Guys give this recipe a try overall tastes amazing it’s just perfect trust me it’s not sweet as American buttercream it’s just the right amount of sweetness I remember giving American buttercream a try it was so sweet and my whole family couldn’t swallow the rosette cake I made with it this Italian meringue buttercream is awesome I added a 1/2 or a tsp of vanilla essence and just less a little cubes of butter because it was getting a bit yellow but just beat on low speed and it won’t turn so yellowy guys I’m not a professional but I got some what of a experience in baking so I highly recommend it 😊 Seriously when I saw this cream I felt so confident to give it a try I’m so glad to come over this recipe because I was really struggling since I couldn’t find the right buttercream I sticked to whipping cream these years but after finding this recipe this is my go to recipe for all cupcakes cakes or any desserts another tips is to use a cheap butter so it’s light In colour thanks for reading till the end hope it’s helpful

I tried making this frosting and it turned out to be good. I honestly was soo worried that it would be a waste of ingredients but turned out to be great. Glad I tried it.
Keini Marcano - si no me equivoco si queda igual , pero queda un poco más saladita . cada marca le pone diferentes cantidades de sal entonces dicen que es mejor usar mantequilla sin sal y ponerle la pizca de sal . pero si no tienes mantequillas sin sal , no te preocupes , usa esa . solo omitir la sal adicional !

Hello, I tried this easy recipe . To my surprise it came out well and stabilised. When I started I was quite doubtful and after adding first batch of butter , I lost hope as it looked more like curdled texture, I took a chance and added second batch of butter , Yaay it worked !! Thanks for this . I got a question . I usually do American buttercream so this tastes kind of bland as sugar is quite low. Can I add more sugar syrup or does to spoil recipe ? Please suggest alternatives to increase sweetness .
