Black people were discriminated against by Asians and Hispanics as well as Hispanics used to enslave blacks as part of the Atlantic slave trade and of course Arabs enslaved black people for thousands of years. Most ethnic groups under the White label immigrated in the 20th century.

As an interpreter who translates between Burmese and English over the phone, I support the message conveyed in this video. Through my experience translating 911 and police calls, I have observed that approximately 95% of cases where a Burmese individual is brutally attacked, robbed, or bullied, the perpetrator is typically a black person. I once translated a call where a Burmese family reported being harassed by a black family to the police. The Burmese family was so frightened that they were afraid to leave their own home. The black family harassed them by urinating at their doorstep, throwing stones at their children when they played outside, and even physically assaulting a Burmese child and stealing his bicycle. The situation has become so extreme that Burmese people living in America have created a derogatory term specifically targeting black people, which is never heard of in my home country of Myanmar. They often make comments like "It's the * again" and "Of course, the attacker is ***," indicating that they have come to expect this type of behavior from black people due to past experiences of prejudice and mistreatment.
wow, didnt expect to see a comment talking about Burmese ppl on here. u r rgt about that one. When i went to the usa to visit my relative, and while i was doing my laundry, black people were looking at me very strangely and i didnt feel safe around them. The feeling doesnt seem friendly.
sounds like straight from the ghettos or some run down city in California like Stockton because their neighborhoods are never safe 24/7 and 100% chance these families are very poor and undeserved community and hate crimes are not unusual and use to be very high rate of hate crimes back in the 80s 90s and very early 2000s.

It's sad that discrimination, and racism as subgroup, is often seen as some made-up thing perpetuated by "white people" against (western) ethnic minorities, instead for what it actually is: a negative human trait that needs to be curtailed and punished. It's sad you even have to point this out. This clownesque oppression-competition is toxic and counter-intuitive. Claiming racism is exclusive to whomever is such an untruth.
Black people victimize themselves too much, complaining about minor everyday life racism. We Asians go thru racism in everyday life, thanks to ignorant black people.
I was bullied as a white kid in a predominantly black school. I literally grew up with my grandparents next to the projects on welfare where my grandparents basically ran an orphanage for all the grandkids. My home life was terrible so I ignored the racism and bullying I went through but over the years it just escalated and got worse to the point i knew I had to deal with it. Despite years of being bullied and physically assaulted, jumped, having people spit in my face calling me their bitch, honky, cracker, and so on, having needed stitches and casts for fractured bones from it, the first time i stood up for myself and hurt them back i was expelled from school, sued by the kids mom because i guess because I was white my family was supposed to be rich and well off, and painted to be the bully in court. Yet even when the truth came out and my case was dismissed and I was reinstated into school I still had to go to counseling and anger management classes for a year from a court order.
I went through the same ordeal, mine was through Middle School. I got tortured by a group of black students almost daily. I got beat up and jumped on several occasions, my shoes got stolen and I got hit in the head with a rock. They went around the whole school and lied, because I listen to rock and roll they told all the other black students that I worship Satan and was in the klu Klux Klan!!! So then I had the whole school trying to hurt me... It got so bad that after lunch I couldn't even walk back to my class because they would spit on me walking up the stairwell!!! It got really bad... They spit on me one day and it hit another student, that student told and they all group together and lied, they told the teacher it was me who spit... So I got suspended for something I didn't even do... I got stabbed in the neck with a pencil shortly after that and held hostage in the back of the bus... I got pinned down in the seat and the girl held a pencil to my neck, she kept saying evil things for me to do or she would kill me... She ended up poking it into my neck... On top of all that it was called every racist name under the sun, I told teachers and upper staff... Absolutely nothing happened to protect me at all...

Thank you for bringing this up as I'm an African immigrant. When I moved here from Kenya at a young age, I was ostracised by AAs for being too dark, tribal, from a medieval society, speaking with a funny accent and not being cool enough because, well, I didn't care much about designer stuff. I excluded myself from blackness for a long time, and only healed myself after a lot of inner work. I retreated to my books and the results showed years later. Asians may not realise it but black people can be very discriminating even amongst each other. I love all black people but it is wrong for us to beat others down so we can feel better, let's teach our children to be kind to other people.
Grey Owl..As a black American woman it really cuts deep when I hear black Americans talk about other black groups. Black Americans has some serious healing to do.
In the UK, same thing happens to me. As an Asian student from Japan, I have been through several discriminations from the black, particularly from the teenagers. My Asian friends told me not to regard every black people as the bad, but deep in my mind, I feel insecure and fear towards them. I totally agree with his idea, otherwise I would discriminate the black in return to release the stress caused by the discrimination from the black.
I completely agree. I'm a Taiwanese American, and almost all the anti-Asian racism I've ever encountered has been from Black teenagers. The White teenagers in my school aren't racist to me, and most of the Black adults I've met are very kind and inclusive to all people. I also almost never have time to do anything other than work, so I'm constantly very stressed (although most Asians have it harder than me). All it takes is for one Black person to be racist to me, and I'll be stressed the whole day. Over time, this has built up resentment for Black people in me, especially since I despise any form of injustice (possibly due to my autism, which in addition to my ADD, also make it very difficult for me to focus and work). Even though I know in my head that not all Black people are racist, I can't help but subconsciously dislike them a little. This makes me feel bad for the Black people who are not racist, but are judged by people like me who don't know them. Good luck, Harry! I hope you stop being discriminated. :C

And every time I try to talk about it everyone wants to blame “white supremacy” and that it’s the “white systems fault”. Like NO! How about it’s the individual’s fault for being racist and saying ignorant things. Sometimes…sometimes it’s not that deep. It’s really not that hard to be kind to other people regardless of different skin color and cultures.
Asian Americans are on average the most financially successful group of people in America and they commit the least amount of crimes. Many White Americans have used Asian Americans as an example that all the other minorities should be like. It is true everyone should have the success that the Asian American community has, but it does not acknowledge the different histories these minorities have. This constant comparison has led to tension between the Asian American community, and the African American community. Everyone should try there hardest to treat others with respect and kindness, but the constant unrealistic comparisons do not help the situation.

