Exactly, and you can everyday just not all day. If you just wait to come down after a few hrs you can get the effects you're looking for every single time. No tolerance problem yet and I've been on a 2mo binge everyday..... 3-5 sessions a day🤷♂

I gotta disagree. It really depends on genetics. Being skinny helps because THC is stored in fat so if you have less fat your tolerance can't stay as high because it can't build up as much. And being skinny flushed out THC faster. Being in shape, getting lots of sleep and eating good helps a ton to keep a steady and low tolerance. Hydration is very important as it flushes the system and helps moisturize your mouth, throat and lungs.
I work at a dispensary. The amount of self-control I need during my current tolerance break is insane. I'll be 2 weeks sober tomorrow. At some point, I was taking dabs the moment I woke up, took a dab before I ate any meal, took dabs while playing games with the boys, and took dabs before bed; every single day. Meanwhile, I would take my pen wherever I went, and you can bet your ass I was inhaling carts way too quickly. Took me a long time to admit to the amount of smoking I did, and just to make it worse, my tolerance wouldn't let me "enjoy" any of that. I was smoking every single day for a year and a half straight, and just was NOT getting high anymore. From another perspective, think about the amount of MONEY that was wasted on all of that product. I feel partly ashamed, but I'm very excited to experience a high again. I'm going to give myself about a month or more of time for this tolerance break, while drinking tons and tons of water. If anybody is going through what I just explained; respect yourself and give those receptors a break!
Congratulations on staying sober brother! I am in the exact same boat as you are right now. Went from being able to make a half gram cartridge last over a week, to being able to kill a half gram cartridge in 24 hours. The cartridges definitely make it far too easy to get away with it basically anywhere, as well as killing tolerance and the bank account. Can I ask for some good tips on how you got through it the first two days? I always tell myself I’m not going to hit it and then either end up ripping a cartridge or at a dispensary halfway through my day. Trying to get back to the point of only smoking at night time after everything I have is done like I used to.🙌 (I also used work at and do armed security at a dispensary and the access to carts from everyone there and the discounted weed is definitely stemmed the addiction)
@@kafoop The first few days were definitely the hardest. What helped me was taking a step back and asking “how much time did I spend in my day, total, smoking?” The needy eagerness to smoke is so strong because that’s how I use to pass the time. I needed something to do with my time instead of thinking about smoking. I also needed to stop smoking for a new job because I needed to pass a drug screen.. so it was either smoke and have a shitty job, or stop smoking so you can pass a test and have an incredibly better job and be happier. So I’m a gamer which consumes a lot of my free time. I use to smoke while I gamed all the fuckin time, but I kinda got more hooked on drinking pop.. because I’d rather pass the time drinking a pop instead of puffing on cart, or ripping a few dabs. You just gotta find something to do with your time or even your hands to keep your mind focused on a task and not the want to smoke. I also literally got rid of anything that was weed related and got the shit out of my sight and away from me. So I tossed all of my half-carts, tossed out my grams of wax, I put away my torch for my dab rig, I dumped the water for my dab rig and just put it up tucked away in the closet, I hid my lighters. Really just try to succeed in the thought of “out of sight, out of mind”. Make it hard to smoke. If you got bud, put that shit in a mason jar and duct tape the top of that bitch, make it annoying as all hell to get to it, ya know? I don’t know if any of this is helpful.. I’m sorry lol

Especially the part about realized how much time I spend smoking, because I am in the same boat as well of using it to pass the time, and definitely using it for gaming. I think the hardest part is rewiring my brain to enjoying those type of things without weed. I’m just looking to get my tolerance back to normal because then video games are actually very fun and rewarding to smoke and play, but definitely not as rewarding after hitting my THC pen all freaking day only to get home feeling like a zombie/foggy. I appreciate the advice and I hope all is well and you keeping strong with your tolerance 🙌

Finally, someone who deals with tolerance issues! Cold turkey is not necessary. If you feel your dosing too much, cut down the dose. It hurts a bit for a few days and then you get used to the lower dose. It works for me anyways.

