Twisted pair is for eliminating induction and not for emi or crosstalk. Emi/emc can be eliminated by only shielding. Crosstalk is avoided by again shielding and separators.
Shielded cables are also called SFTP -- Shielded Foiled Twisted Pair.
In future you will require only one pair for GBPS communication... That's called SPE. It will take time to come in market.
    Good job

The maximum (recommended) length for CAT6 when communicating at up to 1000 megabits (1 gigabit) is 100 meters, or 328 feet. The maximum length for CAT6 when communicating at 10 gigabit is 55 meters, or 180 feet.

Dear Sir, I am from Malaysia. My router is Dlink with 4 aerials (black colour) Recently started using internet TV box and the signal is "fair" and NOT "good" especially at night when my neighbours are using their internet. We use the 2.4gbps and 5gbps. My router is located on 1st floor and my Box & TV are on the groung floor. My desktop PC is fine as it is directly connected to the router and I have purchased (about 10 years ago) a 45 metre cable and connected directly from 1st floor to ground floor. What is your suggestion, please guide me.