You do know that the majority Korean and Chinese people are racist to black people and ppl of colour for no reason there aren’t even many black people in these countries but the black people hate is huge. You shouldn’t be defending people who hate you for no reason. I’m not saying black people aren’t racist anyone can be, but the East Asians are very racist, racist to even other Asians they’re way worse than white ppl.
I’m definitely not disagreeing with any of your sentiments.and there’s never any excuse to make racist or xenophobic comments. I want to ask you - how often do the Asian communities whose business depends on the black community (such as hair supply) would be okay with their daughter/son bringing home a black partner?
@@reiliparkinson8424 I can't completely defend Koreans because they're racist even to other Asians specially to South and south east asians but I do sympathise that they are a familial culture and want someone they can communicate with and will understand their culture as their in laws. The newer generations are more understanding. But don't pretend it doesn't go both ways, some black families also say shit when their children bring home an Asian saying it's the damn yellow fever/kpop gay boys or if they're white saying they're traitors for going with the oppressors. Older generations mess with everybody regardless of colour.
Hearing black people mock a asian guy as a youngster was actually my first real life experience that made me realize black people can be racist as shit
Black folks are racist to each other a ton too. If you’re mixed you’re “too white”, if you do well in school you’re “too white”. Most modern white folks don’t care what you are as long as you treat them how you want to be treated.
Literally every race is racist. I've heard east Asians mock blacks, Indians mock blacks, black mock east Asians, whites mock Asians, Latinos mock blacks, literally every race gets smoke to some degree. But as far as racial violence, I notice a lot of black on Asian violence
I hear it’s like the crabs in a barrel mentality where they don’t want to see other groups do better than them even among themselves so they try to bring them down.
i dont think yall been to Africa, or no anything about it at all. There have been countless civil wars and ethnicity genocides in Africa. only Americans think that black people cant be racist.
I am Bangladeshi, and when i was younger I went to a black dominated school. For some reason I’d always get shit from them, they used to think I was Indian,Mexican, middle eastern whatever because of my appearance. Used to call me all types of slurs, when I moved to a white dominated school I never faced racism. I feel like there is particularly nothing wrong with black people in general, but the fact that just because your black doesn’t mean your racist believe is false.
Can we help you grow your plants after school? How do you guys survive (as a civilization which has endured until now)? The way we survive is that we have 1. schools and we have 2. an upper-middle class. Russia basically tried to teach you guys everything. They're the same as you in Greenland and Norway. We just wish we knew what to do in order to help you without taking away your livelihood by doing all the physically-intensive tasks which you do to survive (but also maintain your vitality). In other words, if you had started a cartel, would any of you have chosen to have a mustache without a beard?
Over 90 percent of Asians kiked i California the oast year were by your fellow Hispanics according the La times and cs,if or is bureau of investigation. With Stockton,Fresno, Irvine, San Gabriel, ,etc wh if the highest percentage. His claim there were “hundreds” of Asians be8ng killed by blacks each month in San Francisco and nationally is blatent lie nkt supported by any data. All 14 peoel charged with hate crime against Asisn inSF the oast year were white and Hispanic and nkt single one was balck. All 3 Asians killed the last ml the past mo th in SF were commited by other Asians with the most recent being a suspect named Than Zin a few months ago
I’m an Asian who grew up in a hispanic and black neighborhood. From kindergarten all the way to my senior year of high school, I was constantly mocked, made fun of, called names, shoved around, and avoided. It was very hard for me to focus in school because I developed a constant fear of being picked on. My PE teacher back in high school also participated in making fun of me, and suffered no repercussions. Because of my experience, I ended up becoming anti-social, and it’s taken a lot of effort to learn how to properly socialize with people now. I wish this problem was covered more often, because I now know I did not need to put up with that growing up.
I’m also aware that not all hispanics and blacks have it out for Asians. I’ve made some hispanic and black friends who are kind to me and take me out to have fun. Anyone can be racist, and I’m sure everyone regardless of color, would appreciate if people held those types of people accountable more often.
Everybody is talking about “boohoo” sad stories being picked on as a kid. Newsflash, everyone got picked on as a kid. For whatever reason. Most kids are assholes. I know Asians who would say the N word with the ER at the end. But, guess what, how many Asian people are trying to overturn Affirmative Action? That’s actual racism. Trying to overturn a system designed to help Black people who were targeted by the government and denied ability to succeed. And Asians are trying to throw that out.
@@WatchinVidz First off, I’m just sharing my experiences like many others in this comment section have. I don’t see any issues with that. Second, not everyone was picked on as a kid. Anyone who’s attended a public school knows that’s not the case. In regards to Asians saying the N word with a hard R, of course that’s wrong. However, the same argument can be made for every other race. Racism has roots in every community out there. The issue of racism itself is constantly brought up everywhere but no definitive answer is ever agreed on and worked towards as a whole. So if you think you’ve got an answer you can rally the people to act upon, I’m all ears. Moving onto Affirmative Action being overturned, it’s not a simple topic to discuss. It isn’t just a two-sided coin and you just pick what side you’re on. They aren’t trying to overturn it because they outright hate black people, it’s more out of concern for themselves. My personal thoughts on it are that it’s a misguided way of thinking and I don’t see how overturning Affirmative Action would benefit AAs, because based off my knowledge on the matter so far, it would just be bringing the opportunities of the minorities in question down. And I don’t think the answer is bringing other minorities down. Like I said, it really isn’t an easy topic to go over, and that wasn’t the purpose of this video to begin with…
@@M_Graves yes, everyone was picked on. I went to an extremely diverse school and literally everyone from every background had something to say about each other. even the cool kids got picked on, cause there’s always someone who’s cooler, funnier, etc. And it’s not usually out of hatred, sometimes sure, but usually it’s just kids being kids. Share your experience, fine. But, people are using those experiences to downtalk Black people. As if we have some hatred issue. But you ignore the fact that basically every immigrant community that moves to America looks down on Black people. You know how most immigrant parents or grandparents view African Americans, don’t deny it. And I know how the current generation, deep down, views us too. It seeps out in small ways. Like when discussing Affirmative Action. You see, we can’t just talk about the parts that are convenient for your argument. Because we need to look at the bigger picture. So yes I’m on the side of keeping Affirmative Action. Just like you said, dismantling it is a move that the Asian community thinks will benefit them, and they don’t care how it will affect my community. That’s racism. See, people get it twisted. Making jokes and poking fun, is mean, sure. Prejudice if you want to think about it that way. But, racism.. that’s deeper. That’s maliciously using the system to your advantage at the expense of another community. At the heart of it, Asian Americans think they are smarter and that the “seats” at Harvard are being given to dumb, under motivated people, mostly Black. So, let’s be racist and change the system so we can continue positioning ourselves above them. So, how do you fix that? Because, truth is, I doubt it’s ever going to be “fixed”. Humans are tribal animals, who pick their “pack” of others who think or look like them, and rank themselves against others. There’s always going to be someway we categorize ourselves. And racism is so far baked into society. But, one thing that’s NOT gonna help is overturning laws from the civil rights era that my community literally died for so your community can go to an Ivy League school. You know why Black people deserve Affirmative Action? Cause we literally built these places, from brick and mortar, and were denied access legally and systematically. How can we fix racism if immigrants come over here not acknowledging or respecting that history, trying to change it for themselves, then pointing the finger at us claiming racism.
Man Hispanics and black's don't have it out for Asians we make fun of everyone especially each other you were bullied just like some black kids being bullied by other black kid's nobody hated you or stopped you from becoming successful, stand up for yourself and most likely it will stop!
My 4 grandchildren are Chinese Canadian and they've had to deal with some nasty racists but each one of those racists were brown or black...it's disgusting and it has changed the way I view certain parts of the population
Thanks for posting this. During the pandemic large numbers of Mexican street vendors were being robbed and even killed all across the country and when people like my self tried to bring it to light we were called everything you mentioned. The topic turned to “Latinos are traditionally racist against blacks”. “Why are you promoting division”. “Black people aren’t racist” and pretty much every other reply you listed. I lost a lot of Latino followers who jumped on the BLM bandwagon around that time who deemed me racist.
“A misread of a frequently cited study from this year, published in the American Journal of Criminal Justice, likely contributed to the spread of erroneous narratives, Wong said. What about the Hispanic politicians in California that were caught making racist comments about blacks? Dont be selective in what you choose to talk about.
@@Speak_Datruth13 this is called whataboutism. At no point did he deny that some Latino politician in California said anything racist. It's not relevant to the video. Whataboutism is used when the person making the statement is trying to avoid accountability.
The comment count on the video about anti-white hatred that has been allowed and encouraged to foment is crazy. Whites don't ignore it in fact we all know it's true it's just that we know we can't speak about it for fear of being stripped of our livelihoods.