You can be high 24/7 if you smoke enough for sure; there are lots of people who hit carts 24/7. What he is trying to say is that you won’t be fun 24/7.
I totally agree with the points you made in this video. I took 1 year off from smoking/ingesting anything with thc in my early 20's. When I smoked again for the first time in over a year it was like transporting me back to my tolerance in high school. It took me a good while to build up my tolerance to where it used to be at as well. I definitely recommend taking breaks to lower your tolerance. It doesn't obviously have to be a year but a few days or weeks every now and then will definitely help imo.

@@MLU8811 nah, I only smoked at night after 10pm pretty much every day for the last few years with no tolerance breaks in-between. And even I can admit I cant really get high anymore. Its more of a mellow ahhh felling. So yeah several days of tolerance break is a way better solution than just moderation. I always think about that time I stopped smoking for like 2 weeks a few years ago. Man the intense high I got from that is just unforgettable. Shyt hits like a cigarettes' these days and I only smoke 1 or 2 a night
I used to have such a low tolerance and then after a seriously terrible break up, my tolerance sky rocketed. I started doing wake and bake, I would never leave the house without hittin the billy and I am basically high throughout the day. bought an ounce which would normally last me close to a month, now it last me like a week. if you wanna experience that first high or at least close to it, don't do a tolerance break, just take it easy and do a sesh either just at night or during the day. but do not do it throughout the whole day. it ruins the whole experience AND it can get quite expensive because you have to keep on buying more and more bud
Dude you should use a vaporizer, once you’re smoking that ounce a month is best to use that thing to make your weed last longer. Mine is the Arizer solo 3 it was around $300 but it’s been so worth it. I recommend packing the xl stem half way. It’s the best way to save weed.
EXERCISE is #1. I started to just walk 10k steps a day. Thats all. Just got a pedometer and making sure I take 10k steps a day or more. Thats all. My resting heart rate went down 20bpm from average. I lost 6lbs without trying or knowing I was doing it till it was gone. And most importantly lol, its harder to ruin your tolerance because your body is processing blood faster. Meaning, your body is able to clear THC from your system faster if you move more and you pump more blood. So you can literally OUTRUN your tolerance. Or walk, or lift weights. But exercise helps you get higher.
Curious if there’s any science behind this. On Weekends I’ll smoke before the gym 1 1/2hr weights and 30-40mins of cardio after I’ll be dead sober and can get really high (as in an actual noticeable difference). I drink a gallon+ water a day and stay pretty lean and eat well. Not sure though because I’d assume most of the tolerance has to do with the receptors in our brains.
@@MJzzzzz thc is fat soluble so what doesn’t go straight into your bloodstream is stored in your fat cells. Having a high body fat/ not being active is gonna keep more thc in your body. This is just my understanding of what I’ve read (admittedly a while ago.) I’m no scientist so everything I was reading was way above my paygrade. I know there was something about cannabanoid receptors, and over loading them (by smoking too much too often) your body will send the weed to your fat cells as it isn’t able to take them in. I’d love if an actual scientist could explain all this better
It's interesting that the term "wake and bake" isn't really looked down upon much, especially among younger folks. Imagine telling people your going to have a Jack Daniels breakfast. You would most likely be looked as a chronic drunk.
if alcohol could do what weed can for people then i wouldnt have an issue with someone taking a shot/glass of wine in the morning. it would be a better comparison if you had an issue with people taking prescription meds in the morning too
BANGER !!! I found your channel this morning and while we smoke very differently, we have the same habits. The biggest one that hit home was the stay hydrated part, I’ve been drinking only water at the sesh for about 2 years now because I thought if I was hurting my body with the weed then I might as well eat and drink healthy to balance it out, and it does wonders. Even back in the day when I’d get killer cotton mouth, the juice or iced tea or sprite wouldn’t fix the problem for longer than a minute, that water bottle stopped the cotton mouth even occurring. Stay hydrated, healthy stoners are happy stoners
Going through the cart problem right now, bro. Got 2 carts about a week ago, already ruined the tolerance I had lol. The carts are about gone at least. I love the convenience, but they are a double-edged sword being so easy to take a few puffs from.
That was me in HS a cart would last me a week, went clean for four yrs and now a gram cart can last me 3-4 weeks although I still get tempted to just rip it every now and then
Talking about making it less convenient. when i was trying to cut back smoking in the day i would wrap my jar of bud in loads of duct tape. Which would be a hassle to both open and rewrap afterwards 😂 it sounds crazy but it really helped

