I'm actually a long time fan of all your videos and I've been subscribed for a quite some time now. Keep up the great content my man, and thanks a ton again! :) (If you couldn't tell, the thing that jumpscares you is supposed to be me, or at least my online persona of me I guess. Just wanted to clear that up if it confused anyone what that thing was.)
The last one in Ultimate Custom Night had an amazingly creepy set-up. Opening a door and darkness just slowly spreading itself around the map with no escape from it, until the player is engulfed in it too. It’s kind of a shame it just resulted in a jumpscare, because it’s such a clever set-up from the person who made the map.
You know, a few years ago I've downloaded one FNaF1 map for GMod. It was no-event version, so I wasn't expecting any jumpscare or something. So a Purple Man jumpscare did scare the shit out of me because it was really unexpected.

Number 4 is a reference to one of the many starting rooms that were made for the half life 2 beta, that was actually pretty cool, props to the map creator for knowing his stuff
I think the maker of GM Nightmare Church HD overdid it with the jumpscares. It gets old really fast and even in the video you can see that he stops getting scared at the end.

the rp_industrial17 corridor was a reference to either the "hazard" map from the Half-Life 2 Beta WC map pack, or the "psyche" demonstration from E3 2003
There was this map that I played on and it's like a story mode map. You can find people that'll give you quests that you have to complete and while I played, you can find this old man in a dead end (I think) and he'll ask you if you could get something that belonged to him he left somewhere. If you go out to find his lost belonging (I forgot what he wanted) you can find another dead end. You'll find this secret window that's hiding behind a box and if you break inside, it's a secret room. What's inside is extremely fucked up, pictures of a butchered girl, a dead baby, etc and you can hear music playing while a woman is banging on a door for help. I pussied out of there and that map ASAP.
