nice!! I sometimes dream of going to a hard off one day(if i ever travel to Japan) and filing up a big shipping box with some of the PC stuff that they have...
Most Hard Off stores don't carry PC stuff so make sure you go to one of the bigger stores to be safe.
Retro Core oh. I know the one lukemorse1 used to visit did have pc stuff because I saw it in his videos. Thanks for letting me know
*****
No worries.
Puyo Puyo GB cart in that box around 5 minutes in, that one's actually a gem as it's a pretty nice port.
Can't say I'd play it though as I don't like handhelds in general.
Retro Core I'm quite the opposite, if the handheld has a game I like, I will play it. :)
Especially the handhelds of old, as they have loads of games I like.
It's not that I don't like the games but more that I want to play games on a big screen, sitting in a comfortable chair with a quality sound system.
That store naming is deliberate.
I would go berserk in a store like that. So much, so many wants. Even though I already have a lot I want to take half of that home. Is it just me?
Nope, in my younger days I would have done the same :)
Better than a flea market.
"Look at all these junk games"
"My brother worked on that"
:D
Hehe, he worked on two Harry Potter games I think while at Warthog entertainment before EA shut them down. Still crappy games though :p
Damnnn... Its what the Smithsonian should be. We have Book Off in Hawaii. Still they have a nice section with used games and systems.
Oi Yaku...do you know about this guy/series? Jimmy Hapa (Import Gaming FTW!) He is quite talented and does his research....and the reason he reminds me of you is his magical ability to pick obscure/good nippon games from the 1980-1999 era just like you.
can't say I do but now that I know about him I can check out his channel. thanks.
Right on, like what you do and like what he does!
Absolutely have to go to Japan just for this
omg I am so jealous of this store
great video, you gave the xbox good camera action thax :)
Its a little paradise!!
I wish there were places like this in the west.
Gillian Seed In Australia Melbourne, there are one store like this around where I live and I asked the store staff if they have another store and they only have 2 stores. The one I've been to not as big as this one from this video.
There is a place like this in the West but it's pure evil it's called Game Stop
Seems like Hard Off is like Gamestop - throw out all the boxes and manuals - hope you got some divers there to save some of that stuff !
I think it's just this particular store that binned the boxes. Most of the other Hard Off stores I've visited had complete in Box games.
9:04 Nice covert filming posture ;)
hahaha, yeah, you can see it in the mirror :p
+Retro Core And you are able to keep the footage less shaky too which is cool
Kai
Yep, I had to work hard to stop it shaking like my older videos :)
Thanks for the comment :)
The PC Engine games ranged from 100 yen to 400 yen. The SFC stuff was about the same.
One day you should try and come over. You could probably buy enough games from the "junk boxes" to warrent the cost of a flight.
Junk basically means it hasn't been tested. Most of the time a "junk" item will be in great working order.
LGR would love that shop
Maybe not as he seems to like PC stuff mostly. Hard Off isn't so good for PC stuff. Then again he'll get a kick from all of the electronics I bet.
Thanks for sharing this, Yakumo. Hard-off is a chain of stores? They are spread throughout Japan?
Yes, that's right. Some are not very good for games though while others are excellent.
I wonder if they have Cyber Game Hard On lol
Holy Moly! Those PSP colored varients!! Are those by any chance the 1000 original models or just all Slim 2000?
I wouldn't know. I dont know anything about the PSP, Vita or that Go thing they released.
Lol the PSP GO was utter shite, the damn thing didn't had a built-in UMD Drive so everything was pretty much Digital Only, just to let ya know :)

MrDmoney156
Nope, not at all. In fact my day to day friends aren't really gamers. I don't play games with anyone face to face except my son. When I meet up with friends we normally talk about movies, music and general stuff.

Would love to see the Gamechasers do an episode here.
You should do more of these, Retro!
I'd love to but I don't get to the shops too much.
@@RetroCore I understand. You should do a Life In Japan video about what your son does everyday in his life. (You don't have to record in the school.)
Awesome video.