As an black girl living in America, I just want to say how much I absolutely love and respect the Asian community! My closest best friends are Asian and I just love how humble and so respectful you all are. Very intelligent people and your cummunity has made me feel more like family than from my own community. I'm very sorry for this to be happening. Regardless of any race ethnicity or culture, we all need to stand together in solidarity and as one family. When we all come together, we're more powerful than we thought.
I’m African (Ghanaian American to be specific) and I highly appreciate this video. Racism is wrong, regardless of the race of the person perpetrating it. I have literally heard black people make off hand, ignorant, and flat out offensive comments abt Asian ppl. It is disgusting and there’s no excuse for that type of behavior. I’ve also unfortunately dealt with xenophobia and discrimination from black Americans simply due to my ethnicity. I was called names like african booty scratcher, I was told to go back to my country, etc. The bullying never made sense to me bc I was literally the same race as the people that were teasing me. I’ve gotten over it now but it’s still hard to fully comprehend.
I'm so sorry you received these comments 😞 I am African too, and a black American literally said to me "Everyone in Africa has AIDS". I'll never forget that because I'm shocked til this day 😳 I've never met anyone more ignorant to Africa than black Americans, and I'm not afraid to say it!
A Black female friend of mine lived in China for a year. You should hear what they say about Black people and also see their racist commercials 😂 Don't act like Africa hasn't had its share of wars, bigotry and prejudices among people with the "same face". FYI the general public don't see a difference between you and other Black Americans so I'm sorry you won't be getting the sympathy you think you should have but instead a bunch of conservative bullshxt

As a black man I never fit into the "black community" because I was labeled acting white or talking. That was manly from other black people, which made me self conscious of my skin color. It made me try to act a certain and talk a certain way, now that I'm older I've grown to realize I don't care what other people think of me. I'm going to be me, and I will never understand how someone could hate anyone based solely on their skin color.
This sounds so similar to my friend’s experience. She is black, and has two brothers. They came from a well off, successful family. They lived in a white majority area, they cared about school, their grades, the family reputation, were super athletic, super kind amazing people etc. When they moved away to university they tried to make new friends (of all races). Their black friends would always tell them they “sounded white”, “acted white”, seemed “uppity”, sounded like they spoke “too proper” etc. They are all successful, have good professions and are married now. They all married white people, even though they had all dated people of various races when they were single…..it just so happened that they fell in love with white people and married them (they didn’t set out to marry white people). When my friend married her husband, her extended family members (not her parents) said “You’re lucky. Successful, handsome white men don’t usually like darker black women. Hang on to him!” Their reaction when her two brothers both married white women? Anger. Anger that two smart, successful, well off, good looking black men “wasted” themselves by marrying white women. Anger that white women were “snatching” up the “good black men”. The way they spoke, and viewed things was disgusting. They told the white girls (that married the brothers) that they must have “jungle fever”, and that they should “stick to their own instead of stealing the black men”. F’n insane. These people think they’re NOT racist and that white people are (including the ones that married and had kids with their black nephews/niece/cousins…….totally delusional.
The shapers of public opinion understand the power of psychology and neurolinguistic programming and they control all the platforms and industries that feed poisonous information and emotion into the eyes and ears of the masses which influences behavior between nations, social groups, and individuals. They play games with society. They have the power to choose which countries, cultures, or individuals will excel or fail. They say life is what you make it, and that's true... to a point, but at some point in our endeavors, we all need the assistance or approval of a superior authority to accomplish certain goals. That is even true with health insurance chosing which diagnostics and treatments are and are not covered for this person over here and that person over there. We can notice it, but have no way of proving it. Its unfortunate for us but it was designed to be so there could be no argument or recourse from the cattle. It goes so deep.
Truth. It's our outlook, attitude and character that defines us; not the skin we're in. That's the same stuff MLK said and it rings true for everyone -- but it seems our society is losing sight of that.
The way she walked up to that girl in the middle of her statement because she didn’t want her to say what she knew was coming…”black ppl CAN be racist” & the fact that most are saying “oh no” is just insanity but what else is new.
You're channel is blowing up because you are telling the truth. You're saying what everyone knows but has kept silent about because they're afraid of being attacked. Thank you for telling the truth.

