HEY KIDS!!!! Spoilers, the last few months have literally been 100% Shrek ASMR focused... I actually filmed 2 months worth of videos so I could just have time to focus on it, and then all of a sudden 2 months was up and I RAN OUT OF VIDEOS - so of course, the only thing that felt right for me to film was... more Shrek!! By the time you are reading this, we should have wrapped filming with both @TiptoeTingles (Dragon!) and @batalasasmr (Donkey)!!!! It has been a FEAT and a half since I only filmed myself for the Bee Movie, so getting shots ready for other people and trying to be professional and efficient was a very fun challenge that took up... a lot of time :D But it paid off -- and I am SO ecstatic with how everything is looking and HOLY crap Tiptoe and Batala......... the TALENT............. THE TALENT!!!!!! I was screeching between every take LOL
But soon it'll be my turn to film Fiona and Shrek, then it's off to the editing phase! Oh... and Ben has to film his part too ;)

I suggest using a green bald cap that covers your ears so you don’t have to paint them! LOVE the makeup though, you’re very talented!
Also, for a simple video idea: 10 minutes no talking, brush a wig with your bamboo hairbrush, then 10 minutes no talking, brush a wig with a comb!
Edit: this way you can take 20 minutes (or however long) to film the simple video idea and you aren’t showing your face, therefore you can keep your makeup as is for filming Shrek, and another suggestion is to have the camera angled at the wig, or you could even have it be a roleplay where you’re brushing our hair as we’re asleep or falling asleep, so no need to set up lighting or anything, just have it be a dark room

I dont know if anyone has commented this and/or if this gets lost in the sea of comments but I'm a cosplayer and whenever the makeup in this case the green of the costume doesnt match the outfit (neck and chest) I would grab my makeup/mehron facepaint/eyeshadow (for shading) and match it up to the look I am wearing. Do not be afraid to experiment! I definitely feel your face makeup looks identical to Shrek you TOTALLY nailed it!
I really hope the next movie is a serious one, just because I think it'd be hilarious for it to go from the Bee Movie to Shrek to Waterloo or something

I didn't expect to spend my sunday morning breakfast time watching a woman paint her face green but here I am and I love it!
She looks absolutely stunning with and without makeup!
Seeing people who normally wear make-up suddenly without make-up is always such an interesting feeling. Yeah, you look a bit more tired, but that's what make-up is for! No, I mean the interesting part is that you get so see the default skin of a person, something only close friends and family usually get to see. It's like meeting a whole nother person, who you already know. I like it. And you have a good face, so that's nice

I personally prefer the layering and blendability I can get from creme based paint, but I would highly recommend aggressively baking any area that you get oily or crease. Also, if you wanted, you could shade the neck of your turtleneck with eyeshadow to help blend the color to that of your makeup

For future reference stuff sunset makeup has colorful foundation that you could use for these costumes and stuff and it is really full coverage and lasts all day because it’s a foundation they also have concealers and pounders in different colors
TIPS FOR YOUR SHREK MAKEUP: 1. you prolly already know this but don't apply cream on top of powder. Do the paint, then cream, then powder. 2. Eyes: the darker shadow is too blue, I'd use something more yellow or grayish mossy green to contour the eyes. Shrek has quite rounded eyes so maybe contour like that. Here your eyeshadow creates a more feminine/feline shape. Deffo curl eyelashes (Shrek's lashes are really curled!) But I would skip mascara and deffo skip eyeliner. If you really wanna accentuate the eyes, maybe brown or gray mascara/eyeliner. But now it's a tad too feminine for Shrek 3. Highlight with yellow so you'll also match your turtle neck better. 4. Maybe a touch of pink blush? Apply it so that it makes cheeks look more round and full. Hope this helps, good luck!
