Tip: To make getting your circle for inside of the tray easier, use a drawing compass. Put the point in the center, stretch the drawing compass until the pencil or graphite point is in the groove of the the tray, and then take the drawing compass out and form your circle on your paper.. Also, a flexible measuring tape makes a lot of these things easier and involves less adjusting/fighting with the vase.💖

The basket weave box looks awesome! You could do that on any sturdy cardboard box to make it look custom and high end. I don't think I have the patience or dexterity for it though 🥺
All of these projects turned out beautiful and definitely looked high end. I am so jealous of all you crafters that have such well stocked Dollar Tree Stores. So many of the Crafter's Square items I see used and/or videod I have never seen at any of the stores in my area. I've checked out about 8 and have continually been disappointed. Sacramento is not a small town. I would have thought we could do better. The faux leather you used is one of those products I've yet to see. But when I do I will now have some good ideas of what can be done with it.
I just recently discovered your channel and quickly subscribed. I love what I've seen. (Except for too many ads.) You are very talented, extremely creative, detailed and precise. All traits I admire and appreciate.
I love the appearance of the woven place mat along with the napkin and silverware holder. My concern is the practicality of the placemat. With not all the woven pieces glued tightly down and together (while not being so does make it look more basket-like) it looks like it would be easy for crumbs to get under the lattices as well as any spilled liquids. If that were the case I think it would be difficult to keep clean. Did you find it so? I guess I should first ask if it was actually used in a real eating situation. I would also like to know if when used daily if the faux leather stretched.

Oh, the craft stash! I swear, my fabric and craft items must have reproduced when I wasn't watching, I couldn't possibly have really bought this much stuff, right? ... oh yeah, I started sewing and crafting when I was a child and now I'm 61, and most materials only leave my house as finished pieces I give as gifts. I've collected a few things over 50 years.
I stopped sewing and crafting for over a decade because of health issues and an abusive spouse who called my creative projects "farts and craps" instead of arts and crafts. When we moved 16 years ago, all my boxes of fabric and craft items were put in the back of a 20 ft. shipping container about 300 ft. from the house. It's a 20 acre property so there's no shortage of outdoor space. Much was ruined from heat, like my sewing patterns, but much is still usable, fortunately.
Now my health has improved dramatically after I "lost" 250 lbs of ugly fat in only ONE day, when my now ex-husband of 15 years left me for his girlfriend.
That was 7 years ago, and it's been therapeutic for me to be creative again now that he has no control over my life. At least he didn't throw all my stuff away, so I have a lot to work with but need new ideas and inspiration. I love finding TH-cam channels like this; truly creative geniuses who are teaching me to look at my materials in new ways. My goal is to deplete my stash by creating, and hopefully making items I can sell since I need the income.
This is my first video I've watched on this channel, but it sure won't be the last! Yami's a wonderful teacher, with ingenious ways to use the kind of materials I already have.
I clicked "SUBSCRIBE" two minutes into the video and I have a feeling I'm going to binge-watch this channel now!

Love them all but I think that mail drop is going to be appearing in the new house when it's done. (If that day ever comes!) I could also imagine a coordinating piece of fabric as the inside panel.