I was only a child when LA riot happened and I learned at a very young age that I could be attacked for the color of my skin. And I was not wrong because then I went on to being bullied at school for being the only Asian. I never spoke about it to anyone. I think a lot of Asians are taught to endure injustices in silence. We are taught to put the collective before our own individual comfort. This is considered a virtue, but sadly it makes us easier targets of violence. It’s nice to see someone speak up.
For weeks afterward all the Asian people I knew in LA at the time were wearing sunglasses in public because of what happened to those Korean shop owners. I also will not ever forget how left-wing Korean-American activists from Berkeley came down to LA and tried to portray the whole "uprising" (their euphemism for vengeful racial violence) as the fault of white society. They actually tricked some of these surviving shop-owners, many of whom did not speak English, into taking part in a news conference in which they put words in their mouths. I had seen what happened on live tv feed---gang members had actually driven across town to attack Korean business---and I was so disgusted by this propaganda that I ended up having a complete about-face politically. I began reading black conservative authors such as Shelby Steele and came to accept their interpretation of race relations. I suggest you look into some of these authors. McWhorter's recent book "Woke Racism" is a good place to start. Thomas Sowell is also excellent.
@@dorianlollobrigida360 thank you. I will look into them. At the time, I was too young to understand the politics behind it all. I saw the violence on our people and I didn’t understand. I had to read about it after I grew up to piece together what had happened, but the narrative is very different depending on the source. It makes me wonder how accurate our history books are on events that happened hundreds of years ago.
I am a hispanic guy. I used to have asian friends and I respect their culture more than even mine. Of all the minorities here in USA, asian people should be the role model of what a minority should be represented. You hardly see asian people in US jails, they go to universities/colleges, strong work ethic, strong family values, they don't want other non-asian people to feel sorry for them, they stay away from welfare, less likely to commit crimes, very giving and asian women are attractive.
1:50 I wish I was there to say" let the girl finish". As a black American I'm so sorry this has happened to her. All people should be held accountable for their actions this includes the black community. She just said that someone told her to "go back to her country" How is that acceptable to say to someone just because the person saying it is black? Thank you for showing such a great example when it comes to speaking up about things like this. There are many political issues I would like to speak up about myself but it's difficult to without people jumping down your throat
I'm so disgusted by the humans that perpetrate hate based on skin color. No matter the color of the offender or color of the victim. It's a sign of the times we're in. I hope love finds its way into their hearts. We need people to start supporting their community of planet earth or were all toast. I'll pray for humanity and do my best to lead by example in the mean time. I suggest others do the same.
I think it's unfair on white people that their countries get invaded with diversity. All other races get to live diversity free. Most white peoples lands just get invaded and the crime rates go up.
I haven't watched the entire video yet, but i won't lie i get extremely upset about anti-asian hate. i've also noticed that it's so much more "acceptable" to be anti-asian in a sense to make racist asian jokes etc, but when someone makes a racist joke about black people that everyone is all of a sudden upset. thank you very much for talking about this subjet.
Mainstream media and marketing agencies have propped up all things " Black". Even the very worst of them are celebrated.. George Floyd ODd on Fentanyl and 4 cops were imprisoned. A Jogger wearing stolen work boots pulled on a shotgun and shot himself. 3 men imprisoned. They torch Wendy's. They loot Weave Shops. They shoplift. They beat students in public schools. They never hear criticism at all which is why the first words uttered which are critical are quickly stamped out.