It's all about the person who is doing it and how much self control they have. I wish weed was as cheap as nicotine though 😂.
Tip for the illegal states and countrys: be careful with switching plugs. Their weed might be more or less potent than the weed you are used to and will therefore mess with your tolerance as well.
Here in the UK the issue many find is inconsistency with potency, quality, price, brands, strains etc. There's definitely a noticeable variation county-to-county.
Dude thanks for making videos that show even the most potent forms of cannabis can be used in a way that’s responsible, relatively healthy, and functional in someone’s day to day existence. People get scared off of concentrates because they use faulty cheap products or take their first dab off of a nasty 7000 degree nail that looks like a piece of charcoal, so I’m glad you’re schooling folks. Dabs and even smoking flower feel a lot cleaner if your equipment is. Low temp, moderation, and a clean piece is always the way to do it. Love the point you made on alternating from flower and concentrates, and then alternating strains from time to time as well. Great way to save money and keep your tolerance on its toes. Stay toasty friend.

Definitely smoking once a day has absolutely saved my tolerance. Carts aren’t necessarily an issue but it’s just too tempting how convenient they are to just rip it whenever so I don’t typically buy them
Work days I get home about 3, smoke, and I will usually stay high until I go to bed. Rense and repeat the next day. Weekends: If I don't have anything to get done, you can bet your ass imma be high all day. If my tolerance gets too high, I take a 24-48 hour break. Resets it every time.
When I was younger I did used to get high 8-10x a day. Used to go through so much weed. Now I only smoke a small portion of my day. Definitely enjoy weed more now.
I completely destroyed my tolerance in about a month and it sucked ass. I spent almost 800 dollars on just weed that month. I was buying around a half oz of bud and 3 carts every week until the end of that month. I got to the point where i was smoking a bowl when i woke up, whenever i went out, before eating, after a cigarette, and all through the night. I just literally couldn't get high except for in the morning and it would last only like 30 mins. I'm a week into a t break and I'm excited to come at this with way more moderation. It'd been so long that i lowkey forgot what it was like to be sober during that month until now
Watching this I understand why my tolerance is still pristine after an entire year of daily consumption. If I keep a cart in my pocket at work then it's to manage my mood, not to get high. I may feel a little buzz but I'm not looking to speed up time, to have a good time, or anything else; I am purely looking to keep my mood stable as I work in retail and food service at the same time while also knowing everything in the department so questions my coworkers may have come to me when there is no manager around. I keep a lot of variety in that right now I have some concentrates, some carts, and some flower. I almost never get the same strain twice and I almost never use the same strain on back to back days when I am looking to get high, even if it is the same method. When I get high I keep a lot of water around and I sleep peacefully and wake up refreshed. I also try my best to eat healthily. My daily routine involves making a smoothie in the morning, eating some protein bars and an apple at work, and a healthy dinner when I get home. I try my best to work out when I can so I can keep my lungs healthy as I have asthma. I love this guy's morals. Keep yourself in check both mentally and physically, don't overdo it, switch up your methods from time to time and have some variety. My own personal moral is that if you're going to be using throughout the day, just use with purpose and more medicinally rather than simply to get high. Get high when you're done with your day and have felt productive and pleased with how your day went. If anyone out there sees this and is struggling with tolerance, try it out. I might just have a super weak tolerance but I feel I shouldn't be getting high still from even 0.10g of flower in a dry herb vape anymore and yet I am. I even overdid it last night by going through an entire 0.23g in my Pax Plus and got way higher than I really needed to be without enough water and woke up feeling basically hungover even though I don't drink anymore. Respect the plant and it will respect you. Respect yourself and the plant will give you the same respect back.
I think the real problem for me is finding the balance between not having a tolerance so high I don't feel it when I partake and having one so low I can't use for medical reasons during work hours. I have chronic pain and work in fast food so I NEED my afternoon dose. Maybe I can start skipping the directly after work and the wake and bake. 🤷
i have the same problem. doing the medicinal routine ruins tolerance but still genuinely helps no matter what for me. as long as it's in my system, my PTSD and pain seem dialed down significantly.
You can be high for 16 hours a day. You can’t be the same level of high all day. The highs come with the lows my friends. Also changing the amount/ frequency every day helps your tolerance as it keeps you on a different smoking routine

I was smoking all day daily for three years or so but during the last couple of months before my break I was doing it only at night but I felt like I still had a perma-tolerance 😭 Hopefully this has reset me
I make my own hhc carts because i get the disty so cheap (40$ for an ounce), and changing the terpenes out daily definitely feels like it helps with tolerance!

