It‘s a shame, Especially because the Republic Commando novels could‘ve been made into a series. A series for adults. And it would‘ve made the Disney world a gazillion times better.

So four Clones were able to cripple Geonosian leadership and effectiveness. That proves that if the CIS hadn't upgraded Droids so they could run independent from the Control Ships, then this Battle and the entire war could have been over right then and there. If the Droids were shut down before the Clones arrived and then Delta Squad got to work breaking the Geonosians leadership and cohesion, then the Clones would have been able to steamroll right to the ships and CIS leadership without too much difficulty.
They weren't just any 4 clones though, they were the most effective clone commando squad, they lost no members and were extremely capable of engaging in their specific mission profile of sabotage, assassination and guerilla warfare

If Vau wasn't harsh with their training then Delta Squad wouldn't be the badasses we know and love.
Now imagine if all of the commandos had been deployed in this way instead of on the front lines. They might have been able to stop all of the ships

Well, I do have a question: in that story arc of “Star Wars: the Clone Wars” where Savage Oppress was introduced, what was the Delta’s mission like in retrieving the dead Jedi’s bodies?
I don't know, and it's been a long time since I saw the episode, but my theory is that the Republic believed the Separatists had taken that base and sent Delta Squad to kill all the droids and recapture the base. They didn't know Savage would just kill everyone and leave without any droids to take the base.
Their mission in that episode was specifically to retrieve the bodies
And what Specifically happen, @@forcierlogan? I want details of where they landed, how they got in, & how they got out, & such…

The geonosin elites were the biggest pains to deal with even on normal they could easily down half the squad if you didn’t focus them down and ignored most other dangers.
what ever did happen to Delta Squad after their Kashyyk mission?
Order 66
in 2nd game there was belief do order 66, while also Sev still being alive but lost joining the Rebels
It's no longer canon but, in the novels at least, the squad (minus Sev) followed through with Order 66 and became Imperial Commandos.