It's because Asians are generally quite economically successful and also not a political monolith, so they generally are not protected and shielded by the ruling class except in very specific circumstances.
Black woman here, and thank you so much for bringing this up! The discourse and hypocrisy in our own community is out of this world. I remember how relieved my brother was when he asked me if black people could be racist, and my answer was a resounding yes! He had gotten into a whole argument with a group on facebook who were claiming every social, political, and religious take on why black people couldn't be racist due to a technicality. Like what? This isn't law school where we're analyzing the oxford comma. EVERYONE, regardless of their race, can be racist! Hell, a large majority are racist against their own people! We just call it Colorism. Victimhood is rampant, but that status is only granted to black men. We'll hear about "da white man" this, etc, etc, but we'll RARELY hear about the violence black men commit against black women. A black man can degrade a black woman, abuse her, and kill her, but they still expect her family and the rest of the community to keep hush on it so they don't send "another brother" to the police. They still expect black women to march for them regardless of this. And the crazy part is... WE STILL DO. It's like we're expected to ignore every violent act committed against us because "the whites" are still in power. That being said, at least the women speaking on this in our community are gaining popularity, and ARE able to talk about it to the extent that it is now. I can't even imagine the hurt, confusion, and anger I would feel looking around and having _no one_ say a peep on what is clearly systemic violence. Until you spoke on it, _I_ didn't even know it was to this extent, or what was happening, so thank you for being brave and being one of the firsts to voice it.
The Whites are NOT in power. Communist J 0 U Z are in power. I cannot spell their name correctly or else I would be censored/banned again..And J 0 U Z are NOT White, they are Turkish-Mongoloid. Look up a "racial program for the 20th century " by Israel Cohen. Written in 1912. This was their plan to conquer America, with racial tensions.
Don’t tell me you’re blaming this on black men 🤦♂️ a lot of us didn’t vote for Biden and called out the BLM BS as soon as it started, an organization ran by black women that scammed hundreds of millions of dollars mind you. This is a black COMMUNITY problem, not just black men.
@@NewscasterNews4 "The discourse and hypocrisy in our OWN community..." is *exactly* what I said. But you can't ignore how in the black community black girls are expected to take up more, complain less, march, and be activists while Black men are often times infantilized to avoid accountability. "He was too young, he got into the wrong crowd at a young age, his father left his home." But somehow, a BW will catch blame for his own father leaving the family. And for the record, black lives do matter, but it was people in our own community who diminished the message by catering to the crowd too sensitive and too dense to realize the nuance in that statement. And then it diminished even more when the cases of violence against black women by the men we were protecting were silenced and/or straight-up ignored.
I'm so sorry but this man yotube page is disgusting, he's talking absolute RUBBISH. How tf can you compare teens bullying to systematic racism that the Chinese activity practise in their country. Wow, and I can't believe so many people are falling for it.
The absolute hypocrisy is just crazy. I'm an asian, and where I grew up, last year after school, there were always these black kids who lived close to us. They were wild. My friends and I usually hang out together and every time, these guys would just walk up to us and start throwing rocks, mostly at me, and making racist impressions. We tried to ignore them, but one of them hit my friend in the eye, and it was bad. Eventually, after we called the cops, my other friend had taken a video of everything. The 5 of them got arrested, and they got landed in juvenile prison for 2 years. Their parents were nice; they were really disappointed in their children, and were shocked to hear about what happened. They helped my friend afford surgery for his eye, and he is still in the middle of recovering. I just want to say that I am really thankful for my friends for helping me through.
Sad truth of reality: there was no proof that the George Floyd situation was racially motivated. The media and the black liberals just took advantage of the situation to silence the cop and cause worldwide hatred towards him without any proof. Because this worldwide hatred spread so fast, the court had to make sure that all the powers inside the court were black so that there was no rational chance of the cop getting out alive as a non racist. I’ve watched all the videos and I think the fentanyl assisted with his death when the cop also applied a bit of pressure on his neck. Was it manslaughter? Yes. Racially motivated? I don’t think so.
As a Black person, I've been waiting to see a video like this. Growing up, it's mostly me, my mom, and siblings, but when we'd be around other family, the racism would be very heavy. Black people can be and have been racist! I want to speak specifically to my Black peers and say, were supposed to be the most anti-racist, especially us AAs given our past. I've seen racism from Black people be racist towards asian people and the ignorance that comes behind it, essentially during covid. I sincerely apologize to my asian peers and hope we can have ACTUAL conversations about this issue and come to an conclusion.
I'm from the UK 🇬🇧 and a white woman and subscribed after your 'What are we doing to white people' video. In this video, it was so sad seeing the Asian woman be 'shut down' as she gave her account. As a black person, thank you so much for this video. You’re absolutely right and I try my best to have conversations like this with the people in my own community and I’m not gonna lie it’s hard. It’s definitely made me feel like an outsider at times. At the end of the day we’re all people and people of all races are capable of doing evil things. You deserve to call out these hateful people and black people can absolutely be racist, towards anyone. I grew up with racism towards white people being normalized and it took years to unlearn this. Stay safe and keep good people in your corner.
Whenever I even imply that black people might be racist around my black friends it becomes a part of me acting white, because I should know that as a black person it's impossible for us to be racist.
Props to you for doing what's right. Just because others disagree, that doesn't make you the bad person, it makes you the brave person! Hive mentality enraptures so many. Hopefully you can surround yourself with others who don't make you feel like an outsider, that is also hard for me
@@down-b8197 Turns out that wasn't wholly racial to begin with. It was southerners moving around the country post-reconstruction and ruining everything. We were doing fine until the rednecks and their adjacent culture (southern black culture) literally tore everything apart. And now segregation is coming back and being championed by the people who's ancestors fought so hard against it.
@@jawadiustunda1193 How did southerners move north and have more power than northerners? Simple... They didn't. The entire country was against Black Americans and was even against freeing enslaved Black people. Fighting against segregation was a mistake... Black Americans fought against the unfair treatment of segregation. They paid taxes and couldn't go to the schools, neighborhoods, pools and businesses that they paid for. The right move was the fight for equal treatment not to integrate with your enemy and lose everything.
You are absolutely right to bring this to light. It’s not about blame games and singling anyone out. It’s about exposing the fact that certain people are considered “untouchable” because of this evil ideology.
Unfortunately, there is one group of "untouchables" who play a disproportionate role in souring race relations, both through their influence in business, the media, and the university system, and they have placed them self in a position which is beyond all criticism. They're "white" when it suits them, and they're an "oppressed" religious and ethnic minority when it suits them. It may not be _all_ of them, but they are certainly represented beyond all proportion to their percentage of the population. Whenever anyone questions their role, they are told it's just a coincidence, and their identity means absolutely nothing. Until people are ready to speak their names, nothing will change for the better.
@@WaffleStaffel Jews probably started things like the ADL after the Holocaust to prevent antisemitism from having the prominence it got before the concentration camps were up and running. I’m black and white. This is a harsh truth and reality that’s been covered up in the recent decades. I’ve known way more racist Black people than any other race I’ve come across. Including my own family. I distance myself from it. It’s instilled in us that we LITERALLY CANNOT BE RACIST because we are a “protected” class who can do no wrong because of slavery(which has many lies). I’ve gotten made fun, into fights because of my hair and skin color. Told I act too white and hate myself because I’m attracted to other races. Black people are the most racist, homophobic(I’m a lesbian), misogynistic, judgmental people I’ve come across. Although, I love being Black. We have our faults too and should be checked and called out like everyone else. You’re such a brave person for this and thank you so much. I’ll subscribe ❤. Hopefully more can speak out.
I'm so sorry to hear this. I've heard of homophobia in the black community. This whole ' they can not be racist' is invariably going to lead to furthering toxicity in the community. I also understand people's immediate defensiveness too since they don't want to be attacked by externals who have an agenda. In any case I'm sorry you experienced so much hatred from people who should have loved and supported you!
Hey Rene, Im a gay black man and was bullied very harshly as a child in grade school by other black kids. I had virtually no problems with children of other races. Racism wasn't something that I experienced from white people growing up, I was way more afraid of my own community than others. I was in grade school during the early 2000s. In Highschool I started to dissociate from blackness all together, but eventually broke out of it in college when I started to have much better experiences with African Americans my age. Im an artist and use my art to talk about issues within the black community. grade school bullying is a HUUUUGE issue in the black community.
Slavery which has many lies ? okay... I'm also black and white and i've know way more white racist so your comment is dumb because is just your own experience.. But slavery has many lies ? Like what ? Black people building the USA economy with their blood in the coton field While the master raped female slaves, is wrong? Just learn me O_o
As a white woman raised in rural America. Appalachia to be exact. I have never felt racially superior to anyone. Asian people are a real asset to America. Good people, Hard workers, Very intelligent. As a melting pot of cultures and peoples we are doing real poorly as of late. The democratic party is succeeding in divide and conquer method.
So glad you’re bringing this up. #StopAsianHate died real fast after the media realized how many hate crimes were by black people. My gosh, can we all stop hating each other?
Omg! Couldn’t agreed more! All these woke asian celebrities claimed it’s white people causing all these hate crimes. Geez! Are they stupid or just kissing ass?!?!!!
Too many people are making good money off of selling this idea that only certain people can be racist, and others need to be shielded from all criticism.. even though this whole argument falls apart very quickly under scrutiny- they’ve gotten good at exploiting fear and empathy in people.. its not so simple as “can’t we all have a bit of heart for one another” More than money, they stake a lot of their beliefs on this idea and if it collapses they’re lost, and can no longer feel justified to hate random white people
I remember early in school years we had this Korean girl in class, and there was this black girl in class that would always make fun of her eyes and was loud and obnoxious about it. Some kids would laugh, but it always felt shitty seeing someone else get bullied and even worse for something they had no control over. I think that was when I realized that it was completely fucked up to make fun of people or hold any sort of resentment towards others over the way they were born. Whenever I would stand up for others in those situations, the hate would immediately be turned on me, but I have never been afraid to mix it up and be combative on behalf of the downtrodden. Charlie, you have my utmost respect for doing what you are doing. It is difficult trying to stand up for those who cant, especially when it makes you the new primary target. Stay stubborn brother and dont ever turn your back on your convictions. -love from the South
Yeah and I always remember all the anti-blackness other Asians had towards blacks. Especially in their households. Calling them all kinds of names behind closed door then make money off them.
I agree! Well said. It’s a double standard and highlights the lack of accountability in the Black Community that oftentimes thrives in victimhood. It’s absolutely disgusting.
How do you balance the idea of victimhood with being a victim? Personally I think the answer lies in violence. See I am an American. Not a European or an African or an Asian; I am a "merciless indian savage" as your declaration of independence puts it. What is being done to my family is criminal; we are victims of an ongoing criminal conspiracy in the most literal meaning of the word conspiracy. (An agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime.) If we remain still and silent we die as victims. If we protest we are victims lavishing in victimhood. Only when we use direct violence against our aggressors do we escape the paradigm of victim and become free again as our ancestors were.
When he advocates for people not to become political pawns, he already became the byproduct that is caused by those political pawns.(which means you became a pawn too, just not for the side ur speaking out against) Instead of really figuring out downsides of certain asian cultures that resulted in a more politically quiet demographic, oh yea lets point finger at woke ideologies for "overprotecting" black voices. Dont get me wrong, any person that has a sane brain can understand how detrimental woke ideology is to any culture. But really? Lets ask those black leaders to confront their own profitable ignorance instead of understanding there are racist and ignorant people within the black communities. Because that will definitely fix the problem of the asian community not having more political voices right? How about lets create an actual solution to unite asian communities together to boost the volume of our political voice instead of just shouting out woke mob behavioral slogans like "we asians need to stand up for ourselves"? This whole video is yelling:" We are victims from ignorant black people, and all black people please fix this for us😭😭" Bro literally took victimhood to another level.
“And in effect, this gives the black community the power to escape accountability”. WELL SAID. Escaping accountability doesn’t work out well for anyone. It creates a toxic culture for all parties involved.
It creates a violent armed response of epic proportions called revolution. We are teetering on the edge of it now. You can only falsely accuse, abuse, harm, oppress, and murder innocent people so long before they will rise up and end you. History 101….