Although I haven't tested being healthy giving you the better high, it makes sense that the larger body would have more blood to saturate in order to get the same feeling. Yes, pull-ups are my favourite thing! I'm far too lazy to actually do a proper routine, so I follow Pavel Tsatsouline's “greasing the groove” method. I've got a bar outside my bathroom, and the golden rule is to crank out 2 or 3 pull-ups every time I have to pass the bar. It's amazing how many reps you can accumulate over the course of a day, and it takes very little discipline (which is key for me, haha).

I do smoke way too much but luckily work helped reset my tolerance , I mainly only smoke about 2-3 g’s a day now and that’s when I’m off work at 5, and then I’ll probably smoke one more time before I go to sleep . On the weekends I just try to hold off as long as I can up until about like 2-3pm , after that I’ll probably smoke about 3-4 blunts
Most of the time i just smoke a bong or two after work to wind down/help me fall asleep. It really does make a difference when you smoke all day and if you just limit to end of the night. 1 good bong rip gets me blasted every time even after years of daily smoking

Once you’re high, you should put the stuff down and ride the wave. No point in going out of your way to climb to a higher peak, when the peak you’re on is sufficient for your body

I work out 6 days a week (3 heavy lifting for 60 min, 3 cardio 50 min), only smoke after 6pm (except some days on weekends), and smoke only 2 to 3 hits at a time and wait 2 to 3 hours again if I smoke again. I get consistently high, not just from the workouts but the THC too. It's win/win. Maintaining a low tolerance is the way!
Yeah man, I make this mistake on and off. I’ll find myself dabbing on and off or torching a bowl off and on all day long. Have my flower, carts, wax, all in a stash box in my office and now work from home so it’s always available. Then I find that I’m smoking a couple grams of flower and I’m not even slightly elevated. Sadly, I’m in that phase again now and have a new rig coming Monday that I want to tinker with. But, blowing through ounces of flower and concentrate for a mediocre high isn’t fun.
I’ve been consuming higher amounts of thc than the average person, daily and consistently throughout the entire day for 10 years+ and let me be honest with you, that shit FUCKS you up. I took a year break last year (miraculously) and picked up for 6.5 months now, I’m already over it again. But because I can’t control myself and I have a high tolerance. Do yourself a favor, control yourself like the brother man is saying and keep that tolerance low.
it’s all about knowing the consequences, sometimes i’ll go on a binge then go back to smoking once a day just know that some shit will ruin your tolerance
I really love this beautiful plant we enjoy. It teaches us so many lessons in so many ways (if you're paying attention). I was reading up on Venus flytraps. And this amazing and weird plant woos the insect with a decent amount of free samples of the most delicious sweet nectar imaginable. A smart fly would enjoy his free samples, learn the lesson of moderation, and still be buzzing around the following day. But man, that nectar is so sweet, right? Yum. 😍 😂

For me personally I CAN get high all day and have no more tolerance than I did at the start however I CANT if I’m not physically active all day the sweating is key to keeping that tolerance down but yeah overtime it will still raise my tolerance but then usually I just cut back to when I need it it’s really hard for me to smoke less since I have chronic gerd
What helps me if my tollerance is to high is stop Smoking inside, Walk While Smoking and while walking drinking some water, them After Smoking coming back in. For me it has the effect of feeling the high Intenser when i come back Insider because i walked, listened some Music, drank some water and now when im back inside ill b fried
Switching up method of consumption is the best imo. I alternate between being a joint chain smoker, dabbing and eddies. Then on weekends I nuke myself and do all three.
My personal theory is you should only get “high high” 1-3 times a week, and for the days you’re not getting “high high” just take a small hit now and then so you don’t get nasty withdrawals. This method has worked for me and the magic of weed is finally back

