and endos say they’re systems with no trauma
They're systems who don't attribute their origin to trauma. While DID is heavily *associated* with trauma, there's nothing that says it has to be caused by trauma. All DID is is that you're plural and it's disordered and causing you distress.
Additionally, there are plenty of endogenic systems that do have trauma (frankly you'd be hard pressed to meet anyone in the world who doesn't), they just, for one reason or another, do not attribute that trauma to the origin of their plurality.
They're not hurting anyone. I think it's beneficial to come together with other systems. The best early strategies we had to helping us love and manage our system came from endogenic systems.