Correct, and this, for some insane reason, is the end game for Leftists...they literally want black ppl to be granted blanket immunity from law and order, and societal rules...if these groups really cared about the African Americans who keep getting shot by police, they would be educating them on how to behave when having an interaction with police. The sad part of it, is that their agenda is working...at least it is in Philadelphia and other large cities, which have stopped policing the black communities or persons, hence the rise in crime.
As an Afro-Latino I can definitely testify to your points. I’ve seen both anti-white and anti-Asian rhetoric within a lot of black spaces. I’ve always tried to speak out against it but the common response was always black people cannot be racist. Of course I believe black people can be racist but as a middle-class American with mixed ancestry, my views are usually invalidated for not being black enough for the conversation. Finding your channel I feel a little less crazy for holding my views 😂
There it is right there. Hatred toward mixed people. It always goes there, doesn’t it? Hate never stops. It’s a consuming fire and will burn everything if left unchecked.
@@Cynicalbastard22 It’s not a narrative when you have experienced and seen it personally. @BossLady just like the video implies. Im as frustrated as most that it’s obviously mostly black on asian crimes. And there was a moment where the media covered it but then nothing.. just here and there mentioning. Its so obvious to me and others, but why arent WE getting the support. “A misread of a frequently cited study from this year, published in the American Journal of Criminal Justice, likely contributed to the spread of erroneous narratives, Wong said. The study, which examined hate crime data from 1992 to 2014, found that compared to anti-Black and anti-Latino hate crimes, a higher proportion of perpetrators of anti-Asian hate crimes were people of color. Still, 75 percent of perpetrators were white” 🦝 sambo
I think the bigotry of the left towards black people needs to be exposed. The left tells black voters they can do no wrong regardless of their actions giving them license to act poorly and blame it on external factors. It destabilizes and destroys poor black communities. Democrats did it in the civil war, they did it in the Jim Crow era and they are still doing their best to keep black people poor and weak. The only way out is to embrace personal responsibility and that is so far from the norm on the left that it may never happen. Eliminate the Democrat party and the 90% of Republicans that are part of the liberal Uni-party and all of this stuff gets better instantly. Culture flows from the top down.

As a white man in the Southern US, I fully support this message. You spoke to the point & addressed the real issue & then closed with an appeal to the Black American community at large by posing a question on a plan of action to take care of the problem of anti-Asian hate within that community.

