I've recently started going to Nurseries alot and notice that every time I'm browsing and something catches my eye, I walk over and sure n behold it's a Overdev. Plant! You guys really create amazing plants with more pigments and health in em. I have many of your perennials but today grabbed this one and after googling I realized how nice your lenten rose is compared to any others. Keep up the amazing work.

I believe there's over twenty species distributed mainly in Europe & Eurasia, with the highest concentration in Balkan countries where it can get very cold in winter. It is true that one of these species is native to the countries you mention and neat thing that plant breeders (like the one I mention in this video) have managed to perfect, are hybrids that combine the hardiness of these tough, hardy species with the showy attributes of some of the ones that hail from warmer climates. Hellebores are native to turkey and syria. Strange they're so cold hardy.
