This information can be useful to determine if it makes sense to sell, refinance, get a Home Equity Line of Credit, and stay the course with your property. Think of it as the equivalent of getting your yearly physical, going over your stock portfolio, or even your tax advisors. If you don’t want to do it yearly, at the very least do it every time the property is vacant or about to become vacant. Most 1-4-unit properties sell better when the units are vacant.