I'm so glad you made this video, your last video already basically reached 1 million views. We need to bring awareness to these issues and it's thanks to you I believe it will happen. Subscribed.
Wrong. You're defining racism incorrectly. You are confusing "racism" with "bigotry". They are two entirely different things. In America, B people amount to bw 10-13% of the population. It is IMPOSSIBLE for Blacks in this country to be "racist" against any other group. Bigoted? That's debatable. But racist? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
@Patali that's a strawman argument. If you cannot track and respond to the ACTUAL argument, then you should sit back and let others debate, otherwise just say you "disagree".
@@user-vg8ez9cu6uit doesn’t work like that considering Asians are even less than the amount of black people in America but asians are apparently capable of being racist so by yr logic black people can be only racist toward Asians or even native Americans which are a smaller population than black people yr only referring to systemic when that doesn’t only require that to be racist it’s like sayin murder is the only requirement of doing violence when disregarding other forms

Ive had so many occurences when a black person would treat me horribly for no reason because of my race. (Im asian) I remember this time when I was beaten up at a playground because I refused to give up my seat on a swing I just got on. This was a group of 8 black children who got out of their way to be racist towards me- calling me a lot of derogatory stuff (like some comment about fish for instance), throwing dirt onto my clothes and shoes. The youngest was about 3 and it still upsets me how they got away with beating and bullying me because if I was to say something about it, I would be called much more mean stuff. Im glad this video came out and gave me closure onto understanding this situation I had years ago. I realized that I am not a horrible person if I was to admit that a small group of people were in the wrong for being racist.
Gold:I'll bet this was happening in a democrat-controlled state & city. Why do I say this?Because this is by & large where it's happening (NY & San Francisco for starters)and nothing is ever done about it.And yes, anyone of any ethnicity can be racist;believe it.
I remember this one time I asked a Chinese kid with his group of Chinese friends if he could help explain this math problem that he knew to me. He looked at me in disgust and proceeded to call me derogatory terms. Him and his Chinese friends started poking me with pens and pencils as I walked through the hall after class and spreaders the info to other classmates. Since then almost throughout the entirety of my high school years that proceeded to bully and make fun of me on my lack of math skills. It legitimately made me question my intellect through my undergrad years in college and I had to go to therapy to find the underlining root cause of my depression
Thank you for these videos of reality. Chinatown San Francisco used to be thriving. Suddenly the Bay Area began blaming white people for Asian crimes when it was not the reality of the situation. Many white people actually stopped going for awhile due to the fact they felt the Asian community hated them. Many in the bay were doing acts of solidarity with black community. The Asian community understood what was going on but would be silenced to fit some kind of narrative. Many stores have closed shop and never opened again the Bay Area. I also notice a narrative in Philly trying to blame white people for Asian hate awhile ago. Unfortunately with the 76ers stadium the developer is working with a major BLM organization to diversify downtown Philly. Many white people I know want Chinatown Philly to stay. Unfortunately trying to fit with the narrative is going to possibly displace many.
I'm tired of everything being ''poor blacks'' or ''black this black that'' and now they're assaulting the Asians, literally the least confrontational, and most well to do group? Enough is enough... this is a bunch of BS, i know many wonderful black people and they call this out, but get shut down by their own community, same thing when the call out anti-white, for some reason the black community loves hating on everyone, yet claiming innocence. I hope the assaults stop immediately and the people responsible are held accountable, and sentenced heavily ...
Chinese Restaurant in EVERY MAJOR BLACK AMERICAN neighborhood... If it's so bad, why don't they leave??? It's a lie, Whites Commit the most Hate Crimes, mainly targeting against Asians on Paper. How are Black Americans a problem when it's not even on paper ...???????
Someone commented on 65% Asian crime is white is simply not true. Many other stats will say the complete opposite. Another person commented that Asian food is in black communities. If I was to apply the logic I could bring up all the Asian restaurants in the Bay Area and apply same logic. Nearly every restaurant owner from the Bay Area to Seattle have all said they have not dealt with a violent white person. In fact almost every robbery and act of violence is black on Asian. However this is not to indicate the entire black community is bad. So many black people oppose the racism coming out of the primarily younger generation. This racism includes hating white people for skin color as well as Asians. The ideology has become toxic. This was the same ideology the soviets used but it’s gaining traction. Gaslighting and victimhood is the name of the game. In Oakland the community asked BLM to stop Hijacking’s the protest, but the news has silenced us, making it look like people are against white community. Revenue and tourism stops. It is hard for people to come to places when the black community is projecting that the Asian community hates skin color.
As a black woman, I will say that there is a lot of ignorance and hypocrisy within the black community. I noticed this when my friends, whom were black themselves, got offended when i said “all lives matter”. This is exactly why i said it. I agreed with you from the very first sentences you spoke in this video.
The problem people had with that was purely because it was founded just as an opposition point. BLM was essentially saying “blm too” .. so to say “all lives matter” is a bit tone deaf in the sense that no one said they didn’t in first place
@@uncletea5632 It's always about context. In which case, "all lives matter" is absolutely false and "black lives matter" is only true within reasonable grounds. Now, if there's anything everyone can agree on even without context then I believe that is INNOCENT LIVES MATTER.
Dave Chappelle is the only famous black person who acknowledges this issue. He mentions it during the first ten minutes of his 2021 set "The Closer". Other than that, you're right, complete silence on the issue. I thought "silence is violence". The hypocrisy is glaring.
Look how the mainstream and the woke mob treat Dave Chappelle, though. It's shameful. He speaks truth, and they try desperately to cancel him at every turn. They'll never manage it, though, because Dave Chappelle is beloved and valued by so many people of every race. He calls everyone out when they deserve it, and people love him for it. He's the only comedian I'd actually pay a small fortune to see live!
As a black woman and former teacher aide I know how bad the bullying really is. In one city I worked at two different schools. The majority black school was full of fighting, foul language and constant disrespect for teachers. I tried several times to intervene if I saw any behavior that looked like bullying. When I went to the teachers my concerns were completely dismissed. I didn't work there for very long it was too stressful. When I worked on the other side of town at the all White school the experience was completely different. The students were kind, helpful and well behaved. I wasn't breaking up fights or being disrespected. I'm always sad when I see black people being racist and violent to Asian people. The parents don't have good values. Anytime you see bad children there will also be bad parents.
You can admit something like that in this form, but can you admit this to other black folks? They get mad when I’m honestly not told them that the reason why I quit teaching was because of the violence and disrespect from mostly black students.
Yes!!! It’s the environment they’re growing up in, we see more black people growing up in broken homes in comparison to white or even Asian children (single mother, living in poorer areas, being surrounded by gang activity etc) these fuel violence and a lack of structure in any home, but it’s much more common in the black community which is why we see so much more black people acting this way, the community needs to heal so we can limit this, it’s terrible.
@@Nwachukwu200 I definitely don’t hate myself and I love the black community but why is it wrong to acknowledge that a lot of us need to work on bettering the community? You could use the same logic for black people murdering other black people with unnecessary gang violence. When people say black people can't be racist they are in effect dehumanising black people. Everyone can be racist irrespective of skin colour. A simple review of human history will show you that. Thanks for the video Charlie. It can be difficult to grasp the scale of a problem affecting a community when you're outside of that community.

