I get faith in life looking at this youth playing with this kind of talent that is a rare gift, and seeing her channel the music right through her very heart. She gets lost in the music and feels it she's so in love with what she does.
I always marvel at the way Chopin transforms the diffident opening theme of this piece into the glorious and proud statement at 7:00 onwards - same notes, but what a difference!

Beautifully measured, lyrical and majestic as should be. Just occasionally I wanted more passion and abandon, but perhaps you hold this in reserve for special occasions.
I agree that her playing is very clean and measured, which leaves room for more drama and fireworks. I would love to see less restraint in her performances. Don’t hold out on us, Natalie!

True, your beautiful playing is indeed Chopinesque, somewhat feminine, delicate and fragile as the vulnerable nature of lofty souls like you. That said, Nathalie, you must strive for greater juxtaposition (intensity) in your repertoire, and hopefully be able to win the Crown of Athena in the Throne of Greatness. 日本からです。ナタリーちゃん（”ちゃん”で良い…？（困惑））の演奏を初めて聴いたのが私が14歳の頃でした。私と同い年なのに、私の何倍も上手いこととか、めちゃくちゃ可愛いこととかそんなことよりも、まず一番に私の何倍も楽しそうに弾いていたのが印象的でした。「自分はこんなに辛いのに何でこんなに明るい曲を弾かなきゃいけないの？」と思いながら弾いていた時に、丁度自分と同じ曲を弾いている動画を見ました。その時、私はすごく反省しました。以来、私は自分の弾く曲に対して”楽しみながら弾くための工夫”を考えるようにしています。今もそんなに上手くは弾けないけど、新しい動画を見て演奏を聞く度に励まされます。最早私のバイブル。
