The G-2 1.0 mm bold is pretty much my every day pen, other than the Sharpie S-Gel pens.
I love the G2 pens. I work outside, and they hold up in inclement weather. They write in the cold, they write in the heat, and they don’t die from the temperature changes.
Your personality matches your voice perfectly.
I personally like the G2 because they write neatly and really good for taking notes but the only problem is they smear sometimes my teacher uses them a lot

I personally like the G-2’s because I like the way the write.
Yeah I like them to I don't care what people say, I just like g2 pilot gel pens. My second favorite gel pens are uni ball signos
I use the black G-2 pen at work and I use it for tracking associates Breaks and my administrative work.
Of course anyone who does like and use the G2 is going to jump on your video to see why you dont like them. It would be helpful if you did a comparison with a few othe common types like Pentel, Uni, etc and let us know what you do like. Finally, cost, always difficult to determine value. Refills are the environmentally friendly way to go, not throwing away the pen!
Now the g2 pen is the best and the master of all pens in my opinion but it has a big fight against the signo uniball 207 because they are similar to each other same MM if not then close and the writing is great as well. But the pilot g2 is just classic and amazing just the sounds it makes and the smooth writing is I respect your opinion but it you hate it that much tho I recommend the Signo uniball 207 it’s just the same but in your terms it just right great work buddy ☺️🙂
Personally they are great for something you can find easily on store shelves

G2-s are elite. I cannot recommend such a video. G2-s are elite debaters choice just saying

I like G2 refills in Dr Pilot Pen but the G2s will leak on me every 3rd pen. There is a g2 limited edition you can find at Office Depot or Staples. If you want smooth, try Uni Jetstream 1.0
Why would you NOT want to refill them if the pen has not broken? Refills are readily available, cheap, and increase the value of the original purchase. Why would you throw it away? Not green, or bright.
Pilots G2 and V7 are the best.
Thanks for your honest opinion. I really like the black ink Sarasa Clip. The black ink is wonderful and flows really well. Some of the other colors of the same line don’t flow as well. Like you said it must have something to do with the specific ink color.
Check out the Zebra Sarasa Dry 0.7mm, they are the best and I’ve tried them all. Energel is pretty cool too but Zebra wins hands down, and I used Pilot G2 for years. Actually the Pilot V7 is better than the G2.
Hi Greg, very nice video. I’m not a huge fan of the G2 either, I typically use them at work, because I don’t care if they disappear at the hands of my co-workers. I would recommend that you check out the Pilot Juice and Pilot Juice Up pens. I have not found them in stores (in the States), so I have ordered them from Amazon, Jetpens , or Tokyo Pen Shop. The Pilot Juice come in a variety of colors but the barrel of the pen is nothing to write home about. However, the Pilot Juice Up is like the higher-end version of the regular Pilot Juice. They have really nice, sleek barrels, that have a professional look and feel. They also have several colors, including pastels and metallics...there is also a brown ink that you might enjoy. :) Hope that helps. Oh, these come in a variety of tip sizes too!

I used to think they were the “good pen” until i got a pack of 05 blacks and 07 reds. I’m left handed and so like any child i was a heavy handed guy. Well apparently that isn’t good because the inkflow was atrocious on the 05 and i guess ok on the 07. Nowadays, I kinda learned from using an acroball and an s-gel that i dont need to press down as hard and it really helped me and it’s my best gel pen (my acroball is red and the s-gels are inconsistent at times) (i also adore felt tips but i left them out for this comment) Basically i hated this pen for 2 years until i actually learned how to use gel pens.
Maybe try improving your handwriting and the pen will seem so much better. Let's look at what's really wrong here.

I don't like my tul pens because they fade away when writing and I've never used a pilot gel pen until I went to get a flu shot the other day and I was filling out paperwork and it wrote so good! But yes the presentation is ugly lol
copic is the best even better than tul.
I agree with ypu, they are not as smooth as Pentel gel stream or uniball's gel pens or paper mate ink joy, not even remotely! G2 are Overrated!