I worry for the Ms. Kims out there, and I appreciate your efforts.
Wow, that clip you shared of the asian woman speaking about her experiences and being immediately silenced for them was actually one of the clips that had an enormous influence on my current political/cultural position. I was disgusted to see someone who was just trying to share their experience and was berated and belittled for doing so. We must be better than that.
This happens to black people ALL THE TIME! lol y’all are in denial. Any time a black person speaks of their experiences they’ll get told they’re lying, to get over it or be quiet! I’ve seen it to many times to count. Hell, my parents grew up in the Jim Crow South picking cotton and they get told it was “long ago”. Please stop lying and speaking for other groups
This is sadly becoming a huge repeated issue. People have become so chronically online and politically indoctrinated that they only see broad issues and concepts, and struggle to apply critical thinking to decide for themselves what the appropriate stance on an issue is. There was a case recently of a black man who went on a shooting rampage in his apartment complex and was only taken down after being shot by police after a big holdout. afterwards BLM protesters protested in his defence🙄 and when a woman who was put in danger by his rampage confronted the protesters saying bullets flew through her apartment and coukd have killed her and her children, she was told to shut up by the protesters. It’s so bizarre. What kind of sensible person can tell someone who faced a near death situation because of some psychotic freak that their trauma doesn’t matter just because the perp was black? that situation honestly was the tipping point for me with all of this stuff. i’m not sure what the end goal with any of this is but it doesn’t make sense. it seems like what began as admirable efforts towards developing social consciousness and cultural sensitivity has turned into defending lowlife criminals and bullies who harm innocent people.
Imagine booing someone after sharing their experience like that. Thats awful, now she feels like she has to justify herself and like everyone sees her as racist. She didnt say all black people are racist, she said they CAN be
Thanks so much for calling this out. As an Indian Asian my only and sole racist experience came from a black person. Unfortunately it seems like this is against the status quo right now so everyone wants to turn a blind eye to racism if the aggressor belongs to the black community.
Yeah. Unfortunately it's "Whoever is the loudest and acts the most like a savage animal gets to have the final word". If you're aggressive enough and have likeminded, aggressive people joining you, you can get away with pretty much anything. Police is putting you in custody for looting shops during riots? "HEY Y'ALL THOSE RACIST ASS COPS PUT THESE PROMISING KIDS BEHIND BARS FOR ROBBING A GUCCI STORE, PAY THE BAIL Y'ALL HERE'S A GOFUNDME" and someone, I don't know who, will actually be stupid enough to donate enough money to bail those criminals out, solely because they're black. Kinda racist if you think about it, looking at a black person and going "This one shouldn't be in prison because the color of his skin is black."
There were so many of my friends getting harassed or even assaulted by black people when I lived in SF. And every time I hear black community says they can't be racists, I lose more and more respect for them because it proves that them, or their leaders are completely biased. I am wishing more black people can hold other black people who commit hate crime accountable.
@@carbonmax9426 No, my point is, that white people DON'T do it all the time. None of my friends got violent racism from white people. They can be subtly racist, at the point where it's even hard to tell if they are being racists or just being jerks. On the contrary, I lost count of Asian friends who received violent racism from black people. One of my friend nearly went blind. Not all black people are racists, but some can definitely can be one. @@byroncarter8561 Lying? Obviously you didn't live in SF. I lived there 8 years and even my little sister once got a glass bottle threw at back of her head when she got off Muni the bus by a black couple. "lgbtq community is racist against blacks"? So you're saying because lgbtqs are racist against blacks, it justifies blacks acting racists against another race? So some bully harassed me, so I can bully another nerdy student? Does that really justify in your book? What we're talking about is that there ARE indeed racists black people, and we need to admit it. Yet, I'm not saying those black people are bad people. They just need a community that can be strict to them, and a loving family to teach not to hate.
Lol they literally make up like 5 percent of SF too while Asians make up almost 40 percent. If Asians grew a backbone we could easily stomp them out. Send them back to Oakland like the whites did back in the day.
I used to live in NYC. One day I was on the subway and this black man came up to this older Asian lady and spit in her face. The train went wild. I am happy to say that everyone on the train regardless of race went to this women’s defense. I felt pretty hopeful for humanity in that instance. Wrong was wrong. And it was moving to see.
Again, although there was a criminal act, this is another humanity affirming story because people came to her defence. Also, although pattern recognition shouldn't be overlooked, of course all crimes aren't racially motivated and there are criminals from all walks of life but the main thing is accountability and insight where a pattern is recognised and response within the community. As long as people protect each other when individuals in the community are targeted, i feel like we'll be ok. It's when people look the other way that i think we are in danger culturally.
As a 50 yr old Asian woman, in my lifetime, I have been spit on several times; have been assaulted and escaped being raped and probably cannot go a month without a derogatory statement yelled at me … 90% by someone who is Black. As I got older (probably late 30’s) I have occasionally asked why Blacks seem to target Asians. I have been told 1) I don’t know; 2) because Asians are scared of Blacks (like avoiding them); 3) I am lying. Unfortunately I have absolutely no faith that anything meaningful will be done to change to stop the attacks on Asians in my lifetime.

Africans do discriminate against us African Americans, it goes both ways, not one way.

Hang on to him!”
Their reaction when her two brothers both married white women?

Amazing comment. Thank you for putting this into words so articulately.

Racism towards white people? So when have Black Americans segregated, enslaved, jim crow'd, redlined and terrorized whites within an unjust system?
@@down-b8197 Turns out that wasn't wholly racial to begin with. It was southerners moving around the country post-reconstruction and ruining everything. How did southerners move north and have more power than northerners?

Wrong, go look up statistics. Over 65% of anti asian hate crimes are done by white men.
In Oakland the community asked BLM to stop
Hijacking’s the protest, but the news has silenced us, making it look like people are against white community.
When I say these things I get canceled because I’m not black.
The problem people had with that was purely because it was founded just as an opposition point. BLM was essentially saying “blm too” .. so to say “all lives matter” is a bit tone deaf in the sense that no one said they didn’t in first place

Oh no how sad! Poor woman must be terrified! I would have cried 😢
