Lol Straight up I used templates from you to find my own vocal chains but you gave me the starting point to really understand what you guys are doing in a mix What the plug ins are doing After using those templates I created vocal chains for other people im recording for before they even got in the booth lol I made so many songs qith different styles just seeing how far I could really stretch these plug ins I'm just now getting into real Analog gear but imo there's something magic about what people are able to do in the box

FSU Full Sail University is the same regarding starting from scratch and not using templates. I am in my last year and I agree with you. A template or two before graduation would be helpful. I'm making a priority to ask a professor for one. Fingers crossed.

i have my own template when i record artist. you can only do so much during the recording of the artist. make sure everything sound right b4 mixing process.

I went to The Album he was just talking about Meek Mills Expensive Pain and on Apple Music if u have the lyrics on at the end of the song it says written by like 6 people U see Meek and Durk but whp are the other people and what does that mean if they get writing credits. I want to know obviously how much they are actually writing the songs themselves and if it is a normal thing for the industry to take your album and help write lyrics. Lile do they just have freedom to add themselves or is it just like if u help with a line or how to say it? I really want to know more abou that lol About the writing and how credits work