Did you end up grabbing that PS3,the price was pretty cheap.
Sadly not. The missus came in and gave her typical "Why do you need another machine" speech :(
u shoulda told her cuz your utub subscribers think you should and that we greatly out number her. anyway, great video!
Buddy, are you certain that the stuff in the Junk Hardware isle works? Cause that's some pretty huge discounts there, my friend? Are there anywhere in store you can try it out?
Yep, it all works. You can test anything you want too in the try before you buy corner :)
Apparently, Hard Off is like the mix between GameStop and Goodwill, but only in Japan.
I would hardly call such a sexy store "Hard Off", or perhaps I'm missing the subtleties of Japanese to English translation? I wish our secondhand stores here in Australia resold their product like that. Interesting upload - it kind of reminded me of your trip to a local arcade a while back.
I'll try and do a few more videos like this in the future. They seem to be pretty popular.
I am about to move to Japan, are the prices for Famicom and Super Famicom games plus systems still the same or increased?
That depends upon when you are basing your original prices on. To be honest all retro games are going up in price butyou can still find Famicom and SFC stuff at resonable prices.
Retro Core the only prices I have seen are games for sale here in the US, so I don't don't really know what the cost differences are. Thank you for the reply.
OMG !! did you see the Snes's. i would just buy buy buy. i would end up remortgaging my house ha ha.
3000Y which is around £25 for a PS3? Thats crazy.
Do t forget that there were no pads or cables with that unit though.
Either still, those can be found fairly easily.
$30 dollars over here for us americans :)
Back to some Hard off tactical espionage action! haha nice stuff, how did you find the prices this time?
I find that a lot of older items have gone up. The days of 500 yen SFC, Saturns and 200 yen Mega Drives have long gone.
Retro Core I guess, specially those older games had a resurgence in the demand nowadays.
Leonardo Antonio
Yeah, this is true but what I find sad is that many people buying them do so just to be in with the latest trend :(
Retro Core Yeah and pretty interesting by the way, actually youtubers help a lot to bring this trend hehehe, including you :D
Leonardo Antonio bummer :(
Подобные видео помогают расширить свой кругозор. Спасибо.
Is all the junk hardware sold "As Is" meaning it may or may not work or is it all supposed to be in working order ?
Yep. There's actually a notice in Japanese, English, Korean and Chinese that says "Items are sold "AS IS" and intended to be used for parts". The truth is that 90% of the stuff is perfectly fine :)
Cool, so jealous we don't have places like that here in North America.
Lord Monkus
Well, you kind of do with the likes of GoodWill I guess.
Nah, not at all. They may have a couple of items in once in a while but we have nothing at all like Hard Off with shelves and bins full of games and controllers.

When I die, I want to go to Hard Off.
please recommend a good/huge branch of hard off in tokyo
I can't. I don't live anywhere near Tokyo. Sorry.
what is hard off.i like this store.plz explain video and prize about this junk
The store is in Shimonoseki in the Yamaguchi Prefcture.
What is a gold Mario? A figurine? I guess I have been living under a rock, lol.
Yep, it's just a figurine.
Pretty Cool! Where is this Hard off located in japan?
This is my local Hard Off which is located in Shin-Shimonkseki in the city of Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi prefecture. Basically the last hard off store in Honshu before you reach Kyushu. This isn't exactly a great store mind you but it does have some good stuff.
Thank you. Its pretty far from our house in Ayase. But I hope I could visit there some day. Thanks again!
bicuit barroga you're welcome.
Great video.
i wanna be a ghost and live in that store xD
I love junk section. My entire collection is junk. Long live junk
There are many treasures to be found in junk.
If you dont mind me asking , which location is this? Near or or far from Tokyo ?
It's about 500 miles from Tokyo. This store is located in Shin-Shimonoseki which is in the Yamaguchi Prefcture.
4:48 hey mark is this a wonderswan cartridge?
I can't se the video right now but it most probably is.
i see a original xbox copy of outrun 2 under the glass shelf....
