Having nursed in Gaza & Lebanon, I truly learnt that.I am soul sore every day. I have at least turned all telegram notifications off at night, in what has thus far been a futile attempt to get sleep.
Thank you for your thoughts on this unacceptable situation and the information. I didn't keep my hopes up about a ceasefire. I am also worried that if there is a ceasefire, Palestinians will not get a good deal and will continue to be occupied.

Justin, I think you may not have gotten the math right. If a brigade is 5,000 soldiers and Hamas actually does have 24 brigades as Abu Obeida claims, then that's not 12,000. It's 120,000!

There’s this famous man who had an enlightening awakening as he was traveling the ancient road that led towards Damascus …He saw the Light and put down his “weaponized behaviors”, transformed his deadly aggressive nature; and became a man of peace. He stopped violently dragging his fellow followers of the Jewish faith from their homes and arresting them for the crime of believing in the teachings of the Jewish teacher Jesus of Nazareth. Paul a well schooled man in the Jewish law did an “about face” from his road to perdition; after hearing the gospel of peace and love that Jesus shared so freely to that weary worn out world where he lived and taught.
So how transformed was Paul? I’d say completely because the following is his description of the love he contemplated lived by till he went into the mystic…
“Love is always patient and kind, love is never jealous,love is not boastful or conceited, it is never rude and never seeks it’s own advantage. It does not take offense or store up grievances.