Trying to get back to the point of only smoking at night time after everything I have is done like I used to.🙌 (I also used work at and do armed security at a dispensary and the access to carts from everyone there and the discounted weed is definitely stemmed the addiction)

What helped me was taking a step back and asking “how much time did I spend in my day, total, smoking?” The needy eagerness to smoke is so strong because that’s how I use to pass the time. I needed something to do with my time instead of thinking about smoking. I also needed to stop smoking for a new job because I needed to pass a drug screen.. so it was either smoke and have a shitty job, or stop smoking so you can pass a test and have an incredibly better job and be happier. So I’m a gamer which consumes a lot of my free time. I use to smoke while I gamed all the fuckin time, but I kinda got more hooked on drinking pop.. because I’d rather pass the time drinking a pop instead of puffing on cart, or ripping a few dabs. You just gotta find something to do with your time or even your hands to keep your mind focused on a task and not the want to smoke. I also literally got rid of anything that was weed related and got the shit out of my sight and away from me. So I tossed all of my half-carts, tossed out my grams of wax, I put away my torch for my dab rig, I dumped the water for my dab rig and just put it up tucked away in the closet, I hid my lighters. Really just try to succeed in the thought of “out of sight, out of mind”. Make it hard to smoke. If you got bud, put that shit in a mason jar and duct tape the top of that bitch, make it annoying as all hell to get to it, ya know? I don’t know if any of this is helpful.. I’m sorry lol

Especially the part about realized how much time I spend smoking, because I am in the same boat as well of using it to pass the time, and definitely using it for gaming. I think the hardest part is rewiring my brain to enjoying those type of things without weed. I’m just looking to get my tolerance back to normal because then video games are actually very fun and rewarding to smoke and play, but definitely not as rewarding after hitting my THC pen all freaking day only to get home feeling like a zombie/foggy. I appreciate the advice and I hope all is well and you keeping strong with your tolerance 🙌

Finally, someone who deals with tolerance issues! Cold turkey is not necessary. If you feel your dosing too much, cut down the dose. It hurts a bit for a few days and then you get used to the lower dose. It works for me anyways.
Delta 8 works to help ease the need while you take a tolerance break.
I also try edibles one day then smoke the next or after a few days and it hit so much harder. It's about balance like anything in life.

I totally agree with the points you made in this video. I took 1 year off from smoking/ingesting anything with thc in my early 20's. When I smoked again for the first time in over a year it was like transporting me back to my tolerance in high school. It took me a good while to build up my tolerance to where it used to be at as well. I definitely recommend taking breaks to lower your tolerance. It doesn't obviously have to be a year but a few days or weeks every now and then will definitely help imo.

Its more of a mellow ahhh felling. So yeah several days of tolerance break is a way better solution than just moderation. I always think about that time I stopped smoking for like 2 weeks a few years ago. Man the intense high I got from that is just unforgettable. Shyt hits like a cigarettes' these days and I only smoke 1 or 2 a night

I used to have such a low tolerance and then after a seriously terrible break up, my tolerance sky rocketed. I started doing wake and bake, I would never leave the house without hittin the billy and I am basically high throughout the day. bought an ounce which would normally last me close to a month, now it last me like a week.
if you wanna experience that first high or at least close to it, don't do a tolerance break, just take it easy and do a sesh either just at night or during the day. but do not do it throughout the whole day. it ruins the whole experience AND it can get quite expensive because you have to keep on buying more and more bud
Dude you should use a vaporizer, once you’re smoking that ounce a month is best to use that thing to make your weed last longer. Mine is the Arizer solo 3 it was around $300 but it’s been so worth it. I recommend packing the xl stem half way. It’s the best way to save weed.

EXERCISE is #1. I started to just walk 10k steps a day. Thats all. Just got a pedometer and making sure I take 10k steps a day or more. Thats all. My resting heart rate went down 20bpm from average. I lost 6lbs without trying or knowing I was doing it till it was gone. And most importantly lol, its harder to ruin your tolerance because your body is processing blood faster. Meaning, your body is able to clear THC from your system faster if you move more and you pump more blood. So you can literally OUTRUN your tolerance. Or walk, or lift weights. But exercise helps you get higher.