That you do :) I'd buy it if I knew if it would work on the 360.
it does work on the 360 but ..it have some problems check this out en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Xbox_games_compatible_with_Xbox_360
xtreme gold
I have no space for that ugly brick :p I would love the Panzer Dragoon Orta system though. I do have the game since it works on my 360.
xtreme gold
The original PS2 is really ugly yet all t he Sony fanboys say it looks cool. How?
they are fanboys..after all ..even if the ps2 only had a rf video output.. they still will say .. the video quality and graphics are better...we all know the original xbox is far superior... ..even the dreamcast have better video output.and is 2 years older....the ps2 is crappy in the video quality.department.....from sony consoles i think the ps1 is the only one with the good looks....the problem with sony they always copy someone else idea....like the super famicom controller......ps1 ps2 ps3 ...
4:35 puyo puyo!!!
To bad there weren't any xrgb mini's in there, still need to pick me up one of those
You very rarely see one of those in Hard Off.
Looks like a big store. Which hard off store is this?
ShinShimonoseki in Yamaguchi Ken.
@@RetroCore thanks! It's on my to-do travel list. :-D
they didn't work anymore or still working?
They still work unless it's in the junk section and in that case they probably still do work or need very simple repair jobs.
I don't think it's a problem of Hard Off, just this particular store.
Retro Core Well I did say "THIS" Hard-Off as opposed to the whole chain in general...
so tell me one thing where abouts in japan is this place
Hard Off is a chain store that can be found all over the country. This particular store is in Shimonoseki and I wouldn't say it was a great example either.
Their subsidiary, Book Off had only started to show up stateside, though I'm sure it's nowhere near the grandiose presence of their stores back home.
www.bookoffusa.com/
best junk ever..
Do they sell the american NES and SNES?
Nole
Nope.
Junk... I remember paying a fortune for some of those titles for various of systems. The import fees were ridiculous.
Can i ask where is this branch?is it near shinjuku?thanks
This store is about 500 miles from Shinjuku. Its right at the very bottom of Honshu in Shimonoseki.
No Dreamcast?
Sadly not. There may have been a few titles in the junk section but nothing of interest. In the past this store had loads of DC games and consoles too.
hey man. great job. if I go to Japan, can we hang out together?
I doubt you'll ever visit the area where I live. It's not near any of the places people tend to visit. But yeah, we could hook up for a few hours if I have no work.
I ll go to tokyo. Yes thanks a lot!!! I m a huge fun from italy
Federico De Marchi
Tokyo is a nice place to visit but I live over 800km away from Tokyo.
I tried to go Into their website and it's all in Japanese :(
Of course it is :) it's a Japanese store located in Japan :p in all seriousness though you can kind of translate some of it via Google Translate.
+Retro Core haha yeah true. I'll try log onto it from my desktop. interested in some of those junk consoles !
rob gee what is the url?
There were good games in those boxes, not just junk.
Junk in Japan means stuff that's not tested. The games may be good titles but most likely common stuff as well.
I saw something I need...
That's why I hate going to this store. I always blow a load of cash.
Eh? Taito gold mario?!
Its no big price,I need gamecube controller and I not search in my city, DSi and DSlite also no big price in Japan( I mean second heand devices). You live in gamer paradise my friend( of course I mean consols, and accessories, but in Japan games only on japan language).
If you think now is parasise, you should have seen it about 10 years ago. It was much better back then :)
Super Mario land isn't junk, that's a shame.
It's super common though so it is classed as junk if it's hard to give them away.
Good god we have nothing like this in the states. Must get nippon citizenship!
open a ebay store and sell usa people stuff from hard off. I am ready to order let me know when it opens.
1$Dollar in Japan how much?
Don't know. Use and online currency converter.
wow nippon gives no sh^t for old software/hardware...I need to leave the U.S.A. and start my retro empire...seriously Yankees you can buy a common neogeo cart for like $10 U.S.D.
ugh...the cost of the materials alone wouldn't cover the resale price...oh bubble japan vidaya games/anime days, you will never return...
its not junk..its rare
Am I the first???
looks like.
