Really enjoyed this vlog, you've won me over and I've now subscribed to your channel. I play off 3 and I must admit being a follower of Dan & Lester's channel I originally thought the standard of golf was poor. However, it's not all about the standard of golf, the way you lay out your vlogs ( I love the music you use), the banter between friends, the lovely courses you film at and yes, the golf is great, I was wrong!! Keep up the great work Big O, thank you.
Thank you for your kindness and your comments. Honestly I have never said I was a decent golfer but the lads around me are starting to click now. We have a wide range of abilities on the channel and are not pros be that PGA or otherwise. But for me golf is about having fun, and meeting friends both old and new. If I can encourage people to take up the sport, or for us the game at our level then I have achieved everything I set out to do. Remember that some of the places will be serious grass roots golf because unlike the bigger names I show golf in all its forms. But I thank you for subscribing, it’s tough for my channel to grow as I do appreciate that I am a niche within a niche sport on TH-cam.
Love West Cornwall and have played it a few times with my old mate Pete Darlington, who knows his way around the course😉. I’m playing the stableford on the Saturday of golf week in July with Pete and it would be great to say hello if you’re around 👍
Some great golf, greens improved a lot, stunning views, it's a course everyone must visit. And of course great company with Neal and Oggie (but you're still not invited round for a cup of tea ....)
Good video. Well done. John, you should play your shots even though they won’t be as good. Need to get your confidence back - you obviously have lost it a bit.
It’s more about the speed of play my friend. When we have no space behind etc we have to play at a normal speed and with filming that’s impossible. So I decide if I should take a shot or not. Just to stop any delays x

It’s always useful I find to play a new course with a member or two first time out.

Well I haven’t heard from Eddie for about a year BUT Badger is back in the crew and will be on the channel very soon.
