I just found your channel about a week ago and I have been binge watching ever since. You are now my favorite channel. I have been so sick this past year and can't travel. You make me feel like I am right there with you and Jai. You both are perfect together and both are so super cute. Thank you for showing us your world. Also, please know you are a great distraction for us who can't get out as much. ❤❤❤❤❤
Christina... I've been a Lion fan for several months now and have enjoyed his vlogs immensely. I've traveled a fair amount myself but nothing like Jordan has. His vids are always entertaining and most of all informative. Hes very good about being knowledgeable about wherever he is filming. I would also like to throw in a shameless plug for another awesome vlogger. The channel is called "Escaping the Mouse" with Breck Rowell. He and Jordan are good friends and they are very supportive of each other.
Great Wigwam motel. Loved the classic cars. This a fading part of Americana, and I am glad you documented it. There is a lot of wide open land out there. Thanks Jordan, it was a fun journey as always!
My favorite eagles songs sung by my favorite eagle RIP Glen Fry TY Mr Lion for showing me Winslow again I love it Also reminds me of my daddy and the vacations I used to take when I was a child good times.
Love it. The Eagles are imbedded in my soul. It was my late fathers favorite group. He would sing and play his guitar. It brings back so many memories. I may or may not have cried a little. Thank you for taking us to the corner of Winslow Arizona ❤️
One of my bucket list items was to hear the Eagles sing Hotel California live. Living in Australia, I knew there was a slim chance of that, especially since they broke up, never to preform together again, in 1980. Fortunately, they did reform, and I got my chance on their "Long Road out of Eden" tour in 2010. It was before Glenn Fry passed away as well. They also sang "Take it Easy" that night, along with many other great hits.
I have stood on that corner! Winslow was a big railroad stop back when everyone traveled by rail. It is also home to the restored La Posada hotel, the last Harvey House designed by Mary Coulter. That section of Route 66 really died when I 40 was completed across northern Arizona.
Nice drive Jordan ,brings back memories from childhood. My parents , 4 kids under age 5, 2 dogs & piles of suit cases on the roof of the station wagon. We were very excited to see real Native American's as we drove through the town's.We stopped along the way at the gift shops to get post cards for our collection.
Winslow AZ on Route 66! Can’t get better than that. My mother in law was born in Mesa, AZ. I also grew up with childhood friends in California originally from Tucson, Az. A couple we had as neighbors moved to Phoenix, AZ. Nice to see a town from an Eagles song. Have their greatest hits with Take It Easy included. Desert sunsets & starry skies are awesome in the desert. 🌵🪵
Enjoyed this vlog, Jordan. Neat to see the countryside, and more of Route 66. We have a very tiny church that size also here in the Niagara peninsula on the Niagara Parkway. I also enjoyed your singing!
Love this town love the song and Jordan your singing i was singing along with you and all the old cars are so interesting enjoying the countryside know we all feel we are with you so Take It Easy Thanks Jordan Love to all Lionheart's Marie Dublin Ireland
Sing it Jordan 😎😌!! Taking me back to my high school days 😄 with the Eagle's and Jackson Browne. Maybe those sculptures are of the "dude's" ? Another awesome vlog 👍 buddy!! Arizona has some of the most beautiful skies and clouds, too. Safe travels to you always 🙏.
Winslow , Arizona to it's credit has maximized the benefits of being mentioned in an iconic song. Done it tastefully to ensure good word of mouth & a steady flow of visitors.
Beautiful views during the driving. The Eagles have always been a favorite band of mine and love this song even now. Now I know what Winslow AZ looks like! Fun to see the Wigwams and tree too! Thanks Jordan!
Wondering where your going to end up going in New Mexico. I'm near Taos where there are some awesome 360 views. There's a famous movie bridge close to my house! And Taos was the home of Dennis Hopper.
@@giftedplanksify Hopper moved here in the 60s. He owned the Mabel Dodge Luhan house downtown. It is a museum now. Lots of other famous people live here or have second homes here like Julia Roberts, who has a horse ranch nearby.
@@giftedplanksify sorry, are you confusing two different people? Dennis Hopper was in Easy Rider. Dennis Weaver's character had a place here. I knew him from Gunsmoke. Larry Storch also lived here in real life. Also the guy from MASH Mike Ferrell.
I lived in Ruidoso for about 6 months several years ago. Such a beautiful town!. We came there from AZ so had no winter clothes. There was an early blizzard in NM and I had no extra money for a new coat, so I had to cut up a big Indian blanket I had and made a coat for myself! Nice and warm after that lol
So entertaining! Absolutely love these travelogues. Thank you for making such great VLOGs. Amazes me your incredible wealth of knowledge on pop culture. Appreciate that you don’t use music filler (soundtrack) which some do, and is annoying. Just a great presentation of each topic. Thanks!
Another fun vlog. The fun things you see when you're on the road. Thanks for taking us to Winslow and the Wigwams. They are both joys to see. I can't wait to see where we go tomorrow. Thanks for all the driving you're doing. Safe Travels and Take Care.
