Claudia's violin progress is honestly SO INSPIRATIONAL! and her podcast regularly makes me have to sit down cuz i'm laughing too hard lol. Susan's photography is so amazing. I'm glad you've gotten to rest Sandra, and you've done so well with those system members inside
we love seeing you guys just living & existing as plural. it gives me hope that one day, our system can enjoy each others company & coexist happily as we heal.

but yeah- this year was weird for my system too, no worries. i’m proud of you all! here’s to making the best of what we got, and to embracing 2023! :) i look forward to seeing your channel continue to grow.

Happy new year! Excited for whatever videos ya'll gonna share with us in 2023 :D Honestly it's helpful for us seeing other systems just existing and being people. We are relatively new to this system thing (therapist helped us discover the system idk maybe 1 year ago) and have been struggling to accept it, so seeing that it's okay to "let different headmates exist" and not being scared of it is so so helpful for us. Idk if this makes sense, but content like yours makes us able to view ourselves as more than a cluster of symptoms, but also as just normal people like everyone else on this planet. The educational content has been extremely valuable to us too and still is, but systems talking about their daily lives, hobbies and interests is really nice to see!
People being themselves 😲 the world definitely needs more of this 😉. Looking forward to the new content. This is the best way of educating in my opinion, so please keep it up. Hope you had a good Christmas and have a safe and happy New Year. And thank you for all you have already put out there. It seriously helped and inspired me on my journey. 😄

Oh my goodness! Claudia! Your violin playing is wonderful! Collectively, there's 13 years of classical training among the kids and me. We all still play the violin but my younger ones don't have the practicing memories I do from middle school and on so I'm technically the most advanced but technically the kids overall played the violin longer than I have. The youngest one recognized Allegretto instantly and then shared it with me and I could finger along with Claudia playing.
I'm almost 8 weeks diagnosed now and this is just such an experience. It's both fascinating and terrifying at the same time.
I love that you’re going to make the videos you want to do and normalize being plural! That is so important and I love diverse video topics

This year threw us from the frying pan into the fire, but it was the first time anybody else saw how bad it was. We’re honestly still trying not to fall apart but at least we aren’t obsessing over bad things.
Our host split and refused, and I don’t know that Jinx is host at this point. There were some bad trauma floods.
But overall, we are in a better place
