I know this is kinda dumb and i've never made mod charts so idk if it would work, but from what i remember, CHLauncher has the option to make things transparent, including the strikeline iirc, so modchart creators could just make all of the strikelines transparent, turn off flames, and turn off strings so that if something is slightly off it doesnt look that odd.