Take It Easy was co-written by Jackson Browne, whom we did not associate with The Eagles. Browne had his own song on charts getting lots of airplay, also in 1972, called Doctor My Eyes. It was my first introduction to both artists who remained very prominent for the rest of the decade.
Sing it Jordan!!💃🎶🎼. I love the Eagles. Great place. Geronimo is massive. Very interesting trip. Thank you Jordan for everything you do. Much love to you and Jah ❤❤🦁
I stayed at the Wigwam Motel in 2003. When I was watching your video I kept saying 'show the Safeway across the street' which you did. I got my supper there and then enjoyed what is really a little apartment setting in the wigwam with the sweet room and air conditioner and shower all built into the round shape. Just the other day I saw my photos from the Wigwam. It was a nice stop before the Grand Canyon!
Transferring while in the service in the early 90's, I had the opportunity-and took it-to take a slower route called Rte 66 in a '68 Chevy Impala from CA to OK before having to continue East through AK and TN. It was amazing if you take the time to stand on a corner and take in some views of what is, what remains and what was when this was America's Mother Road. It beats the generic Interstate that typically discourages stopping at locations other than the box stores, franchises and gas stations exit ramps. I saw most all of these same things Jordan shows, back in my travels over a quarter century ago. But time usually catches up to most of these places that time seems to have forgotten. If you have the time, then take the opportunity if at all possible. Even if you can only afford the time to cruise at least a portion of your travels. You won't regret it nor will you forget it.
Another very interesting vlog with backstories, Winslow was a lovely little place with a big heart, the little church, 9/11 memorial, the statues to singers/song on the corner, shops as you walked along. Geronimo and the Wigwams with the classic cars, Native American Centre , locomotive going by. Thank you Jordan I enjoyed everything :)
45 miles from my house. One statue is of Glen Frey of the Eagles. Wished we could of come by and said hello to you Jordan! Enjoy your trip and be safe my friend!
I slept in a Wigwam Motel in Cave City, Kentucky in 1980. So much coolness on Route 66. I love New Mexico. Gallup is a must stop for me. Looking forward to what you find in the Land of Enchantment.
Hi Jordan, I like the road marking for Route 66, Winslow looks a nice chilled out place. I thought the murals were brilliant.Once again, beautiful scenery. I do like the idea of stopping in a wigwam. The worlds smallest church was really cute. Great vlog Jordan.
Nice 👍. I went to Catholic School ALL 12 yrs( I think I survived. Minus a few weird flashbacks 🥴. I still haven't been able to wear plaid again and it's been decades!). All us girls are "gaga" for Jackson. Cat Stevens, too 🤪.
Love the Wigwam motel. Stayed there twice. It's great in the evening as people walk around and look at the cars, and your sitting out in front of the Wigwam. People walk by and say, can you really stay here. Thumbs up!
The Eagles 🦅 is still my favorite band..... despite my age 🤣 take it easy is my favorite. Really didn't know Winslow, Arizona actually adopted the song or the line from the song. Awesome work bro
Thanks man..I live about 30min. from Holbrook.. Hope you went through Petrified Forest..lots of dinasaur bones and 2,000 yrs old Anasazi Indian pottery inside the buildings...pretty cool..
Great vlog again loving all the things on Route 66 nice to remember that all the people of 9 11 memorial when so many people lost there lives didn’t realise so many things that you c on the route so interesting will probably never get there so your vlogs bring us there by doing your vlog s open up a whole world to us you will hav so many great memories to look back on
I love Arizona ,I lived in Mesa AR. for 3 years ,it's a great state to live in ,and I miss it ,maybe if I come into money some day I will go back there ,my sister still lives in Phoenix AR. It's a great state love it , great video 👍. And the eagles are a great band love their music ,listen to it always , it's sad they lost Glen Frey , great video guy ,great music to go with great town.
Great Vlog as Always Jordan.❤ I was Hoping you would Keep Singing as you have a Great Voice.🌹🌹. Take Care Jordan, Thanks for taking us with you on youre travels.🌹❤
I’ve traveled all over the United States but one thing I have not done is seen much of the old west and route 66. I love history and I love the period of tourism that came about about the time that route 66 was popular. It’s sad to see places like that Flintstones plays closing because places like that and things like the worlds smallest church or the worlds largest petrified tree those are the types of things that I love seeing. Modern tourist attractions don’t do much for me but anytime I can see these roadside things and little towns and little museums I would love that. Honestly I am not a huge Eagles fan, I respect what they have done I just don’t think that they are amazing so I couldn’t even tell you who those two people were standing on the corner but I would still like to see it just because of the musical history that was made there.
Loved this one. Always wanted to go travel Route 66. Loved seeing Winslow, Arizona-such a fine sight to see! Flatbed Ford and all! Have a great day Jordan!

Great vlogs I cant help but wonder where you are going to end up at the end of your roadtrip.