Curious if there’s any science behind this. On Weekends I’ll smoke before the gym 1 1/2hr weights and 30-40mins of cardio after I’ll be dead sober and can get really high (as in an actual noticeable difference). I drink a gallon+ water a day and stay pretty lean and eat well. Not sure though because I’d assume most of the tolerance has to do with the receptors in our brains.
@@MJzzzzz thc is fat soluble so what doesn’t go straight into your bloodstream is stored in your fat cells. Having a high body fat/ not being active is gonna keep more thc in your body. This is just my understanding of what I’ve read (admittedly a while ago.) I’m no scientist so everything I was reading was way above my paygrade. I know there was something about cannabanoid receptors, and over loading them (by smoking too much too often) your body will send the weed to your fat cells as it isn’t able to take them in. I’d love if an actual scientist could explain all this better

BANGER !!! I found your channel this morning and while we smoke very differently, we have the same habits. The biggest one that hit home was the stay hydrated part, I’ve been drinking only water at the sesh for about 2 years now because I thought if I was hurting my body with the weed then I might as well eat and drink healthy to balance it out, and it does wonders. Even back in the day when I’d get killer cotton mouth, the juice or iced tea or sprite wouldn’t fix the problem for longer than a minute, that water bottle stopped the cotton mouth even occurring.

Going through the cart problem right now, bro. Got 2 carts about a week ago, already ruined the tolerance I had lol. The carts are about gone at least. I love the convenience, but they are a double-edged sword being so easy to take a few puffs from.
That was me in HS a cart would last me a week, went clean for four yrs and now a gram cart can last me 3-4 weeks although I still get tempted to just rip it every now and then
Plus, real dabs are so much better

Tip for the illegal states and countrys: be careful with switching plugs. Their weed might be more or less potent than the weed you are used to and will therefore mess with your tolerance as well.
Here in the UK the issue many find is inconsistency with potency, quality, price, brands, strains etc. There's definitely a noticeable variation county-to-county.

Dude thanks for making videos that show even the most potent forms of cannabis can be used in a way that’s responsible, relatively healthy, and functional in someone’s day to day existence. People get scared off of concentrates because they use faulty cheap products or take their first dab off of a nasty 7000 degree nail that looks like a piece of charcoal, so I’m glad you’re schooling folks. Dabs and even smoking flower feel a lot cleaner if your equipment is. Low temp, moderation, and a clean piece is always the way to do it. Love the point you made on alternating from flower and concentrates, and then alternating strains from time to time as well. Great way to save money and keep your tolerance on its toes. Stay toasty friend.

Work days I get home about 3, smoke, and I will usually stay high until I go to bed. Rense and repeat the next day. Weekends: If I don't have anything to get done, you can bet your ass imma be high all day. If my tolerance gets too high, I take a 24-48 hour break. Resets it every time.
When I was younger I did used to get high 8-10x a day. Used to go through so much weed. Now I only smoke a small portion of my day. Definitely enjoy weed more now.
I completely destroyed my tolerance in about a month and it sucked ass. I spent almost 800 dollars on just weed that month. I was buying around a half oz of bud and 3 carts every week until the end of that month. I got to the point where i was smoking a bowl when i woke up, whenever i went out, before eating, after a cigarette, and all through the night. I just literally couldn't get high except for in the morning and it would last only like 30 mins. I'm a week into a t break and I'm excited to come at this with way more moderation. It'd been so long that i lowkey forgot what it was like to be sober during that month until now
Watching this I understand why my tolerance is still pristine after an entire year of daily consumption. If I keep a cart in my pocket at work then it's to manage my mood, not to get high. I may feel a little buzz but I'm not looking to speed up time, to have a good time, or anything else; I am purely looking to keep my mood stable as I work in retail and food service at the same time while also knowing everything in the department so questions my coworkers may have come to me when there is no manager around.
I keep a lot of variety in that right now I have some concentrates, some carts, and some flower. I almost never get the same strain twice and I almost never use the same strain on back to back days when I am looking to get high, even if it is the same method. When I get high I keep a lot of water around and I sleep peacefully and wake up refreshed. I also try my best to eat healthily. My daily routine involves making a smoothie in the morning, eating some protein bars and an apple at work, and a healthy dinner when I get home. I try my best to work out when I can so I can keep my lungs healthy as I have asthma.
I love this guy's morals. Keep yourself in check both mentally and physically, don't overdo it, switch up your methods from time to time and have some variety. My own personal moral is that if you're going to be using throughout the day, just use with purpose and more medicinally rather than simply to get high. Get high when you're done with your day and have felt productive and pleased with how your day went. If anyone out there sees this and is struggling with tolerance, try it out. I might just have a super weak tolerance but I feel I shouldn't be getting high still from even 0.10g of flower in a dry herb vape anymore and yet I am. I even overdid it last night by going through an entire 0.23g in my Pax Plus and got way higher than I really needed to be without enough water and woke up feeling basically hungover even though I don't drink anymore.
Respect the plant and it will respect you. Respect yourself and the plant will give you the same respect back.
I think the real problem for me is finding the balance between not having a tolerance so high I don't feel it when I partake and having one so low I can't use for medical reasons during work hours. I have chronic pain and work in fast food so I NEED my afternoon dose. Maybe I can start skipping the directly after work and the wake and bake. 🤷
i have the same problem. doing the medicinal routine ruins tolerance but still genuinely helps no matter what for me. as long as it's in my system, my PTSD and pain seem dialed down significantly.

