Hi Oskar- just a tip for your naps- a sleep cycle is 1 hr 30 mins, so try to have naps of that length otherwise you will likely wake up groggy. If you have less time, you could have a shorter nap of 20-30 mins as this keeps you in the light sleeping stage, preventing you from waking up feeling more tired.

It's basically 6 eggs, mixed with some salt, pepper, paprika, onion-powder, garlic-powder and parsley and then let that do it's thing on medium heat on the stove, and then after a while throw in some diced pieces of feta cheese 🍳

It’s called the WHOOP strap and I’ve been using it for about 3 years at this point. One of the best investments I’ve ever made tbf 🙌
