Im 17 taking my MSF course next month and plan on getting a gladius because its the same price and there less beat than regualr sv's. Do you think this is a good idea? I know im more responsible than most teens, but theres always that fear that maybe I should start on say a 300. Anyways Thanks for your help, you videos have really pushed me towards the SV!
Get the SV650 or Gladius instead of the 300. If you buy a 300, you'll sell it in less than a year. The 650 is a great beginner bike for anyone. It will also keep you happy for multiple years. I regret selling my gladius to upgrade to a higher HP bike. Good luck!
These videos have been so helpful for me, I have a 2015 gladius and I'm gonna be working on making her look cleaner. I'm really digging that exhaust! Was about to pick up a Dan moto slip-on but I think this one sounds way better. Could you link the muffler and midpipe you purchased?
kind of a long shot but is there anything you would do different with the bike? im currently looking at an 09 with 17k on it but in black and yeah after deleting all the parts you did, it definitely looks a lot better. :D
I was actually really happy with the mods and parts deletion. If i were to keep the bike, my next mod would have been to fit a round headlight. I believe that would have made it look better.
That is pretty rad man. I have the gladius as well. I may end up hacking the rear sets/passenger pegs as well after watching these videos 😊

I change out the stock headlight because it is just so ugly to me. I replace it with a 7” round cafe style one.