Yes, pull-ups are my favourite thing! I'm far too lazy to actually do a proper routine, so I follow Pavel Tsatsouline's “greasing the groove” method. I've got a bar outside my bathroom, and the golden rule is to crank out 2 or 3 pull-ups every time I have to pass the bar. It's amazing how many reps you can accumulate over the course of a day, and it takes very little discipline (which is key for me, haha).

I do smoke way too much but luckily work helped reset my tolerance , I mainly only smoke about 2-3 g’s a day now and that’s when I’m off work at 5, and then I’ll probably smoke one more time before I go to sleep . On the weekends I just try to hold off as long as I can up until about like 2-3pm , after that I’ll probably smoke about 3-4 blunts

Once you’re high, you should put the stuff down and ride the wave. No point in going out of your way to climb to a higher peak, when the peak you’re on is sufficient for your body

Here is my tip for tolerance. When you take a hit and you're not really feeling high off of it, wait like 5-15 minutes.

I work out 6 days a week (3 heavy lifting for 60 min, 3 cardio 50 min), only smoke after 6pm (except some days on weekends), and smoke only 2 to 3 hits at a time and wait 2 to 3 hours again if I smoke again. I get consistently high, not just from the workouts but the THC too. It's win/win. Maintaining a low tolerance is the way!

Yeah man, I make this mistake on and off. I’ll find myself dabbing on and off or torching a bowl off and on all day long. Have my flower, carts, wax, all in a stash box in my office and now work from home so it’s always available. Then I find that I’m smoking a couple grams of flower and I’m not even slightly elevated.
Sadly, I’m in that phase again now and have a new rig coming Monday that I want to tinker with. But, blowing through ounces of flower and concentrate for a mediocre high isn’t fun.

I really love this beautiful plant we enjoy. It teaches us so many lessons in so many ways (if you're paying attention). I was reading up on Venus flytraps. And this amazing and weird plant woos the insect with a decent amount of free samples of the most delicious sweet nectar imaginable. A smart fly would enjoy his free samples, learn the lesson of moderation, and still be buzzing around the following day. But man, that nectar is so sweet, right? Yum. 😍 😂

For me personally I CAN get high all day and have no more tolerance than I did at the start however I CANT if I’m not physically active all day the sweating is key to keeping that tolerance down but yeah overtime it will still raise my tolerance but then usually I just cut back to when I need it it’s really hard for me to smoke less since I have chronic gerd
What helps me if my tollerance is to high is stop Smoking inside, Walk While Smoking and while walking drinking some water, them After Smoking coming back in.

Switching up method of consumption is the best imo. I alternate between being a joint chain smoker, dabbing and eddies. Then on weekends I nuke myself and do all three.
Same with me; the 'cheat days' are so much better when I've been good for the week.
My personal theory is you should only get “high high” 1-3 times a week, and for the days you’re not getting “high high” just take a small hit now and then so you don’t get nasty withdrawals. This method has worked for me and the magic of weed is finally back
