Edit: I’ve said it before. Teddy Park has created every beat Blackpink has used. He was a YG hip hop artist that lived in the States for 17 years before. Now he’s their producer and has a sub label under YG called The Blacklabel with the c backwards like Blackpink does. He remixed their live cover of So Hot (Blacklabel Remix) which the beat is so much more hip hop and heavier than the group that did the original but it’s so fire. In the doc it showed Rose working with a different producer but she asked Teddy first. YG has said her solo project will be 2020 but I’m not sure if it’ll be with teddy or someone else. It showed her writing and actually help create some beats she was thinking of which was dope.Rose can play the guitar and does live and I BELIEVE the piano somewhat as well.

Finally i found this reaction made really sense. Who compliments talent and production. You're right, for me things that hook me to there songs were the rythm, theme and them being pretty savage whose not afraid to hold back.
