James May made a meal only using leftovers

The Felix Project has challenged James May to make a full meal out of the leftovers in his fridge, something they like to call a 'Fakeaway'. It turns out that 1/3 of all food goes to waste globally, and 1/10th of the average takeway ends up in the bin. So it's time to start using more of our leftovers people!
